Sites too small lights glare directly in your rear view mirror while backing in. Lack of nighttime bathroom facilities must be communicated at booking. Its ignorant and deceiving to expect a customer to check on the website to see if you can relieve yourself after dark. Would you expect someone to do that when booking a motel room. It's just a given to expect facilities Overall your KOA sucked.

Nice campground overall. For its size, it should have more than one building with showers/bathrooms. Wifi was poor.

Clean, well-maintained campground. Staff was friendly and helpful. When we requested to stay an extra night, they were very accommodating.

We arrived after hours, the check in process of finding a spot and paying was very easy. The next day upon meeting the staff, they were all friendly and accommodating. We had friends meeting us there and they were able to get our spaces next to each other. The campground is also clean and easy to navigate with a large (44 foot) RV. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will come back for sure!

Check in was easy and pleasant but when we found our spot it was smaller than we thought so i went back to office to see if we could get a roomier spot she immediately shut me down and said thats it nothing else available. We stayed our 3 nights with many open spots around us. The spot D95 was dirty grass patch was a weed patch. I had to sweep the area of gravel and red pollen before parking.

When I went to book the reservation by phone, the assistant that I spoke to could not find me in the rewards program we tried my name. We tried my phone number. We tried my actual rewards account number instead he wanted me to make the reservation online, which I did. Upon arrival, I tried to apply my rewards points either 25 or $50 towards my balance due And didn’t let me use my rewards poi

Very noisy, sites are very tight, “residents “ that must live there full time caused a lot of in and out traffic. Traffic overall did not follow speed limit signs—nor did security!

The Team was accommodating as we were traveling from Utah. We planned on staying in Elko, but we were concerned with the cold weather and a possibility of freezing pipes. We called this KOA which we were already scheduled, but ask them to put us up a night earlier, making it a total of two nights, and they were more than happy to help us with our situation.

I thought it was very rude that the shop attendant removed my laundry from the dryer and put it in a hefty bag so someone else could use the dryer. I arrived to remove my clothes within 5 minutes of the dryer timer, so I’m actually wondering if it was even finished when they removed my things. I don’t appreciate people handling my clean clothes, especially when they wreak like weed.

For the most part we loved it but I left something in the bathroom and was told the Lost and Found gets picked up every day so since it was the day before somebody had already taken it home. My husband is 6 foot five and 300 pounds. That is why we asked to use the showers instead of the one in our trailer but after using 1 three times we were told no because it’s for disabled people only.

The site we had was too small for what we listed as our camper size and needs. We could not even slide out our living room all the way without hitting the electric supply. I was glad we only overnighted while traveling.

It was a long day on the road and we had a same day booking with late arrival. It was fast and easy with online booking and email confirmation. I would stay at KOAs again!

We enjoyed our stay at KOA Boomtown. This is our second time staying here. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The grounds are kept up and clean. It’s in a great location with incredible views.

PLACE was very unkept a lot of people living there. The propertywere dirty. Wi-Fi was terrible. Could not get one station on to charge people for a service that’s not there not cool very disappointed I would expect more from KOA grounds, just being honest

We stay at a lot of KOAs, this was our 15th this month! The casino on site was so fun! Free bingo! Won a player credit, steakhouse was superb, live music at Guitar Bar. Wonderful!!

We had a great time! Easy and friendly check in with staff. Accommodated our request to be near another person in our group. The site was easy to access, clean, quiet, and close to casinos, restaurants, outdoor activities, and shopping! Thank you for a great KOA experience

This was our maiden voyage with our new travel trailer, and we really liked that this KOA is close to home. We just wanted a quick weekend trip to test everything out, work out the kinks, and figure out what we still needed for the trailer. It ended up being a great spot for that. The staff here was probably the most welcoming and friendly we experienced during our travels. They made a great first impression and were genuinely helpful. The campground itself is essentially a parking lot, and the sites are narrow and a little awkward to get into. That said, the views surrounding the campground are beautiful and definitely one of its best features. Boomtown Casino is just a walk up the hill, and the campground gave us several coupons for activities and attractions there. We didn't really use them, but they would be a great bonus for families traveling with younger kids. Overall, the sites weren't our favorite, but the incredibly welcoming staff, convenient location, and great views made for a good stop.

This was a bit crowded, but the Tall guy in the office was able to get us into a great level spot. And security even took us to the Casino! Will stay again if we're on the area!
