Very friendly. Clean and also close to restaurants for eating out. Showers and restrooms were also clean. I'll be back if I'm back in the area again.

Great Location, awesome facilities (bathroom, showers all clean and functional) they will even shuttle you over to the BoomTown Casino which was AWESOME and made our stay that much more fun ! Staff was great too..

Our second time at this KOA. The location is ideal for exploring the area. It's quiet. The laundry and bathrooms are really nice! Will stay again when in the area.

Staff were friendly and it was a good location. Did not like that the restroom and shower closed at 10pm and did not open until 5am.

The campground is well maintained, the bathrooms are very clean. The KOA staff was very helpful and kind. We loved our site.

YEAH Reno KOA had grass at each camp site!! It was clean looking and welcoming! All the other Journey KOA's we stayed at during our 2 week trip to Sequoia and Yosemite National Parks, were barren looking, and if the wind blew you got dusted with sandy and dust. Always thought KOA's were a few step above other RV parks, but we found out different this trip; however, RENO did a fantastic job!!!!!

Great stop for my shakedown strip, Close to Reno and all the supplies you may need. Sites are fairly level and not too close. Would recommend for extended stay.

KOA at boomtown was quiet and a nice park but the spaces are close and no privacy in your camping area

The site was o.k. but with over 100+ lots available there needs to be more restrooms/shower facilities located throughout the park. My site was about as far away from the restrooms as you could possibly get so it wasn't feasible to walk all the way down there and back. I have visited several campgrounds and most of them have at least 2 or 3 restrooms spaced evenly throughout the park.

Everyone was very friendly. The KOA was the cleanest KOA we have ever stayed at. We have stayed at many KOA’s in several states. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Friendly staff. Clean park. Spaces are close, but every space has a little grass area. Security will drive you to the casino, and pick you up; you just have to contact security.

The staff was fantastic. The spots were a good size and clean. There are permanent spots that are full of families, but everyone was very friendly. I would gladly stay here again.

For all the rules you have about noise and dogs. There seemed to be a lot of it going on. Also a lot of people driving pretty fast through the park

I've stayed here before and its always been a pleasant experience. The park is clean, quiet, and close enough to quite a number of amenities. Office staff is quite pleasant.

Tree in site 81 was not pruned to allow a motor home to park safely without damage! As a result my awning was damaged my side wall was punctured and my roof membrane was torn.

Stayed with a group. Easy check in and out. Clean spacious spots. However watch for tree limbs in some spots. Our group was fine we had no issues but a large motorhome beside us had a problem with height and hit a tree limb. So just be watchful for clearance when pulling through some spots that have a tree next to your lot number

We weren't aware that there would be long term residents (campers).Some of the trailers were in very poor condition, trash/items surrounded them.We weren't able to pick out our own site.We were put next to a resident trailer w/ dog inside,that continued to bark when we sat outside.I felt sorry for the dog! Since,we get a code for outside door to bathrooms, keep access open24hrs,not locked at 10pm.

Park was clean and quiet. Staff was helpful. Not being able to use hot tub after 8pm is a deal breaker, and the hot tub was very cold. Not being able to use the camp bathroom or shower after 10pm is also a deal breaker. Every KOA i've ever been to (until this one) has 24 hr restrooms and shower with door code. I may have to find other arrangements if this is still the case next time I visit Re

We did not have a table at our campsite. The park has very few trees and most of the sites are in the direct sun all day. It was very uncomfortable. We have rented here now 3 times and it appears the (long term or permanent residents) get priority for the most desired spaces. The only reason to stay is that we enjoy the Casino. We prefer Boomtown in all ways over the others in Reno.

Everything was easy and simple. The workers were friendly and accommodating. The other campers were friendly. The view is fantastic. It was an easy place to get in and out and stay the night.

The park is clean and very well maintained. No complaints about any of the basics. Sites are too narrow and the dog park could use some gravel. Nice park overall.

The staff here was probably the most welcoming and friendly we experienced during our travels. They made a great first impression and were genuinely helpful. The campground itself is essentially a parking lot, and the sites are narrow and a little awkward to get into. That said, the views surrounding the campground are beautiful and definitely one of its best features. Boomtown Casino is just a walk up the hill, and the campground gave us several coupons for activities and attractions there. We didn't really use them, but they would be a great bonus for families traveling with younger kids. Overall, the sites weren't our favorite, but the incredibly welcoming staff, convenient location, and great views made for a good stop.

This was a bit crowded, but the Tall guy in the office was able to get us into a great level spot. And security even took us to the Casino! Will stay again if we're on the area!
