We enjoyed our stay at KOA Boomtown. This is our second time staying here. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The grounds are kept up and clean. It’s in a great location with incredible views.

PLACE was very unkept a lot of people living there. The propertywere dirty. Wi-Fi was terrible. Could not get one station on to charge people for a service that’s not there not cool very disappointed I would expect more from KOA grounds, just being honest

We stay at a lot of KOAs, this was our 15th this month! The casino on site was so fun! Free bingo! Won a player credit, steakhouse was superb, live music at Guitar Bar. Wonderful!!

We had a great time! Easy and friendly check in with staff. Accommodated our request to be near another person in our group. The site was easy to access, clean, quiet, and close to casinos, restaurants, outdoor activities, and shopping! Thank you for a great KOA experience

This was our maiden voyage with our new travel trailer, and we really liked that this KOA is close to home. We just wanted a quick weekend trip to test everything out, work out the kinks, and figure out what we still needed for the trailer. It ended up being a great spot for that. We were able to get a site with a really nice view of the river, which was a big highlight. The campground is also

Very clean, and loved being close to dining and casino. Also having Cabela's across from KOA was a plus. Dog friendlyas well!! Will stay again.

This was just a maiden voyage using our new to us motorhome to get familiar with its systems. Perfect place for that. Nothing worrisome about the park. Friendly staff. Well kept grounds. Will Return!

This is a nice campground in a beautiful area. Staff and manager are very kind and accommodating. I would stay here again. About 15 minutes to Reno and an hour away from Lake Tahoe.

The campground is not big rig friendly due to overhead and side tree branches that are unavoidable. Our site had an unattended pickup truck parked partially in our site, obstructing our departure. Otherwise, this campground is 5 stars for smaller rigs.

Was very pleasant. We got a major snow storm and they made sure to clean roads up. Very easy to communicate with. Very quiet and they even have security thar drives around to make you feel more at ease even though there was no major issues.

We were charged $400 for “breaking” the water faucet. There’s no way that it was our fault and will never stay there again. We also had to move sites when we got there because the electrical outlet wasn’t working. Obviously their facility is not well maintained.

We were quoted $45 per night for 1 night, but it actually was $60. Not sure why. We were tired and it was a good stay. We really enjoyed having breakfast at Mel's the next morning and easy access to the freeway.

Simple tonight weekend away. That said I am local to Reno and this trip was only 20 miles from my house, but any chance to get out and camp is greatly valued! Reason for day was holiday weekend, and shore power for the heater in the cold winter!. I had it back in spot for my truck camper. Did not have much interaction with the park itself, but we did walk up to the steakhouse for dinner.

Super friendly lady at check in. Security at the casino will Shuttle you from the campground to casino. Casino very clean and nice staff. Pete’s Coffee at Casino was great.

Easy check in. Great spot with my dogs. Like the easy walk to the Verdi Grill. The food was great. The campsite was clean with lots of friendly people with or without dogs.

I’m local to area and sometimes exploring in truck camper ya also want some power and connections. KOA is great, this spot wonderful and a simple drive to one access point of the Truckee Pyramid trail.

Due to a weather situation I couldn’t continue my drive home and needed a safe place to park my rv overnight Just at closing your friendly staff took my reservation and gave me accurate driver instructions to the park My camp paperwork was at the office with a map to my site Great service and will stay again!

The reception was very nice, courteous, and informative. The grounds were clean, hook up was easy and the night was quiet and calm. I will recommend and will stay at boomtown KOA again.

Arrived at 6:45- entered & was greeted with “we’re closed” by both employees. Not a “hello”. My map was outside. The bathrooms closed at 10- this was a major problem as we booked so we would have access to facilities. Closing the bathrooms seems like a management decision & there are only 2 shower/bathroom rooms which are locked if someone showering. The dog park was gross. Remove the KO

Stayed at the koa this last weekend and just wanted to say they have the cleanest bathrooms that I have ever been in at a campground in my life thanks for the great work
