I was so impressed with the cleanliness and the security. But most of all, the staff was absolutely delightful. They were kind, helpful and friendly. Awesome time .

I have not stayed here for several years because the place was run down, and there are no after-hours bathroom facilities. I heard that the park was being renovated and decided to try it again. What a difference! The park renovation is great, and the new team is wonderful.

We had a bowling tournament in Carson City both Saturday and Sunday. They were nice about letting us have a later check out time.

Nice park. Well maintained. Gravely understaffed on Sunday. Only one lady to handle multiple tasks in office. Irrate camper was at counter not very safe for employee who handled it very well but could have gone bad if there were not so many people waiting to be helped. She said it was that way every Sunday. Safety first.

The personal were fantastic , our deluxe site was nice , the maintenance were very helpful. We did not like too much that people across the main camping street were parked with their small older equipment in the gravel very close to each others.We are sad that they are not fortunate but if you can improve their site with a cute small patio table,umbrella,1 big pot of flowers! some green even fake

It was pleasant. We had a picnic table and room for our chairs. It had a laundromat, small store, dog areas and a beautiful view of the mountains.

Pleasantly surprised that was easy and clean and kept up very well. The staff were great. Showers clean and best the security from Boomtown casino and the great Verdi Grill will do space to door service all night

Bathrooms and showers closed at 6:00 pm, which seemed early. Too many long term campers with stuff accumulating around their campers, which made the grounds so unsightly.

NO grounds crew, garbage left in sites, camp k9 closed, dog waste bins full and overflowing, dog poop everywhere, lawns 8 inches high, narrow sites. We did not see a single koa employee on grounds our entire stay. Could be a good koa but lack of care plus huge long term rv’rs makes it look trashy

Easy check in, staff were all pleasant and accommodating. Power had a quick blip while our laundry was running but was quickly resolved and handled well by the employees. Wish hot tub was available year round. There is a section of trailers that appear to live at the KOA (located by dog run). Overall clean, nice view and close to casino and amenities.

The customer service staff we're genuinely amazing. I had the facilities clean and even though we stayed one night.It was one night where we felt safe.

Staff is great! Very clean facilities (bathrooms, showers, etc.). For me, it seems like the RV parks that we’ve visited in the last couple of years have about 50% that are permanent residents. I’m ok with that if they maintain their site. Some sites need better maintenance and there is an apartment complex that now surrounds the east side of the park. Close to Boomtown to enjoy the entertainme

Staff were awesome grounds were a little beat up and I had a water leak for all three days that was never fixed. However if the needed me to move in order to fix it would not have be able to move as my truck was broke down the whole time

It was our first stay in a KOA and we were impressed. We arrived after office hours and directions welcomed us with our name on a map and we easily found our pull-thru space. The campground is easily navigable with lots of ample space, it is very clean, the people are very nice, the restroom/showers are cleaned in between users with Covid-like procedures, and it is very close to a big Chevron.

Great location and efficient checkin process. The sites were nice and the park was quiet. The steakhouse at the Boomtown casino was awesome.

Large, level and easy in/out sites. 30 amp, water/sewer hookups. Park is quiet (some people hear the train?) Office staff helpful and efficient. Store has basic necessities if you forget something. Afterhours bathrooms clean, showers good. Would be better if more bathroom's available afterhours as 2 seems inadequate. Overall, a good place to overnight or spend some time exploring Reno.

We had a great stay at Boomtown! The park is very clean and well kept. The staff is welcoming, friendly and very helpful. We appreciated the shuttle to the casino and the promptness of the driver. We will be back!

Great staff! Nice location with sites offering great views. But, shower rooms were flooded and closed, no update vis txt or email and left wondering why.

We have been on a very long journey and only stayed one night on our way to Yellowstone. This was in mid April. The grounds were lovely. The only comment we had that was negative is that the bathrooms closed at 10 PM which is very inconvenient. The grounds themselves were immaculate and the staff very very friendly.

Customer service was great. Someone was in the spot we reserved so we were put in a another spot. The spot was tight. Getting into it was a tight fit. Did not use any amenities. Went up to casino it was larger then we expected. Great drinks. Live music.

Quick, friendly check-in. Informative regarding amenities including shuttle service up to casino. Clean, wide areas for RV. Pull through 30 amp site (#80) was great. Great for a 1-2 night stay traveling through.

Staff here is extremely friendly! I have traveled around for about 11 month's now and have stayed at many a campground..this is by far the most pleasant and secure park that i have stayed in!! Thank you very much for your kindness..
