We went on a day trip away from campsite. Stayed at a Hotel. When we came back to our RV it was 112 degrees inside it. We had left AC on low/Economy. But there was Power Failure in Campground. I talked to a few others, and it is a common occurrence. We thank our stars that we didn't have our Cat left inside. It would be DEAD.

Staff is very nice. Facilities clean. Cable and internet is pretty much non functional. Travelers need internet for research, troubleshooting etc. Cable is nice to past the evenings when it's hot. We enjoyed the food at the Grill Cafe.

Rudeness at check-in! I was tired from the trip and never expected an attitude. Plus the bathrooms close at 10 pm at night! Heaven forbid I have to potty after 10! Was not able to get onto internet at all, even though close to office. Redeeming qualities that got you the three stars: location and pool.

This place could be a money maker if it were run more efficiently and provided what people want.. the store is bare. Stock it. Two individual shower/bathroom units open in the evenings for a campground of this size isn't adequate.The playground needs equipment, a trash can, and shaded area with seating.The pool pergolas do not provide shade. Run pool sprinklers at night instead of soaking parents

The lady at the counter was very nice and accommodating. My son and I are in separate campers she got us together. Then we got to our spots and it was a nightmare. The pull through was very strange and not level by any means. My camper is shorter but it tilted to the right needed three blocks to level and couldn’t put out my slide because power and water were in middle of spot. My son had to get

Very clean and well run. Sites are very small and basicly paved. Trees on exit need serious trimming. A bit an exercise to miss low branches on exit. I’d return but not for extended period

Very inconvenient hours for the outdoor restroom. We opted to use them versus our bathroom so I could leave early without dumping. Closed 10pm to 6 am was inconvenient. The outer door has cameras so security is good

Awful. Despite being half empty, we were put in this dingy area with massive overhead lights from Boomtown. No bathrooms available after 10 pm to 6 am...not one redeeming quality. If you want to go gamble with a full camper...fine...the worst KOA I have ever stayed in.

Need to adjust the sprinklers to only come on at night. Sprinklers came on around 8am and couldn’t exit my RV without getting wet.

We have stayed at this KOA one time previously. I was concerned about the low-hanging tree branches at that time, but at our site, the branches touched only the roof of our motorhome. However, this time, the branches were lower and actually put some scratches on the side of our motorhome and this was with the slideouts still retracted. We left for this reason, but received full refund.

Friendly check in and good location. Enjoyed the pool to cool off after long day of driving. Saw security around which helped with my security.

3 out of 4 days were fantastic. One day not so good, had a power outage and I had to use my generator. Can't blame the park for the outage. I will be back.

Good place to stop for a day or two on a long trip. Suggestion, if the power goes out on a hot day, let people turn on their generators, it was crap tgat we couldn't fir a few hours until power was restored.

Nice place, super people. It was not convenient having restrooms closed at night. Closing store at 4 pm was very inconvenient.

All the bathrooms I used need a good clean - the fans/vents in the showers were so filthy. Used the spa once, it was dirty and the jets are too much that it is not relaxing. Staff was mostly friendly. The hours on the bathrooms were ridiculous.

Restrooms and showers closed at 6:30 pm. Other showers open until 10:00pm. Who does that? We have stayed in many KOAs. Never like that.

Campground was clean and staff were accommodating. The waste disposal opening was elevated in concrete to a height my trailer would not have drained with the usual hose and support structure. They did have another disposal area that think would have worked better but the logistics were not favorable for us. Appeared to be only two unisex bathrooms/showers on site.

The park was clean and relatively quiet (it’s next to hwy 80). The staff was very nice. The power was out when we arrived, and we were still able to check in and get situated. There appeared to be a “camping” area, and a resident section, which is fine. The area with more long-term residents did have a lot more stuff strewn about (cars, bikes, random furniture). Everyone in the office was so very nice and accommodating to us. We screwed up and got there a day early and they helped us get a site! Thank you, we'll be back.

We made 3 reservations months ago. When we arrived we were assigned our sites. Unfortunately when we drove to our sites, all three were already occupied. Additionally the campground toilets & showers were not working. We opted out of our 2nd night. Fortunately they processed refunds for our planned 2nd night. Not related to KOA but Boomtown was a bust.

We made three reservations seven months in advance and locked in our sites—but upon arrival, things quickly unraveled. All three of us were assigned our original sites, yet each one was already occupied. The staff gave multiple conflicting explanations as to how our spots were taken, leaving us confused and frustrated. To make matters worse, the campsites are crammed so tightly together.

It is mostly people living there permanently in a camper. Lots of stuff stacked around campers making not so well kept. Not up to the standards I expected out of a KOA.

Reno KOA met our needs - hookups (water/ac). Site needs weed cleanup (fire hazard?), micro trash, no shade. Restrooms not available 24/7, unless we misunderstood(?). Sites very close, minimal privacy. If there were 1/4 less sites + 1/4 more trees = better. How to turn off BRIGHT light on hook up tower (user error?). Nice people, quiet, clean restrooms/store, good views. Recommend overall.

Shower facilities are very clean. Some of your longterm guests sites are cluttered and some sites need to have trash cleaned up. The camper next to us left trash and the maintenance person just looked at it and left.

Looks very nice, but the bath/shower situation is a letdown. Only two available after 8pm and they close 10 PM, not acceptable for a facility this large.

I had to cancel my stay due to death in family. I called to cancel, left message, never received a return call and was charged for the stay. I wasn't able to do a follow up call, but I did expect a call from KOA. Guess thats what I get for assuming. So safe to say I paid for a stay I never actually made.

It was great ! A staycation for me cause I’m local , but it was a great spot to watch the buck moon rise and listen to the truckee river flowing down below. The park is quiet & secure !! My dogs enjoyed the calm of their evening outta the city :)

We just got back from other RV parks in Butte, Pocatello and Winnemucca and Reno was by fare better.

Stayed at the koa this last weekend and just wanted to say they have the cleanest bathrooms that I have ever been in at a campground in my life thanks for the great work
