Where the grass has warn away the spot could use same more stones so it would not be so muddy when it rains. Everything else was nice.

Beautiful KOA campground. Construction of the new main building makes the check in process a bit congested. But it is a very nice, clean KOA. Will definitely be back.

We chose to stay at this campground because of the hot tub. When we arrived we were told the hours and then discovered the hot tub was empty and clearly closed. I think with allll The email correspondence leading up to the stay it would have been relevant to mention this.

Great folks and a great site. We had a great vacation and stay. I have to say, i can't wait to see how much better it will be after the construction. It was kind of a pain with traffic and grid lock getting into the campground.

Very nice park loved the patio spots very nice helpful people.it is in the process of new building which should be completed soon.close to all the attractions in the area

The checking staff was not very friendly. I do understand when there's rain there is some water issues but our site had mud and 1" /2" of standing water. Please relandscap!!

We understood the rule about checking in at 1 PM. We timed our arrival so that we would get there at exactly 12:55 PM. I walked inside. One of your staff came bolting around the counter and said are you here to check in? I said yes, she said you can pay $15 if you wanna come in early in not, wait out in your RV for five minutes. We found the staff RUDe and it’ll be on my YouTube channel!

1 night google mapped in the back entrance . We will be back. Have 2 nights reserved for our return trip so we have a day to take our granddaughter to Bear Country

This is an awesome KOA you can ask for anything better. The cleanliness, the staff, the laundry, the pool all was great. When we got there we asked to change sites. The lady at the front worked diligently to find us a spot because we were there for eight nights. She was able to pull it off at made our stayed much more comfortable, great place and highly recommend.

Unfortunately it rained sometime during each day/night leaving puddles. Had to navigate walking to the bathrooms. Otherwise it was nice. Would suggest filling in puddles with gravel after a rain. New office building looks to be impressive. Centrally located to many of the parks.

We roof top tent camped. Nice large site to share. Clean restrooms and showers. Office staff was friendly and helpful. Clean working laundry. Note: NWE office, shop, and shower ect being built!!

We have stayed here a few times and always have had a good experience. The young lady that checked us in was very welcoming and polite. The pool area and bathrooms were always clean. The only thing we were bummed about was the hot tub was not working as they were waiting on a new pump but that can’t be helped.

Checking in the ladies in the office where not that friendly. We did not want to go back in the office for anything. The place they put us in was terrible right next’s to the construction zone looking at a big dumpster and a lot of dust. �

It was fine, but difficult to pull out without coming into contact with an adjacent tree, perhaps a 32 ft 5th wheel should not be assigned to 224.

We really enjoyed the stay and the sites. I bet it will be beautiful when the new building is done. We didn't like our muddy rock filled tires.

We arrived at 12:30 and was told check in was at 1:00 and if I wanted to paid $15.00 extra I could check in or wait till 1:00. We have only arrived early to two other KOA campgrounds and they all accommodate me without paying extra. The black hills KOA was more worried about there rules than appreciating their guests. I won’t be back to that campground.

The campground was ok. Bathrooms weren’t super clean, but usable. One of the check in ladies was not at all friendly. The other was ok. Not the usual welcome you get from a KOA. Hot tub wasn’t operational. Sites were fairly small. The location is convenient and the maintenance people were friendly. I would probably not stay here again with all the other options in the area.

We stayed 4 days and 3 nights. Really enjoyed the property, even though they were doing upgrades; hopefully we'll see in the future. It was close too, an hour to places we wanted to go. And lots of restaurants in the area. The K9 zone was very good!

Lost one star for construction, but looking forward to when it is complete. Staff was polite and helpful, bathrooms and showers were clean.

I appreciated how the staff ensured the safety of the campers by clearing and closing the pool and monitoring the grounds during the thunderstorms. Staff was friendly and amenities were appreciated. I was surprised by the amount of street noise.

The amenities were good, but a bit pricey for a tent site with electricity. I understand, however, about seasonal supply and demand. For an overall rating, the facility was acceptable.

The staff was very helpful and full of fun ideas for a young family to experience the area. The was very clean and well kept. Shower house was nice. Next time the new one should be open. The playground was nice as well. We will definitely be back when we visit again

Netter Platz, auf dem Zur Zeit viel umgebaut wird. Leider muss man lange Wege gehen um zum Waschhaus zu kommen da es zwischen den einzelnen Stellplätzen keinen Durchgang gibt. Entweder laufen andere Camper über deinen Platz oder sie fahren mit dem Auto hin und lassen dort den Motor laufen. Das ist nicht gut gelöst.

We arrived the week before the 4th of July yet when we need to extend our stay due to our vehicle breakdown, all was good when the staff went over and above to make sure we didn't need to move our trailer and to extend our stay. It was the easiest thing we did all week! Very grateful for the staff.

OMG...this place is a palace. Brand new restrooms and showers and a wonderful view of the mountains in the morning. There are plenty of grocery stores near by and the campground was silent after 8pm. These types of KOAs make exploring America great again

Just built a new Store & Office with shower/bath both upstairs & down that are like a mini spa! Staff at the campground are very helpful. From 7-10am they did a breakfast downstairs that hit the spot.
