This was our 15th or 16th stay and by far the worst. The campground is a construction zone, there was no breakfast or dinner, the roads are terrible! Mud, loose gravel and large pot holes are dangerous for bikers. You guys raise prices every year, you should have been giving discounts for the lack of amenities this year. Everything that was special about the RCKOA was gone this year.

Overall, it was a great experience. Some of the employees were friendly and helpful. Others were not having a good day, but it was entertaining. Campground was in good shape and the facilities were good. Currently the campground's office/showers were under construction and no breakfast was available. WIFI was sporadic and on occasion I lost reception. Overall, enjoyed the stay.

We had a great time as a family , the kids had a great time at the pool and in our little cabin.We were only a little disappointed about the breakfast the website had mentioned it was closed due to construction. All and all we will be going back especially when the new building is finished . Staff was friendly and they cleaned daily … thanks for a great stay

Stayed this past weekend and it was super hot, our ac couldn’t keep up and our cabin was over 100 degrees inside as it was 96 degrees out. We stayed with our two kids and 2 month old baby and the best they could offer us was a fan and 45 dollars off our 300 dollar stay with no apologies and insinuated I was lying about my ac not working!

The young lady at check in was so kind and I loved that they had a dog treat for my puppy. The commmunity bathroom was a little dirty and the place was under construction. Check out they seemed busy/bothered and I was rushed along. Cabin was cute and clean.

As I walked in to register, a woman yelled at me "NO DOGS ALLOWED!" It stopped me in my tracks. I'd read this site was dog-friendly and I'd spent extra for her. I'd driven 6 hrs, it was a hot day so I was tired, and I could not leave my 15-lb dog in the car down the lane. I finally got registered but found my kabin was about 90 degrees. No AC for another 5 hours until fixed. Won't be back!

My cabin was very clean. The swimming pool was awesome. It took me a little while(probably longer than it should have)to figure out that to open the cabin I had to turn the key and then use the rope to unlatch the door. My only suggestion would be to explain how to open the door at check in.

Staff was lazy and said lightning strikes were 10 mi away but they were 12 there was 25 min left before close that my kids could have swam but didn’t get too. Sad

No mention in any of the emails about needed all bedding for beds as well as pillows. And also needing all bath towels. This should be very clear in the emails sent out. Also had several maintenance issues, clogged shower, broken toilet and A/C that quit working our last night. Also was never noted anywhere that the cabin sat in a constitution zone. Very noisy and got woke up every morning by it.

Everything was great, the weather was misty and cool, would have been nice to be able to open the windows for air circulation, screens needed to be fixed. Parking in our cabin area was small and could use some gravel to help with the mud. Otherwise, a good stay. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We stayed for two nights in a single room cabin and had a great time! The place was so cozy and the AC was amazing to battle the heat. The swimming pool was great and the showers were great to have there. Can't wait to plan our fall cabin adventure!

Loved the environment but not the Walk to the bathroom was to far from our cabin. I have spine problems that makes it hard for me at night.

Cabin was in excellent location as we had 2 dogs and it was close to-the K9 park, laundry, bathrooms, showers, and pool. Only drawback was the upper loft and lower bunk-you couldn’t sit up or you hit your head. We made it work. Overall, loved our stay!!

We enjoyed our visit. The Kampground was a great place to stay with kids. They really liked the swimming pool alot :-) The showers could use a face lift or remodeling, they were not very appealing. Just showing their age, some peeling on walls & grime. Also, only 2 staff greeted us with a smile and offered assistance. The ladies at the reception desk were not smiling, they seemed annoyed.

Nice quiet, private cabin! The shower rooms were a bit small and need more ventilation as they do get very hot and stuffy like a sauna. Great facility, overall!

Rented a cabin, wife and I enjoyed being able to sit outside in the evening. This was my effort to get my wife to get away from hotels. She very much enjoyed the cabin and the outdoor seating.

We stay here every summer and it never disappoints ���� Can't wait to see the new building being built next year. We have stayed in tent sites, small cabins and the large cabins and can recommend every part of this KOA. Definitely makes you want to return every year.

Overall facility was great. Amenities were perfect. There was an employee that was very rude and demanding that made the stay uncomfortable. Man with a ponytail.

We had a great time. The girls loved the pool and play ground. Our little yorkie loved the dog park. Everyone was so nice and everything was extremely clean.

OMG...this place is a palace. Brand new restrooms and showers and a wonderful view of the mountains in the morning. There are plenty of grocery stores near by and the campground was silent after 8pm. These types of KOAs make exploring America great again

Just built a new Store & Office with shower/bath both upstairs & down that are like a mini spa! Staff at the campground are very helpful. From 7-10am they did a breakfast downstairs that hit the spot.
