The AC in the cabins made the stay perfect. The staff were extremely nice and the location was well maintained. The new shower and laundry area was AMAZING! Its worth staying just for those.

Clean, comfortable, nightly events. Plenty of private bathrooms/showers. Loved the pancake breakfast in the mornings. Store has a wonderful selection of items. Easy access from the interstate.

The staff were very helpful, our site was nice and level, and nicely spaced sites. The new facilities at the office are significantly nicer than the older bath/laundry facility so we usually went there even though it was a bit farther away. We also enjoyed the pool since we had record heat.

We have enjoyed this KOA annually for many years. However, this year every square foot of grass is dead.

We stayed in a cabin this year. We really enjoyed it. Especially having space for our one dog. The neighbors were very repective and pleasqant. We were close to the dog walk, pool and showers. We come every year for Hills Alive. I have already encouraged friends to make their reservation for next year.

Faculty is top notch, and clean. The staff was for the most part very nice, and helpful. That said, God forbid if you park under a tree not in a designated spot or behind the lodge on the blacktop to try to avoid direct sun in 105 degree weather. Mgmt is not empathic at all. Beware! Borderline harassment.

Nice new facilities, clean showers and restrooms. The cabin I rented fit the bill perfectly. The campground was 75% full but was quiet and peaceful.

This campground is well cared for, clean, nice pool. But Karla at the front desk was so helpful and cheerful and took care of all our worries. Our granddaughter became ill and we had to leave and she assisted us to the end. Karla is outstanding and definitely eased my worries. Thank you.

The new main building is beautiful and the staff has always been respectful. The bathrooms, showers, and cabins are always very clean. I have visited this location many times before and have never been disappointed.

The facilities and amenities were great! The pool was very clean and maintained. The staff was not very friendly we were with a big group and we all had interesting (different from each other) interactions with the staff where they were rude.

Other than it being 105 degrees, which was not your fault, it was great! Quiet nights, great breakfast cooked by your camp!

Was i our way out confronted by a maintenance guy needed to be out the place by 11am was 11:05 am not very friendly tried to ignore him thought he was very rude. KOA Campground very clean . Employee could use sensitivity training would not rehire .Thanks

KOA GREAT! Women at the desk not so nice! Was given the wrong site when I called two days earlier. I asked for a pull thru full hookup. I got a pull thru water, sewer. The mgr “ give him his money back “. Never again

It is a very busy campground, a lot of campers crammed in. The bathrooms by the pool didn’t seem to be cleaned our entire stay as there was gross stuff on the floor the day we arrived and was still there the day we left, they also smelt terrible. It was ok don’t know if I would stay again. The pool was nice but not much other than that.

The sites could be better taken care of. Grass was completely dead and then our family member was told to remove their rug as to not kill the grass lol. Very dusty. We also went to the wine tasting and it felt scammy. She gave us half of a condiment container of wine and didn’t tell us a thing about it. It was awkward and was not a wine tasting.

This was our family if 5 first experience camping at a RV park. The facilities were incredibly clean and gorgeous. The pool was a favorite for our kids.

Was fine everything in the main building was great, the sites were OK, all gravel and our site was sparse grass, mostly dirt. Only complaint is the pool is way to small for the amount of sites there, was very crowded every day.

Great stay! Loved the pool and playground! Very nice showers! Amenities were very nice and the cabin we rented worked perfectly for our family of four with littles.

Clean and friendly staff!! Breakfast was delicious with indoor and outdoor seating. Very reasonable and fun! Close to amenities unlike the other KOAs in the area. The AC in the cabin was greatly appreciated and the mattresses were comfy. Stayed in kk02 close to the pool, playground and bathrooms.

The park is clean and the staff were very helpful. We had an unexpected issue come up where we needed to extend our stay and they did everything they could to accommodate us. We will definitely be back if we come this way again.

Great location for visiting the Black Hills and all that it has to offer. Clean facilities. We just loved the bathrooms; spacious and clean! Breakfast crew was very pleasant!!!

Good location , laundry but no big machines, private showers. They need grass in the dog park all black dirt and there is NO LIGHT in or over dog park can't see The gate latch is broken just held by piece of chain which does the job I guess. Looks like they have gotten some new things so one day at a time Would stay here again Make sure and get a spot n the back The front seems like a gravel parking lot next to a business ?!

We are on our way to visit some Northern States National Parks. On our way to Mt Rushmore we stayed at this location. What a fantastic site. It is well maintained. The check in person was so helpful - she helped carry a bundle of wood to our car. We also saw other employees guide others to their sites. They all seem to be professional and friendly. The bathrooms are super clean! The store is well stocked. The only bad is a bit of noise from traffic and occasionally helicopters. Glad we stayed here.

Ladies, if I say nothing else about this place let me tell you the showers are heated, huge, clean and loads of hot water!! I have never stayed ANYWHERE with facilities as nice as these. It was windy, cold, and rainy when we were here so I have no idea about the rest of the place since we mostly just stayed in. But on a day like today those showers rocked
