Grounds people didn't seem as friendly as the past 8 KOA's we have stay at. The office staff were great. And the facilities will wonderfully. Overall a good stay.

Very nice campground. Very quiet. The laundry and showers were great. They are building a new office and shower area, which look really nice. Would be worth going back just to see it when open. Enjoyed our stay.

Friendly staff. Very accommodating when I called needing to shorten our stay. Adhered strictly to the 1:00 pm check-in time and we arrived 15 minutes before check-in and opted to wait in order not to pay an extra $15 to do so early. We observed those around us streaming TV but we were unable to. They do discourage doing so in their brochure so it's to be expected. Nice laundry facility.

The location was perfect for us but not sure if it would be as good if I was planning to do more exploring of the area. Curious to see how it will look after the construction. The cabin price was good.

Except for lying to your face, not a bad RV park. We arrived earlier than & had to wait 2 hrs. But yet the next day, a rig came in at 11 am & set up. Asked office why & told that if you paid $15.00 more u could check in early. Asked why weren't we offered that & blank stare.will never stay here again.NEVER!

With a dilemna of no reservation as we had thought was kindly and quickly handled. The cabin was very nice. We were very happy to make it our home base as we explored. Thank you.

Very accommodating and friendly. Very clean and organized campground. Restrooms and showers are in excellent condition and clean.

Pretty good as we had the best type of site. However I didn’t like all the light pollution in the park, ie lights on the electric boxes in our area (why?) and we were right by the maintenance area that had a bright light shining. Why not replace with a downward shining light? While not the koas fault the road noise was loud at times.

We stayed at this KOA 4 yrs ago, and we're so excited to be back. It is still a beautiful place, well run. They are working on a new building, so construction is going on at the front area, cannot wait to see the outcome when we come this way again!!

I rented a camping cabin. It really served my purposes, and KOA allowed me to park my small cargo trailer next to the cabin. This KOA was very quiet! Tucked away within a residential neighborhood, I felt safe and I felt that my belongings were safe. Bathrooms and showers Clean Regarding the staff, all the ladies I interacted with were extremely friendly. The men, not so much - grouchy and abrupt.

Overall a great experience! We love staying with you! The only improvement that we could make is in the deluxe cabin increasing the pressure of the flush of the toilet. We’ll be back again to stay with you our next trip to South Dakota. Thanks again!

Very nice park that is getting a major facelift with a new office building. Lee had a long site that fit my truck, 43’ fifth wheel and our Honda Pilot. Office staff was very helpful and pleasant. Only negative is their $2 per day pet fee. In ten years if camping we’ve never run across this. With two dogs, this fee cost us an additional $56.

The campground was great and the location was very central to all the activities we enjoyed. Even stayed longer than originally booked. Within 45 min to Custer State Park, Mt Rushmore, Deadwood, 10 min to Ellsworth AFB and an hour to Badlands. Highly recommend this KOA. Great staff and facilities. Hope to return soon.

We had an excellent 3 nights there. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us perfect recommendations on daily activities in the area. We also rented a car there which made our stay perfect.

The site we had was beautiful (Spot 149), however the fact that there was a 4-lane road right below us, which intersected with an interstate highway less than a block away took away any positives of our stay....the traffic noise was deafening! This is not a KOA I will be recommending, nor returning to, due to location as well as rude staff.

When we arrived there was construction going on. We stopped at the place to check in and I was immediately yelled at by an old man that I was in the wrong place. There was no one behind me and he acted like I was the one being paid by his presence and not the other way around. There seem to be a lot of old guys running around in golf carts bugging the campers. Don’t stay here.

Only half of the locations were paved and the rest were sand, which tracked thru our RV routinely, plus We were charged $19.00 for four triple AAA batteries and a 4 ounce can of spray lubricant which i thought was excessive. On the other hand, the employees were friendly and service oriented, the park was clean, the showers were clean, and the pool was heated :-). OVERALL, WE WERE SATISFIED.....

Construction of the new office made the entrance too narrow. One staff member was very unprofessional. Had to pay extra to have a dog. Also won't let you check in before 1:00 without paying an early arrival fee which just caused people to stack up by the office waiting for it to be 1:00. Also paid for a pull through site but there was a huge tree on one side so you couldn't make the turn out.

OMG...this place is a palace. Brand new restrooms and showers and a wonderful view of the mountains in the morning. There are plenty of grocery stores near by and the campground was silent after 8pm. These types of KOAs make exploring America great again

Just built a new Store & Office with shower/bath both upstairs & down that are like a mini spa! Staff at the campground are very helpful. From 7-10am they did a breakfast downstairs that hit the spot.
