A great place to stay. We arrived later than planned (after driving 1300 miles) and found all the info we needed to find our site and get settled then went and spoke with the office in the morning. Our host were friendly and helpful without pestering. Any issues we ran into were squared away before we even had to complain. We will be around for a few months and have already booked our next st

Facilities are very nice and clean. However for tent camping, there is zero privacy, no fence, bushes or trees, my site was next to cabins, and the train that goes by several times in the night and blows the whistle every time is very annoying.

The hosts made it very special. It helps to have a person there when you arrive. They were open until 8pm. Campground could use more shelter. It was very windy

The best tent sites I stayed in at a KOA campground. Rated as a 4 because there were no tables at the tent sites. Add some small tables and it will be a 5+!!

The whole process was very smooth from check-in to check-out. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The campground was very clean and well-kept. All in all, it was a great experience!

Nice campground. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I love having private bathrooms! I will definitely stay here when I am passing through again.

We used a tent site. Wish it would have had shade, but the site was well maintained. The bathrooms were the best we have ever seen in a KOA. Loved the privacy of a locked door was great! The staff was friendly, and all the facilities were clean and well maintained. We would definitely come back when we are in the area!

I was a bit hesitant to make reservations because the website said they only had one site left for 7 people and one site left for up to 6 people left. I was afraid the place was going to be packed and almost did t make reservations because of that. We ended up being the only tent campers , had a great site, the staff was very nice and personable, the grounds were clean. Definite recommend.

Had a great time camping here even though there was some crazy thunder storms overnight. Got to expect that during monsoon season. See ya in the fall!

Bathrooms were amazingly clean =thank you! Some things outside your control was location and it being close to the noisy highway or the high winds in that area.

Solo tent camper, one night stay. Pet friendly, family friendly, pizza and wings delivered to your campsite, a nice clean pool for a dip after a day on the road, friendly staff. I would stay there again, happily.

Only disappointed about having to rent a fire pit, seemed like an odd money grab. The staff was wonderful and the facility was clean. Best koa I have stayed at.

We loved the individual bathrooms, especially the large shower area, hot water, and multiple hooks (eight of them!) for hanging clothes, towels, etc.! The freeway noise was noticeable as we went to sleep in our tent.

If they assure an undefended woman of their understanding and her safety at night, and she herself does nothing to violate rules that night, she should not be told in the morning that she is unwelcome there long term.

This campground is great for RVs or staying in a cabin, definitely not for tenting. The highway noise was too much, and the light that kept blinking on/off every 3 min was annoying to say the least. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and the showers were nice. I would come back, but only if I had a cabin or RV.

Everything was wonderful except for the aggressive nature in which the night person informed me about my dogs barking. He spoke to me with little regard to having respect or concern about my embarrassment.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! The facilities were nice and clean. We stayed in a tent rather than rv and that was a little rough. The train went by blaring horns periodically and there was a yard light that kept flickering on and off... if we were rv camping, this place would be great! Not tent friendly as highway and train noise were a lot :) otherwise the staff are doing a great job!!

The campground is nice and it was quiet when I was there. The tent sites for the most part don't have trees or shelters. My biggest complaint is the bathrooms/showers. They have been re-done recently and are very nice however, there are no hooks on the walls in the showers for clothes, towels or anything else. There was a small table but it wasn't very accomodating.

I'd always avoided KOAs because they seemed like the rv/"we have a pool"/not really enjoying nature version of camping, but KOA completely changed my view. The staff was SO pleasant, the views were stunning, and the amenities (especially the shower/toilet combos and laundry) were insanely useful. We joined the KOA membership after just a few days and are looking forward to staying in other KOAs!

I roughed it in a tent while waiting for a cabin to open. I now have a cabin for the duration of my employment in Pueblo. I know the staff personally and they are always friendly and courteous. Looking forward to arriving today and getting in the cabin.

Campsite was okay but could use better shading and ground material. Store selection could use some improvement too.

Our only wish is that 1)KOA reservation site add a category of transportation to be “vehicle-motorcycle/small trailer.” 2) Tent spots have the ability to accommodate vehicle/small (non-living quarter) trailers without hooking the trailer. Lots of us pull moto trailers but are tenters. Facilities and staff at Pueblo are very nice. Grounds are clean and well maintained.

We've frequently stayed at this KOA for almost 10 years, & we've been just as pleased every time. From the exceptional service upon arrival, to the staff escorting us to our well groomed site & picking up & disposing our trash from our site, along with picking up, filling & returning our propane tanks, to the pizza & wings they deliver. Oh, & the new restrooms always seem to be cleaned & ready to enjoy. We will be back! Thank you to all the staff for making our time there enjoyable.
