We didn't have a reservation and had to check in after hours. This process was well explained and easily accomplished. The grounds were well maintained and the bathrooms so clean and and private.

Surprised this is a journey KOA and not a holiday KOA. The RV park is pretty, very well maintained and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

We were at a family get together of sorts. Okay, I wait for pueblo was the closest to the central location. The high desert only offers so much and the area of landscaping, etc. Pueblo k oa had nice facilities and wonderful staff. I especially want to commend Jim. I will stay again.

This was our first time staying at a KOA, so we weren't sure what to expect. If they are all like Pueblo, we will be staying at more! The staff was so nice, everything was so clean and organized, and it just felt so peaceful. It was a wonderful stay!

Very clean and quiet. The private patio was way cooler than we imagined! There were nice Weber Q grills with utensils at some sites. They were very clean. You can tell the hosts have a lot of pride in their campground.

Repeat traveler at Pueblo KOA. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The park is clean and well kept. We will stay there again!

Having 3 dogs, it was great to have a fenced in yard all to ourselves. Bathrooms were very clean. Showers hard to figure out. The only knock was that they close the pool very early. After spending the day walking around Royal Gorge and Canon City in 90 degree heat we wanted to cool off in the pool but when we got back at 7:00, they already had a tarp over the pool. Most pools close at 9 or 10.

Only thing that is very bad is the access to your camp I was 70' long and barely got into the camp. It is very tight that I needed to almost jackknife. but the site I stayed was very nice. Also I did go through the tunnel on the way north. Thanks for the time I was there.

Staff was super friendly. They have a store stocked with some basics, and offer fresh pizza that can be delivered to your site. They have ice cream! We were escorted to our site. Although there is some road noise, the views are nice and the atmosphere is very welcoming. There is grassy area to play with the dogs. I wish we could have stayed another night.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. They even have pizza that they will bring to your campsite. It was very convenient. Will definitely stay there again.

First KOA that I will never go back to. Ladies checking us in were fine, but the rest of the staff left much to be desired. Guy in the golf cart made me park in back of the office and walk around to the front door to drop off books and jigsaw puzzels. When trying to get Ice cream, none of the 5 people in the room even acknowledged I was there. Left without. Drove to the Dog Run, so far away!

There is no good area for pets, what is there is thick stalks of weeds that poke the animal's paw, otherwise the stay was OK.

Nice staff, clean restrooms and truly a wonderful spot to spend the night. We ordered pizza, wings and salad from the office which was surprisingly delicious! They even delivered in the rain! Only problem are the huge rocks at the end of the pull-thru sites. We had a VERY difficult time getting out even with assistance from our kind neighbor.

Rude staff, dog park was in a unsafe place..down the road past their storage loy, pool closed early, can't use a golf cart, but staff can take their families on them...just unfriendly...

Sites were level and had all the amenities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. No real shade or grass which is guess it's coming in this area.

The park was clean. The sites are more Class A and not very friendly for Class B. I will never stay there again ... I may never stay at any KOA again. For my purposes, this was very over priced and compliated.

We stayed here while visiting our daughter and grandchildren who live in Pueblo. It's a nice overnight stay after seeing the sites of Colorado by day. We chilled the last rainy night here, had a pizza from the camp store, and watched a movie.

It was kept up but any place that blasts FOX Entertainment as I walk in door will not get a favorable review. Play a nice calm music/landscape You Tube-no reason for dividing country anymore. If corporate KOA is requiring you to set the channel on FOX as a marketing choice-bad on them-if local choice-bad on you.

Cleanest KOA we have ever stayed in. Friendly staff. Our spot was shaded with trees which helped in the heat of the day. Will definitely be back when we make our way to Pueblo again.

We've frequently stayed at this KOA for almost 10 years, & we've been just as pleased every time. From the exceptional service upon arrival, to the staff escorting us to our well groomed site & picking up & disposing our trash from our site, along with picking up, filling & returning our propane tanks, to the pizza & wings they deliver. Oh, & the new restrooms always seem to be cleaned & ready to enjoy. We will be back! Thank you to all the staff for making our time there enjoyable.
