I have stayed here before and the cabins are great. I was a litte disappointed with the showers. I understand the need for water conservation but 7 mins is not long enough for a shower after an active day outside. Also I was bummed that they decided to power wash the cabin next door at 9 am. I wish they could have waited until 11. The couple that checked me in were awesome and very friendly!!

The cabin was just what I needed but I would love to have had a screen door!! Also the drapes needed to be cleaned. It would be great if the drapes had tie backs so they could be kept open when wanted. Thank you for having individual shower/restrooms!

Our cabin was very nice our only complaint was the microwave didn't work properly. The turntable wasn't t turning.

Deluxe cabin was nice. Stay was great. Thoughts: Need upfront info about getting more towels & toilet paper, trash pickup, and checkout procedures.

Awesome stay! Enjoyed the KOA cabin. Bathrooms were excellent. Bummer that the pizza was not going anymore.

Enjoyed sitting on the porch swing. Ordered a pizza from KOA kitchen and it was delicious. Made it nice not to go back out. Would have been nice to have small fridge. Some kabins that don't have bathrooms still have a little fridge. Very close to bathrooms. Like the new separate bath rooms. The tunnel is a little dangerous to drive through even with just a car.

My wife and I enjoyed our time at Pueblo KOA. Seeing the Rocky Mountains in the distance, from our cabin porch, was something I looked forward to every morning. Colorado is a beautiful place to see and experience. The campground workers were friendly and it was just a very nice place to stay.

Our stay was perfect. The staff were all friendly & caring. We had to make a last minute change in our reservation from a pull thru kampsite for 2 nights to a 1 night kabin stay & Emily kindly made the changes, so helpful & understanding. The Deluxe Kabin privacy was wonderful & comfortable. We enjoyed the pizza & ice cream, prepared by Brenda & delivered by Jessica, & a nice fire. Excellent!!!

Although it was full being there on a holiday weekend, the facility was super clean. The restrooms and showers were spotless and had zero bad odors. Our cabin smelled like it had just been cleaned (not musty). The staff was not just polite, they went out of their way to be friendly and cheerful. Great experience!

Our deluxe cabin was great. Clean and updated cabin. Quiet and dark eventhough it was close to the highway. Kind staff. Pool was warm and well kept. No complaints! We will stay again.

Overall good. The cabin was nice. The wi-fi was great. The mattresses could be more comfortable. The second bunk could be higher. The bathrooms were nice and clean. The pool was closed well before dusk.

I arrived just as they were closing but the lady saw me, welcomed me inside and handled my reservation. Very nice, friendly and no rush at all. The gentleman that escorted me to my cabin was also friendly and thorough. The cabin was clean and comfortable. Thanks !

We had a great stay at the Puebly KOA. We were in town for the Colorado State Fair dog show, and needed a place to stay where we could have our dogs with us. The KOA turned out to be a great option for us. It was clean, well-kept, (bathrooms were very clean!), a welcome home-away-from-home (even for the dogs), and prices were very reasonable for pizza and ice cream! Thanks! We'll be back...

Best cabin I've ever stayed in the public bathrooms were very clean and well maintain. I would not have an issue telling other people to definitely stay at KOA journey on exit 108 in Pueblo Colorado highly recommend it thank you so much for a beautiful day.

Harassed and nit picked throughout the end of our stay.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We don't appreciate how you littered our kabin and grounds with cigarettes and smoked in our cabin and it took us days to get the smell gone. Have a good trip!

We rented a kabin. It was clean and cozy. The air conditioning was a huge plus! I also appreciated that a fly swatter was there, as I prefer NOT camping with uninvited guests. Also included was a broom and dust pan, very handy to keep our kabin clean. The kids REALLY enjoyed the pool and playgrounds. The staff are so friendly! One thing I might suggest would be an outside mat?

We've frequently stayed at this KOA for almost 10 years, & we've been just as pleased every time. From the exceptional service upon arrival, to the staff escorting us to our well groomed site & picking up & disposing our trash from our site, along with picking up, filling & returning our propane tanks, to the pizza & wings they deliver. Oh, & the new restrooms always seem to be cleaned & ready to enjoy. We will be back! Thank you to all the staff for making our time there enjoyable.
