Ozark KOA was above and beyond accommodating to the Floridians waiting out the Hurricane Milton. They provided a Pizza lunch for us all and a cookout. Great place

Amazing friendly staff that went above and beyond. They have a great dog park and nice pool and playground for the kids. Amazingly the spot we got was PERFECTLY leveled. Just make sure to ask about their water pressure. 10/10 would recommend this KOA

This is one of the best KOA sites we’ve ever stayed at! Bathrooms were cleaned several times a day, staff was exceptionally helpful, and the pool was nice and refreshing. Camp sites were clean and easy to park on asphalt surface. They even offered a community bin fire and cook out night. I would highly recommend this stop! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The management team there were awesome. They took care of us as we were fleeing from the hurricane Milton and just the attitude and caring was wonderful.

Thank you for such a great stay. The staff is so helpful and kind, the grounds are well-kept and clean. We met many nice people while there, and had 2 fun evenings chatting and roasting marshmallows around the community bonfire. Most of us fled Florida to avoid Hurricane Milton. The owner provided a pizza lunch one day for lunch , and a delicious bbq dinner with all the fixings. So kind!!

If I could give 15 stars, I would. We were Florida evacuees fleeing Hurricane Milton. The campground was packed with fellow Floridians in the same boat. The staff! Where do I start? Wonderful. Kind, caring, and wanting to help. Tony ordered pizzas for all of us on Tuesday night. Wednesday, they organized a BBQ. They treated everyone with kindness, compassion, and respect. Thank you!!!

We traveled from California and stayed there during hurricane Milton, staff was awesome. They bought pizza and sodas for all campers one night, bounce house for kids another night, and BBQ’d hot dogs and hamburgers the next night. They even trimmed some branches for our RV to fit under. Staff was amazing in the wake of hurricane. They made the room for all campers to stay

This was supposed to be a 3 day stay but due to hurricanes we had to extend twice and ended up staying 12 days. The staff was amazing and polite and did everything possible to keep everyone happy during the evacuation of folks from Florida. The staff bought over 50 pizzas for everyone in the park and I even seen a bouncy house for kids brought in. This is the BEST KOA I have stayed at! Great job

Most there this week were like us displaced Floridians. The campground treated us very well and even gave us a pizza party. We would have stay longer but site was booked. Want to Thank Fort Ruckers for the Southern hospitality and we will be looking forward to camping experiences there .

We stayed at Ozark/Fort Rucker KOA for 2 nights during evacuation from the Tampa area during Hurricane Milton. The staff was very kind and helpful. They sponsored a pizza lunch one of the days we stayed. It was very appreciated. We are seasonal Floridians and travel north each spring and return each fall. Ozark/Fort Rucker KOA is a frequent destination while transitioning.

This is a lovely well maintained campground. We stayed overnight on a trip from Red Bay, AL to Panama City. The short-term sites are all level concrete pads. The ponds and the trees make this a beautiful campground. If we had a reason to be in Ozark longer this would be a lovely campground to stay a few days. We did not use the pool but it was well maintained.

I arrived late, but my welcome/information packet was easy to find. The campground was clean and well lit. Especially enjoyed the clean bathrooms. Better than the last hotel I stayed in.

We’ve been rving over 60 years and don’t believe we’ve stayed in a prettier, better maintained, more hospitable spot. We highly recommend! And very reasonable!!!

We love this park. It is quiet and beautiful. Well kept. The staff is great - very helpful. We stay frequently on trips north and south.

We did not have a reservation as we were fleeing the hurricane in our area. These folks were very accommodating and found us a site. We were able to stay in a “safe place” for 4 nights. The staff were amazing! I’m sure we will be back.

Perfect mid way point for our many trips back and forth from Arkansas and Florida. Quiet…easy access off of 231…we will continue to use 3 or 4 times a year.

Only stayed overnight evacuating from path of hurricane, so we didn't get to know the campground or it's facilities. Power, water and cable TV worked nicely. WIFI was weaker and slower than we hoped for but it was OK for what we needed short term. Staff was VERY helpful and friendly even though we arrived late (after dark). Thank you!

Site #7. The sewer connection is not secure, so when I opened the valve to drain the BW tank, the PVC fitting jumped out of the ground and gave my feet a rather unpleasant soaking. Your restrooms could use a little update, serviceable is the best I can do for that rating. That said I will probably stay again.

This campground checks all the boxes: Beautiful landscaping, pool that’s open long hours and nearly all year, lovely bathrooms with an awesome handicapped facility, lots of large pull throughs. The staff was not just friendly, but incredibly helpful as well. This is my favorite KOA in the Deep South.

Enjoyed a convenient one night stay here and plan to stay again on our return trip. Jeff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. We appreciate the consideration he shows campers. During our visit the park was quiet which was perfect for us.

What a great place. Convenient location, easy access. Everything is well maintained and clean. The lady checking people in an running the store was so genuinely nice and welcoming. The dog park is huge. Places like this help give KOA their good name. There were some nice surprise perks provided. Improvements are still in progress and we can't wait to see them as we intend to make this a regular stop.

Cute campground right off 231. Easy access, just watch for the 1st driveway. It sneaks up on you. But the staff was awesome and the campgrounds are neat and clean. Great pull-thru site. Would definitely stay again.
