Our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet and we slept very well after a great day of riding KOA, Onamia’s Polaris RZR side by side. KOA has a very nice facility and provided great service in all ways.

The hosts were super nice and responsive to text message questions. The buildings were clean and tidy. The hosts held fun events while we were there, an outdoor movie on a big screen and a s'mores event. They also had a library of DVD's and streaming services. It was a WONDERFUL experience.

The host were very friendly, helpful and welcoming while we stayed at the cabin. This is my second trip back and we had a great time visiting Garrison, Isles and going around Mille Lacs.

It was great. I had a room not a campsite, the room was comfortable, very clean. I appreciate the room being dog friendly! The entire complex looked great, well cared for. I will be back.

The campsite felt very familiar friendly. There was not a lot of shade but the lodge was comfortable. The indoor are was nice for the kids to cool off. I was disappointed in the trail for hiking as it was just a paved path. Ther was not a lot for older kids to do but the little kids had a small playground and the owners would mix it up for the little by bring out new activities every day.

The bears lodge was great! Even my teenagers loved it. Everyone was very friendly and all the facilities were clean. I definitely recommend this koa!

We stayed in one of the rooms in the Bear's Den, so it was really like a motel stay. It was a very nice and quiet room, with pleasant pastoral views from the windows. The owners were friendly and accommodating. The closest town, Onamia, is about a mile away, walkable via the Soo Line trail, where we saw many birds plus groundhogs. Not much in Onamia, but we got a good breakfast at Farm Market Cafe

We rented the two room family suite. My only complaint is that the door between rooms was nonexistent - there should be a closeable door for privacy. The mattresses are the most comfortable I've experienced at a KOA. Owner was very friendly. The amenities they offer were fun and well kept. We plan to go back in a couple months.

What a great restful place to stay! I love this KOA and I have been to all of them in Minnesota. The hosts were wonderful and take care of their campers and campgrounds. I loved my studio cabin and the community area. I will definitely be returning!

Wonderful experience with great people. Game's, live music and food truck. We also enjoyed quiet relaxing campfire at night looking at the sunset and stars. Bring your boat or ATV, the trails are open as well as the beaches of Lake Mille Lacs. Our family enjoyed the hotel the most to many games to name. Family game night was a hit!!!

Had a great time. Some of us who love the idea of camping, but still want certain amenities, were very happy with the accommodations. A few of us enjoyed the cool comfort of the Bear Den and others had a tent site. Best of both worlds. Decor in dens really cute and facility was very clean everywhere. Loved the location too! We'll be back.

Rode 3 miles from KOA the first night and had flat tire. Rocks on the trail are terrible !!!! KOA wonderful will stay again. need to be advertised

The lodge rooms are so comfortable! The staff is really friendly and is so helpful. It’s a beautiful area and one of our favorite places to stay.

Great experience! Thor and Cindy were fantastic hosts and pointed out all the area attractions. The studio was perfect. Clean and welcoming and they treated our dog like a queen. Highly recommended.

Thor and Cindy are amazing hosts and the property is so much fun. Right on the trail and when you get back the community room is perfect for chilling out. We had a blast on bingo night and we will be back!

We stayed in one of their Den rooms. Very charming decor. Very nice and clean. We had requested the handicap bathroom which fit my needs perfectly. The hosts were excited to greet us and made us feel welcome. Our granddaughter and her friend had a great time making tie dye shirts.

It was great. The grounds and buildings were perfectly maintained. I stayed in one of the rooms which was clean, comfortable and the decor was great. The staff was friendly, helpful and most important they were always around to help if needed. I could not have been happier with my short stay. The people managing this campground clearly care about their customers and enjoy their jobs.
