Very friendly and helpful staff. All connections were in great shape and maintained well. There were a few weeds growing around the park that could be removed if the intent is a gravel only site.

The campground was basic but nice for a stopover. We were charged a $15 site cleaning fee with no explanation or contact from them. We always leave our site clean and I still don't know what the fee was for. In all of our many KOA stays that has never happened and it is highly unethical in my opinion.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

You were contacted regarding dog messes that you left all over your site. You were assessed a cleaning fee as every guest is responsible for cleaning up after their own pets. This is not our responsibility and it is clearly stated in the rules and regulations.

A quick over night on our way back to Denver and we selected Tri-Trails over the I-80 park. What a pleasant surprise tucked off the highway far enough to be quiet and serene yet close enough to infrastructure, restaurants, fuel etc. The staff could not have been nicer and welcomed us to the park as well as greeted us during the day and next morning with a hello and wave. Well Done

Received 2 texts on check in day citing the rules and regulations. However they made no mention that the pool was closed...which is the reason i chose this campground in the first place. After a long..hot day on the road it was definatly a disappointment. The campground itself was ok. Nothing special.

We are sorry the pool had some issues with all the rain and the excessive heat we have had. It was beyond our control and we are sorry for the inconvenience.

Front desk staff - top notch. Clean bathrooms, shower, and pool area. One of the few KOAs that will mail the postcards that you buy from them. Easy pull through. Great location to the main highway. Playground was great for the kids. We were under the trees but I could see where some sites were not. Small, simple store. Not an issue for us. d

Friendly staff making check-in a breeze after a long day on the road. Site was close to perfect level. Dog park was clean, secure, and poop-free which is rare. We actually felt comfortable allowing our dogs to run around and work off some of the travel day excitement.

Start to finish our favorite KOA so far. Very generous sites. We got a patio site. It was clean and the furniture was comfortable. Our grandsons spent hours in the pool. Also very clean as were the renovated bathrooms. Detachable shower head was a bonus. Beric gave a great recommendation for visiting Ogallala beach. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again

Nice employees that showed us to our site. Wish we would have had some shade. Just gravel sites in the sun! No cable or tv reception in the park. Nice and clean though

We do not have cable tv or many over the air stations but we have streaming WIFI that is free for every guest!

This was our second time staying here. Once again we were greeted with friendly faces and top notch service. The amenities are perfect and the camp ground was immaculately clean. We originally were only going to stay one night, but decided after the one night to stay two more nights. The office was great and we were able to stay in our same spot. Don't miss stopping here, they are the best!

The park is very well maintained. Bathrooms were spotless. We had a patio site which was large with firepit and BBQ.

We really enjoy using our digital antenna which comes in handy when there isn’t any cable hook up. Sadly this KOA has no cable hook up, and worse yet there was absolutely no reception for our digital antenna. Camp personnel said they are located in a valley . So our TV was useless. Everything else about this KOA was perfect and we would stay again just plan on not watching TV!

Our website and reservations all state no cable tv and antenna is very limited as we do NOT have local channels in our rural area. You possibly will get a few PBS channels. We do offer FREE WIFI Streaming.

We stayed for one night on a cross country trip but it didn't feel like just a stop. The ladies at the front were absolutely amazing and helped us with everything - even put us near the bathroom so my pregnant wife could have easy access. Showers and bathrooms were clean and the pet park was perfect for our puppy. Thank you!!

The grounds were clean & mowed. The newer area for big rigs where we stayed had no trees; the older part is shady and prettier. Our site was level gravel, with two options/pipes to hook up the sewer dump which could accommodate most any type of coach layout. This place just keeps getting better! It's a super convenient stop and they take such pride in their campground. It's been upgraded, again, with even sweeter spots. All the conveniences you come to expect are here and more. All of the facilities are super clean and it's just an all around amazing KOA. Thanks again for another great stay!

We arrived an hour an a half before one check in time. The campground was almost empty but we were told we could not pull on the site till 1:00. Also the pool does not open till 1:00. While we were there it was extremely hot, a family that was there for the week end and had small children wanted to swim in the morning before the extreme heat and they were told also that the pool opens at 1:00

Check in time is 1pm mountain standard time and this is on our website, on your reservation emails texts, and all correspondence. We do not allow early check-ins as staff is preparing the facilities for your arrival.

Lovely campground. We’ve been staying here for many years, and before it became a KOA. Interesting to see the changes being made. We really appreciated the staff being willing to adjust our reservations due to tire issues on our 5th wheel.

The park is well set up and maintained beautifully. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We asked to upgrade our site to a patio site that was more level & they were very accommodating. Roads fairly easy to navigate with a 38 ft rig with tow car. Sites were spacious. Enjoyed our stay.

Two night stay while traveling west. Convenient location off the highway near stores and gas stations. Clean well kept sites. Easy to get in and out. Quiet and relaxing.

Catching up on helpful Google reviews from previous stays. I usually place reviews on Campendium for RV parks. ---------------- $52/night Stayed 2 nights Site #28 Stayed mid-April 2023. Site type: Pull Thru, 50 Amps, Full Hookups Patio Site GENERAL Overall: Would absolutely stay here again. Very helpful staff! Sites: We had an amazing end grass patio area with lots of space. Many pull-through sites were gravel. Grounds: Clean with improvements in process. Amenities: Showers/restrooms were REALLY nice! Gas/Food: Close to gas and some restaurants. One of the restaurants delivered to the site. Location: Not much in the area (to our knowledge) to explore if you are wanting to go site-seeing. Connectivity: Great campground wifi and connectivity with Verizon and AT&T. CONNECTIVITY Campground WiFi: -Great campground wifi! Cell/hotspot using booster: -AT&T (3 of 4 bars—4G) -Verizon (3 of 4 bars—4G)

There was so much space in the site! Everything was clean, I was astounded by the bathrooms. Great amenities for dogs as well, would definitely recommend
