Staff was very understanding about our situation (being towed in after a double blowout on I-80). They put us in a site the tow truck & tire changing truck could access. They checked on us several times & allowed us to use a picnic table at a vacant site in the shade while the RV was on the jack. Bathrooms were really nice and clean. Hopefully our next stay will be under better circumstances.

Our stay was brief but spot next to ours sewer backed up to ours and was running over and made the packing up terrible and made our stay not good

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Due to feminine products, flushable wipes (these are NOT septic safe), a trash bag, and a sewer ring being put into our sewer system there was a back up that was immediately cleaned up before it ran on the ground. Please do not put anything but toilet paper into a toilet.

We like the campground. Reasonably quiet, staff are very accommodating and helpful. Didn't use the facilities or pool so can't comment. Had no problems with site hookups and site was reasonably level. Especially like that fire pits are an option because it limits smoke that can be a health hazard now days! Don't know why there is a second KOA close by but Tri Trails is the best.

Very spacious sites with a kind and considerate staff that makes you feel welcome. Very clean and well kept and definitely a place I will stay again if I am in the area.

It's a very nice campground and clerks friendly & helpful. We loved the drive through space we had along the outside where we had trees on one side, campground on the other, with no RVs on either side, we were in slot 13.

Very nice park. There was severe weather in the area and staff came by to tell us where the shelters were in case we needed them.

Park has new upgrades since our last stay. Park is clean and well kept. Staff are friendly and answered all our questions. A storm warning was issued. Staff went to each site to inform the guests about the storm shelters.

Very friendly and helpful. Bad weather was nearby and someone from the kampground went door to door to let everyone know about the weather and where to shelter if needed. Very clean grounds.

We are so glad we chose this location for our stay! We stopped going and coming home from the Grand Tetons. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the newly updated bathrooms were amazing!! and nice and quiet as this KOA is set off from the interstate a few miles but still super handy to other services/stores.

I missed judged travel time and arrived 3 hours early. Although the campground was sparsely populated I was turned away and told to to somewhere until 1pm. Had I not made the reservation and paid in advance, I certainly would have continued on. I will not make a prepaid reservation with KOA if this is the outcome. I also was given a flyer advising Mr as to how I should rate the park. Indeed

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Check in is advertised on website and is sent in your email confirmation. Office is closed from 10am-1pm for cleaning and the office opens at 1pm for that day's arrivals and check-in's. We are not staffed for early arrivals. Please take the time change into consideration as we are on mountain time.

The only issue we had was that we didn’t know pool hours. Sometimes it would be open around 10a, sometimes it wouldn’t open until after 2p. Great little park, very little highway noise, and fantastic staff!

Its a new KOA and it had a nice area for tent camping. Very clean bathrooms and a nice park for the kids.

They closed the female bathroom completely down and didn’t even offer an alternative. We ended up having to leave early because of it! So disappointed. I paid a lot of money for a bathroom and shower and they closed it. At least let us share the men’s.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Due to feminine products and flushable wipes that aren't flushable being flushed down the toilets, both bathrooms were backed up and BOTH bathrooms were shut down until we could get it fixed. That was something that was completely out of our control but was handled ASAP and has been taken care of.

The staff was very friendly and checked on us the next morning after having a bad storm. The park is very well maintained and they are working hard considering it’s a fairly new operation. We even got to enjoy the nice pool area. Will definitely stay again when traveling on I80.

Beautiful KOA! Nice little park for the kids, great dog park, and we loved the paw patio spot. Nice clean bathroom facilities, friendly staff, absolutely no complaints. Didn't get a chance to use the pool due to too much rain, but it looked nice as well. Our whole family would love to go back for a longer trip!

Loved the spacing of the campsites, easy in easy out. the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. the cleanliness of the bathrooms/showers; the size of laundry machines and cleanliness, also. the different amenity options for sites. probably the best koa we have stayed at overall, touring the mid-west.

We were there 2 nights, very clean and friendly campground. Loved they sang the United States' National Anthem every night and revelry every morning at 9:00

We had a nice spot with lots of room. Usually jammed in at KOA’s. Far enough from the highway that it was pretty quiet. We even slept with the windows open!

Catching up on helpful Google reviews from previous stays. I usually place reviews on Campendium for RV parks. ---------------- $52/night Stayed 2 nights Site #28 Stayed mid-April 2023. Site type: Pull Thru, 50 Amps, Full Hookups Patio Site GENERAL Overall: Would absolutely stay here again. Very helpful staff! Sites: We had an amazing end grass patio area with lots of space. Many pull-through sites were gravel. Grounds: Clean with improvements in process. Amenities: Showers/restrooms were REALLY nice! Gas/Food: Close to gas and some restaurants. One of the restaurants delivered to the site. Location: Not much in the area (to our knowledge) to explore if you are wanting to go site-seeing. Connectivity: Great campground wifi and connectivity with Verizon and AT&T. CONNECTIVITY Campground WiFi: -Great campground wifi! Cell/hotspot using booster: -AT&T (3 of 4 bars—4G) -Verizon (3 of 4 bars—4G)

There was so much space in the site! Everything was clean, I was astounded by the bathrooms. Great amenities for dogs as well, would definitely recommend
