Overall very clean and perfectly ideal for our overnight stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location and convenient to all town services. We are used to the privacy of dispersed camping so it was a little populated for us, but the sites were roomy enough and it was dark and quiet at night, which we prefer.

Super friendly staff. Great playground and walking area. Weather was bad when we arrived which worked out well because the pool was empty. Showers and bathrooms are very clean.

We recently went on a trip, staying in KOA's along the way. By far!!! Ogallala's KOA was the best KOA we stayed at!!! The owner was very cordial, and helpful. Also, this RV stop was the most quiet and peaceful place we were at. We took use of the laundry. The restroom and showers were excellent!

Fantastic campground and host. The lake is close by and perfect for cooling off in the summer heat.

This was a KOA journey so we didn’t expect much but we were pleasantly surprised. It was clean, neat, and had many more amenities than we expected. The camp hosts were awesome, very friendly and helpful. The campground is far enough away from the hwy that it was very quiet. I would recommend this KOA.

Swimming pool was not open and not being worked on. Mostly patio or pet sites($$$) or parked in a gravel parking lot. Not impressive but served for the overnight stay only.

Pool is permanently closed as was stated to you prior to you choosing to make a reservation to stay. Please be advised if choosing to stay here that the pool will not be opening.

This was such a nice campground! We stayed for one night and really enjoyed it. Everyone was so friendly in the office.

We stayed in pull through site 12 with full hookups for 5 days. The campground is very well maintained and the staff were very friendly. During our stay my wife fell ill and had to take her to the emergency room for treatment. The staff went above and beyond to help us extend our stay and were able to keep us in the same site so we didn’t have to move. My wife and I can’t thank them enough!!!

We liked our end spot facing the open fields, with a bit of green and a tree for the dogs. The owner was very cordial as were the rest of the team. It was easy to maneuver within the park, which for those of us with “big rigs”, is a welcomed pleasure. Good job on the hookup layout!

reserved tent site for one night for BSA troop. check in was smooth and easy, site was nice and level. Sites could use a grill or grate for the firepit. We stay in KOA when out way to camp. Most sites have some way for us to cook a quick dinner without us unpacking our vehicle. This site does not. I would rate lower for this but the staff arranged for us to use a propane grill from another site

Very nice, clean, quiet park. The staff is very friendly. They have someone to guide you to your site. Easy in and out. The only thing I would mention the pool was not operational and that is not mentioned on the site or on reservation. So if booking to enjoy pool time call to confirm. There is a really nice playground and a dog park as well.

My only problem was that I could not dump my grey and black tanks before leaving, the sewer receptacle at the sights were too small !!!! Actually, this was a big problem for me.

The site you were at had a 3 inch sewer. If you have any issues with any equipment while on property PLEASE call or come to the office as we would love to remedy any issues that we are able too.

We had a great stay here, we had a concrete patio with table and chairs and a gas grill. Dog park was very nice also. Very friendly people running things. would definitely recommend this one.

Our one night stay was very peaceful. It is a very quiet area but still close enough to the highway to be very convenient. It was a breeze to get a reservation. We arrived after the office was closed and found our information packet with everything we needed. It was very easy to find our site. The site was perfect for our needs with plenty of room. We would stay again if in the area.

It’s a wonderful campground. Very easy to navigate if you have a big rig. Love the Paw Pen sites. It’s one of our favorites !!

Wonderful campground! We will definitely stay here again! Easy and convenient check-in, clean restrooms and showers. Hot water is always available, and the restrooms and showers are open 24/7. Electricity and water hookups are also available at the campsite. We really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend! The only downside we noticed was the lack of a coin change machine. The washers and dryers only accept quarters, and not everyone travels with coins. So, if you're planning to stay here and use the laundry facilities, make sure to bring some quarters with you! We would also like to suggest that the campground owners install a bill-to-coin change machine. It would make things much easier for guests and make an already great campground even better:)

We liked the escort to our site. It was a nice, level gravel site with a KOA stamped concrete patio and nice table, chairs, a gas grill that we thoroughly enjoyed. They also have PawPet fenced options for some. We only stayed one night, and appreciated not digging out our gas grill. We did laundry right away and found the laundry room very clean and mostly in good shape.The washers are in excellent shape, water temp.was good. One dryer by the door has been abused by customers-it had a hole-y lint collector and didn't seem to dry well. That one and the dryer near by both got very hot on perm press setting, but we were able to check it out and change the setting. It would be great to know how long the dryers run on a cycle. The cost was very reasonable -$2 wash, $2 dry.

Not the most scenic koa out there but it's got all the necessary amenities and a very friendly staff. I had a tent site here not long ago and me and the pups were very happy with it. Also, if you buy firewood there, they'll bring it straight to your site which is nice.
