everything was great. only issue was the power that feeds the well, went out. No problem, as the host communicated with us and the water was restored in a couple hours. Also, loved the new bath house

We had reservations for the KOA in Ogallala, NB. Our GPS led us to the Ogallala KOA near I-80. When we arrived, we were told we were at the wrong KOA in Ogallala and were directed to another Ogallala KOA where our reservation was. Very confusing!!! Better KOA signage would help traveling RVers.

As always the park was in great condition. Friendly people. This has been where we always stay when we go through Ogallala, even before they became a KOA Kampground. Will stay again when we pass this way.

Wow I already rated our stay as not good. Guess you threw it away as this is a second one. We have been coming here for 12 yrs, but no more. No cable, no grass, half the trees are gone and we lost water for two hours, and the price has gone up. It felt like we were staying in Nevada not the quaint Midwest. It was sad…

Only 1 survey is sent to you this is the only one you received. Water was out for 2 hours due to the electric companies equipment malfunctioning and they had it up and going within 2 hours. I am sorry that was out of our control. I am sorry this park is not for you. We love our park!

Stayed at 9 KOA’s in a 14 day stretch and this one had the best pool. The cleanest bathrooms and the greatest, and I mean greatest, showers. Service was also excellent.

The staff were extremely friendly and always available for assistance. The park is located in a quiet area and is kept very clean. We enjoyed ourselves very much.

We just stayed one night- traveling through. Very clean park, really friendly and helpful staff. I liked the lush grass on every site.

We love the park wish we could have stayed a few days but we were on our way back home to Colorado. We will be back for sure…just one concern about handicap entrance into the office is there one somewhere that we missed? Thanks for everything…

Great campground and staff. The sites provide great WIFI and have two sewer hook-up options. A nice place to stop when traveling in the area.

This Kamp was a pleasant site after a long day with a mechanical issue on the road. We arrived late, but Kamp host had text us with all the instructions needed. We picked up our late arrival packet and our site was perfectly level and plenty long enough so did not have to unhitch our toad. So quick setup and finally a chance to relax.

Staff was amazing!!! They moved me to a different spot for more shade. The campground was in great shape and the rest rooms/showers were nice and clea.

Nice little KOA with freindly hosts. Nice they see you to your site and make sure your properly settled. Asked for shade and received exactly what I needed.

We requested two sites next to each other during our reservation but the information was not transferred to the host. When we arrived we asked if we could be next to each other and the hosts were standoffish and difficult, telling us that it was impossible to put our families next to each other even though there were several available sites right next to ours. No effort was made to accommodate.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Both reservations were made online with no additional notes of traveling with other people. We had a completely full park the night you were in, so putting you guys together was impossible. In addition, you guys had booked 2 different site types.

Super friendly staff, well taken care of campground. Nice pool. Quiet, relaxing, good location off highway. Would stay again!!! Restroom are clean and big. Showers work great!!

The ladies in the office were very friendly and professional. The patio site was amazing! Since we arrived at 3pm, even though we were only there for 1 night, we were able to enjoy sitting out on the patio and even used the larger grill that was provided to grill out our dinner. Very nice site! I wish we could have stayed longer to just relax!

We pulled in at 8:45 PM, all of the campsites were quiet by 9 PM. Super clean facilities. We left at 9 AM and didn't get a chance to do much exploring or spend any time on the campground other than the bathroom and showers. Good communication and easy to follow directions for a late night checkin.

Catching up on helpful Google reviews from previous stays. I usually place reviews on Campendium for RV parks. ---------------- $52/night Stayed 2 nights Site #28 Stayed mid-April 2023. Site type: Pull Thru, 50 Amps, Full Hookups Patio Site GENERAL Overall: Would absolutely stay here again. Very helpful staff! Sites: We had an amazing end grass patio area with lots of space. Many pull-through sites were gravel. Grounds: Clean with improvements in process. Amenities: Showers/restrooms were REALLY nice! Gas/Food: Close to gas and some restaurants. One of the restaurants delivered to the site. Location: Not much in the area (to our knowledge) to explore if you are wanting to go site-seeing. Connectivity: Great campground wifi and connectivity with Verizon and AT&T. CONNECTIVITY Campground WiFi: -Great campground wifi! Cell/hotspot using booster: -AT&T (3 of 4 bars—4G) -Verizon (3 of 4 bars—4G)

There was so much space in the site! Everything was clean, I was astounded by the bathrooms. Great amenities for dogs as well, would definitely recommend
