Two night stay while traveling west. Convenient location off the highway near stores and gas stations. Clean well kept sites. Easy to get in and out. Quiet and relaxing.

Did not see the email or text that stated no early check in so we arrived at noon and was told there was nobody there to check us in and when we asked what we could do the man said I don’t have the authority to check us in and you can not check in until 1:00 pm said ok but what can we do until then he then said can’t check in until 1:00pm again at this point we just got in the truck and drove

I apologize the office opens at 1pm for check-in. This is stated on our website, reservation confirmations, and pre arrival texts. The man who you are referring to does not work in the office and could not check you in. We apologize but we make it very clear prior to arrival.

Ogallala KOA is conveniently located to the I-80 freeway, and nearby services. I took time to drive into Ogallala, in search of coffee and a pastry. Worth it! Loved chatting with some locals, and hearing more about the less travelled Lincoln Highway. Very nice restroom facilities.

Very nice site, well kept, excellent shower/bathroom facilities. Swimming pool was fantastic! We’ll be back and tell the staff they’re the best!

The campground was very clean. We loved our patio spot. Bathrooms were in good form and the showers were nice and big! It definitely was a good spot to stop at for the night!

Quiet, easy to access, great atmosphere, and clean. We arrived late and check in was seamless. The bathrooms were renovated and clean. Great place to stay or just use while passing through.

The ladies who helped us were outstanding. We had a truck breakdown during our travels and KOA was able to get us in and extend our stay with no problem at all. We are very appreciative. The grounds and the facilities are very clean and very nice. We would absolutely stay again thank you.

The campground is very nice and clean. Friendly staff. Only complaint if you are parked over by the Fed x trucks you get woke up between 4-8am

People were great and site was nice. Pool needed to be cleaned. Bottom was dirty and water was cloudy. Overall a very nice place. Would stay again.

Stayed in this park before it was a KOA. Some good site changes and upgrades, but there is little grass and lots of gravel/dirt. Also there is no cable TV available. Every KOA we have ever stayed at had some sort of cable available. For the nightly cost it should be provided. Also there is some rusted yard art, (farming equipt) which is an attractive nuisance for kids can be dangerous.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We have high-speed wifi throughout the entire park that you can stream on with no issue. All younger kids should be accompanied by an adult at all times and therefore should not be climbing around equipment throughout the park.

This was our first stay in a KOA and we were only there overnight, but we found the campground extremely clean and the staff very welcoming.

It was just right for our overnight stay, but would have liked to have been able to take advantage of their premium spots for a longer stay. Best part of stay was the front desk personnel- friendly, efficient and very accommodating; would definitely return.

The bathrooms are in an incredibly inconvenient spot, and took forever to get to. Also not every camping tent site had a water spigot so it makes everything that much more difficult. And some of the other patrons were incredibly loud past 10:00 pm, which kept waking my kids up.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Bathrooms are less than 200 feet away from all tent sites. All premium tent sites have water and electric at them. If someone is not following the quiet hours, please let us know so that we can take care of it.

We stayed in a site with a paw pen. It was very nice because the site was extra wide. The only problem we had was it was not shaded so the turf was very warm almost it the point of being warm enough to burn paws. Maybe if you could put up a shade on part of the pen it would not be so warm. It was a beautiful park and not right next to the Interstate so it was quieter but not to far off.

Everything was wonderful! Staff was very helpful with finding a shady spot for us to camp. We were traveling with a small dog & did not have air-conditioning. The bathrooms were spotless & modern. I will definitely stay here again!

The site (50) was in a gravel lot. No grass between sites. Site was not level. We have stayed at much better campgrounds for less money. Doubtful we would stay here again when passing through.

Bathhouse was clean, nicely designed and modern. I strongly encourage you to add hooks to the sink area.

Catching up on helpful Google reviews from previous stays. I usually place reviews on Campendium for RV parks. ---------------- $52/night Stayed 2 nights Site #28 Stayed mid-April 2023. Site type: Pull Thru, 50 Amps, Full Hookups Patio Site GENERAL Overall: Would absolutely stay here again. Very helpful staff! Sites: We had an amazing end grass patio area with lots of space. Many pull-through sites were gravel. Grounds: Clean with improvements in process. Amenities: Showers/restrooms were REALLY nice! Gas/Food: Close to gas and some restaurants. One of the restaurants delivered to the site. Location: Not much in the area (to our knowledge) to explore if you are wanting to go site-seeing. Connectivity: Great campground wifi and connectivity with Verizon and AT&T. CONNECTIVITY Campground WiFi: -Great campground wifi! Cell/hotspot using booster: -AT&T (3 of 4 bars—4G) -Verizon (3 of 4 bars—4G)

There was so much space in the site! Everything was clean, I was astounded by the bathrooms. Great amenities for dogs as well, would definitely recommend
