Nice quiet campground away from the Interstate 80 noise. Check in was a breeze and the pull through sites were easily accessible. We would definitely stay here again.

Great 2-nite stop! I soooo appreciated the most-spacious toilet & shower stalls I ever saw in a KOA, with hot water arriving very fast (unlike some that are plumbed backwards so you wait and wait almost forever before finally figuring it out). Many shade trees. No campground lights glared into my windows, so I left them open and enjoyed the lovely night air. No highway noise. Very nice managers!!!

Overnight stop on our way west. Road work at exit & hwy to campground but that happens. Campground check in was easy & staff hostess & host were friendly & helpful. Full hookups worked well. Super clean showers & restrooms. Would stay here again.

Enjoyed the dog fenced area at our site. Management was very friendly and helpful. Washrooms were clean and well maintained. Stayed for 2 nights and will return here again if. I’m in the area. Recommend all travellers to spend time here.

It was just an overnight stay but we usually stay here when we’re passing this way. Always clean and well kept. The sites are gravel but really level. We have never had anything but a pleasant stay here.

This is a great KOA. Staff was very pleasant. Wish the pool was open. It was very hot and that would have changed my rating higher. We'd been to two other KOA's the last few days and they're pools were still open.

We enjoyed our stay here. The bathrooms and showers were super nice. Friendly staff and nice store. The one negative was that the speed bumps were made from a pipes, and there was no gradual slow down, so it was rather jarring (even going at 5 mph). The speed bumps may be what makes us prefer the other Ogallala KOA in the future.

Our stay was only for a quick night. But what a beautful well kept KOA. Our site was awesome, the staff was awesome and the bath/shower house was awesome. We will dfineitly be staying again if our travels take us through Nebraska.

Stayed 2 nights in site #37, 30 amp. Easy to find, easy access, level spot, plenty of length for motorhome and motorcycle trailer. Swimming pool was refreshing, shower/restroom facilities were impeccable. I would stay here again anytime.

Stopped in to this KOA as we were traveling back to Wisconsin. Nice flat sites, with long size lots which easily fit my 35' travel trailer and truck. Also, restrooms were very clean. Overall, we stayed only for a brief evening, but was worth the stop to rest up for our 900 miles drive to finish our trip.

Very nice campground. Site was nice. We requested shady and they came through! Heard a train throughout the night so if you’re a light sleeper you may not like but we enjoyed it!

Nice campground. 3rd year that we have stayed there. Close to the highway, easy to get in and out, and plenty of services (gas/food) close by. Staff is friendly. Stayed in a basic site as we were just passing thru, but plenty of room. Upgraded sites look very nice. A little expensive when it comes to camping, but you get what you pay for. Pool was closed but a little cold to swim anyway.

My spot was by the FedEx lot. The noise was terrible. The staff should have adjusted my location knowing I was staying for an extended time.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We put many several nighters in those sites as you usually get great shade and an area to yourself. It would have been great to know after the first night that it was too loud for you and we would have gladly helped you to move.

Wonderful campground! We will definitely stay here again! Easy and convenient check-in, clean restrooms and showers. Hot water is always available, and the restrooms and showers are open 24/7. Electricity and water hookups are also available at the campsite. We really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend! The only downside we noticed was the lack of a coin change machine. The washers and dryers only accept quarters, and not everyone travels with coins. So, if you're planning to stay here and use the laundry facilities, make sure to bring some quarters with you! We would also like to suggest that the campground owners install a bill-to-coin change machine. It would make things much easier for guests and make an already great campground even better:)

We liked the escort to our site. It was a nice, level gravel site with a KOA stamped concrete patio and nice table, chairs, a gas grill that we thoroughly enjoyed. They also have PawPet fenced options for some. We only stayed one night, and appreciated not digging out our gas grill. We did laundry right away and found the laundry room very clean and mostly in good shape.The washers are in excellent shape, water temp.was good. One dryer by the door has been abused by customers-it had a hole-y lint collector and didn't seem to dry well. That one and the dryer near by both got very hot on perm press setting, but we were able to check it out and change the setting. It would be great to know how long the dryers run on a cycle. The cost was very reasonable -$2 wash, $2 dry.

Not the most scenic koa out there but it's got all the necessary amenities and a very friendly staff. I had a tent site here not long ago and me and the pups were very happy with it. Also, if you buy firewood there, they'll bring it straight to your site which is nice.
