We like the campground but in staying there twice this past month we may not again. Both times the site was so unlevel that we had a time getting our camper level. Add to put it up on a number of blocks to get level which is a lot of work for people our age. Then we had to get a step stool as we were so high off the ground I could not even make the first step to get in the camper.

We work very hard to keep sites as level as possible. If you have any issues while on property please DO NOT hesitate to come and speak to us in the office so we can resolve the issue while you are on property!

The Owner is very relaxed and friendly. The showers were superb! It was nice that we were given a site with trees. We spent a relaxing day before continuing our journey.

We loved this KOA it was very well maintained and clean. Our only issue is the site we had was a struggle, it was very hard to level our rig. I wish KOA's would make level sites a priority. We will stay here again though.

Very nice RV Park. We had a gated dog pen and patio. Great spot, lots of room, a fence between spots and a fire pit. Pretty and well maintained.

We always enjoy our time of stay here. It has become a regular overnight stop on our way home from visiting our family in Montana. It is clean and well-maintained. Staff are professional, friendly and patient.

We stayed overnight on our way to Kansas. Our site was lovely with a patio, gas barbecue, and patio furniture. Staff are attentive and friendly.

We had reserved a campsite with a patio area. The patio area was all disheveled. Chairs were all scattered and there were leaves all over the patio area. For $100 per night, I expect it to be clean. Over by the bathrooms it looked like they weed eated the grass, but never bothered to clean the sidewalks. Overall, it just seemed like the campground was way behind on keeping up with maintenance.

I am so sorry that this was your experience I know you came in right after back to back storms but this is not an acceptable or a normal experience and we are sorry and hope you do give us another chance to make this right!

We booked to arrive around 7 pm on a 100 degrees Friday evening. We were exhausted from our travel and the kids were ready for a dip in the pool, but it was closed. I was told it closed at 7 pm this time of year. All the other koa we stayed at closed at 10 pm. We will never return to ogallala/trails again.

We apologize that this was your experience. Our pool was closed the night you stayed due to equipment failure. Typically the pool does close when the office closes. Please call prior to making a reservation if you are planning on using the pool and the office can give you the pool hours.

We only stayed overnight but we got there before 1 and office was closed. Had to wait and we had a site in the middle with no trees. Campsite was gravel and a little uneven. We ate at margaritas and it was good. We drove out to the lake to but since we are not from there we paid $14 to go into park.

It was fine, clean and very welcoming. They offered us the last tent site they had even though it had no electric or water, which was just what we needed. We were grateful they had space available!

Stay was great, although the entire area is gravel, I also paid extra for a Pup Pen and would not do that in the future if the weather is hot, as we just did not use it due to a lack of shade. Staff was very welcoming. We will definitely stay here again for quick overnights. Location is very close to I80.

Just an overnite. Typical KOA Journey. Good staff, clean restrooms, good sites. As our row of sites eas arranged, easiest entry/exit to/from campground I've had on awhile.

Highly recommend staying here! There was severe weather for our stay and we got multiple messages letting us know the weather was headed our way and the couple running the campground came to check on us first thing in the morning. The campground itself was very clean and perfectly laid out.

We had RV mechanical issues, and the staff was great about moving our reservation to a large easy-access site that our mobile RV repair people could easily get to and work from. Also, the bathrooms, showers, and laundry room were incredibly clean.

Excellent staff and facility. Bathrooms could use more attention including the old fat dude with red shorts that came in smoking a cigar while I was in the shower. What a pig. Otherwise 10/10 would stay again

Very nice site. Has laundry, bathrooms/showers, a pool and kids playground. I have stayed here twice in the past year. The internet is fantastic and handled streaming with no issues. Store has necessities.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. A lady lost her key fob and the young man working there weed eater the dog park to help find her key fob. A couple of campers helped with the search and we found them in the dumpster in a box she must’ve dropped her key fob when she threw her coffee cup away. Restrooms and showers were very clean. We went sightseeing and enjoyed everything we did!

Wonderful campground! We will definitely stay here again! Easy and convenient check-in, clean restrooms and showers. Hot water is always available, and the restrooms and showers are open 24/7. Electricity and water hookups are also available at the campsite. We really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend! The only downside we noticed was the lack of a coin change machine. The washers and dryers only accept quarters, and not everyone travels with coins. So, if you're planning to stay here and use the laundry facilities, make sure to bring some quarters with you! We would also like to suggest that the campground owners install a bill-to-coin change machine. It would make things much easier for guests and make an already great campground even better:)

We liked the escort to our site. It was a nice, level gravel site with a KOA stamped concrete patio and nice table, chairs, a gas grill that we thoroughly enjoyed. They also have PawPet fenced options for some. We only stayed one night, and appreciated not digging out our gas grill. We did laundry right away and found the laundry room very clean and mostly in good shape.The washers are in excellent shape, water temp.was good. One dryer by the door has been abused by customers-it had a hole-y lint collector and didn't seem to dry well. That one and the dryer near by both got very hot on perm press setting, but we were able to check it out and change the setting. It would be great to know how long the dryers run on a cycle. The cost was very reasonable -$2 wash, $2 dry.

Not the most scenic koa out there but it's got all the necessary amenities and a very friendly staff. I had a tent site here not long ago and me and the pups were very happy with it. Also, if you buy firewood there, they'll bring it straight to your site which is nice.
