Very nice and clean RV Park. Completely enjoyed our stay and the mother and daughter that were taking care of us were absolutely fantastic. I have already highly recommended to our friends to stay there when they get a chance. Can’t wait to make a trip back to stay again. Thank you!!!

The staff was friendly and professional. My only complaint was all of the bird droppings that were present on the swimming pool deck. A few minutes of cleaning would have resulted in a 5-star rating.

Nice campground only overnite stay for us. Only complaint was the fedex trucks coming in and out next door and even that was not all that bad. People have to work.

We love this place. We have stayed there before. Great location, great people, very clean. It this time it was very noisy there was sand blasting across the street and the huge farming trucks and semi trucks drive by very fast. Probably will stay there again.

I think advertising this park as a new KOA is deceptive. There are new spaces and some nice spaces with concrete patios up front but our space was older and the green area was weeds not lawn. The people at the desk were very pleasant. But overall, I wouldn’t stay here again.

The Staff was very nice, helpful, & curtieous. The place showed progression towards betterment. I hope the 20 amp outlets get fixed for all sites as that was a needed aspect but was not available bc breaker issue.

Thank you for staying with us and glad you enjoyed it! Regarding the 20amp, we wish you would have come and spoken to us about that as it was just a breaker on the ped that needed to be switched on.

Nice secluded campsite. Quiet. Spacious. Clean. Friendly office staff. I did not use any of the facilities; however, I did like that the trash cans were easily accessible on the way out. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars and a 10 is because the office is not ADA compliant. It has steps (no ramp) and I had a difficult time getting into the office as I use a Walker.

I was in site15,level and close to office and facilities.Bathroom & laundry clean and working.Staff so friendly &nice.Quiet & peaceful place.Great location.Away from heavy traffic & minutes to stores/restaurants/lakes/museums.

We got in. The nice lady guided us to our spot showed me the line to get my trailer in the first time. Had a few goat heads in the spot so be careful to not get punctured in the foot or bike tires. Restrooms were clean and sanitary.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the sewer ports are not flush with the ground so I was unable to get a downhill angle to them from my low slung trailer.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Our sewer connections are not flush with the ground as that causes rocks and other debris to constantly get kicked down the sewers.

This KOA needs a make-over. We reserved a back in site and we're told upon check-in that all sires were pull-through. My giew from our rig was some type of rat or other animal trap. People continually walked within inches of our trailer. Put up a fence or something. This site was not a site!! Will not return.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We have one back-in site that has always been occupied therefore could not have been booked online. We, unfortunately, cannot control where other guests walk. The live traps are to keep rodents from roaming. We could have explained this in person if you came to talk to us in the office.

Great park awesome staff. Melanie who checked us in and lead us to our spot is a credit to the park. The only complaint is that travelers that pass through here. Have a nasty habit of not cleaning up after their dogs.�� Otherwise great place.

Catching up on helpful Google reviews from previous stays. I usually place reviews on Campendium for RV parks. ---------------- $52/night Stayed 2 nights Site #28 Stayed mid-April 2023. Site type: Pull Thru, 50 Amps, Full Hookups Patio Site GENERAL Overall: Would absolutely stay here again. Very helpful staff! Sites: We had an amazing end grass patio area with lots of space. Many pull-through sites were gravel. Grounds: Clean with improvements in process. Amenities: Showers/restrooms were REALLY nice! Gas/Food: Close to gas and some restaurants. One of the restaurants delivered to the site. Location: Not much in the area (to our knowledge) to explore if you are wanting to go site-seeing. Connectivity: Great campground wifi and connectivity with Verizon and AT&T. CONNECTIVITY Campground WiFi: -Great campground wifi! Cell/hotspot using booster: -AT&T (3 of 4 bars—4G) -Verizon (3 of 4 bars—4G)

There was so much space in the site! Everything was clean, I was astounded by the bathrooms. Great amenities for dogs as well, would definitely recommend
