Unfortunately there was a very bad smell in the cabin we were in and then we saw mice run under the door. There was mouse droppings under the bunk mattresses so mu daughter and I ended up most of the night in our car. I did not have the opportunity to let the owner know other than we saw mice and there was a smell.They definitely need to do work on the cabins so I would not recommend cabins.

Everything was pretty good. The only issue I had is that there weren't instructions clearly posted. For example I had to google how to use the electric heater in the room.

Horrible. The whole family left the place sick. We woke up to dead mice every morning. Staff cared less and acted surprised. The cabin reeked with mice pee. Nonetheless, they kept on renting it. Never again.

Honestly, this is the worst KOA I have ever stayed at. I never leave reviews but this was not good. The cabin did smell clean, which is a plus. The mattresses are paper thin, which again you kind of expect. The pool was dirty, the basketball court ((if that’s what you would call it) was very odd and not practical for use, the volleyball net was half in the woods and not really useable. No wifi.

This KOA is a disgrace. This place is filthy. Obvious evidence of previous bed bug infestation by the staining on all the wood within the cabin. The pool was disgustingly gross….dead frogs in the skimmer baskets. The pool is in VERY rough shape! Seasonal guests with chickens living with them on their sites! The mosquitoes will eat you alive! This KOA give the franchise a bad name!

We stayed here for 3 nights in a cabin while we visited Niagara. It's a small old KOA, that needs a few updates, but we just slept there so was perfect for us as we were out sight seeing all day. The shower concept was amazing, I've stayed at many campgrounds and whoever came up with a step up step down design was genius. Water stayed in shower! Woukd I stay here again yes probably!

It is an average KOA. Nothing special, nothing terribly wrong. It certainly would be nice if they would stock the dog poop bags in their K9 Park fenced area.

The people are super nice as always and because of this, we are regulars each year. Just wish the store would expand a little and stay open until 8-9p.

Screen door on cabin should be fixed. It was quiet. Hosts were friendly and gave great driving directions. Bathrooms were clean and the handicapped bathroom/showers were very spaces. We enjoyed our stay.

I appreciate how clean everything was. The grounds are well maintained. My only thing would be more maintenance for the pool but my kids still enjoyed it so I’m not docking a star.

If your just looking for an economical and convenient place to stay the night this KOA would be fine. We were traveling with children though and anticipated enjoying the pool and playground. The pool, pool area and playground were seriously rundown.

Loved the pancake breakfast and being able to get ice after hours. Cabin and bath house could have been cleaner.

The good is that the staff was friendly, the pool was open, the park was convenient and clean. The "not good" lots of very hungry mosquitoes, the dump station location required me to back up to get out, we rented a cabin and a site. Each was stated to accomodate 2 adults and 2 children, but they charged for the cabin then added each adult and child "extra" and charged the extra amount. Same for R

Nice accommodations and people. Though I do recommend looking for standing water near the back bathroom as the mosquitoes were pretty bad near the dish sink. I otherwise really enjoyed my stay. The cabin was nice, the people were even nicer. They were helpful and kind.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The Kabin was clean and the AC helped make it very comfortable in a hot day. The bathroom area was clean, bright and functional. The mattresses left a lot to be desired and the pool area did not seem inviting.

Beautiful setting and comfortable cabin for both myself and my pet!Really nice folk that run it. Very close to all trails and Niagra Falls themselves. Only diqnside is methane gas used by the plant next door.You can smell it when the wind shifts.

Worst KOA we've ever stayed. Worst campground! Cabin was RIDDLED with termites and we woke up Sunday morning to am animal chewing on the wood of the cabin. So many bugs we couldn't sit outside at all! Pool looked disgusting! Basketball area was overgrown with weeds. This place is no more than the owners efforts to write off his home by having a campground on it. KOA has NO standards!

Cabin needs a better cleaning. Floor was very dirty. Bathrooms were clean. Need a bigger lightbulb than a 40 watt. Couldn't see anything. Needed a flashlight inside!

Rv sites were too close together.. you could smell the sewage from the pipes. Fire rings were on top of other campers... Very cramped. Cabins need some TLC to repair some broken parts. Door would not close all the way. Pool dirty but refreshing. Not like the other koa's we have been too

We stayed at the Niagara Falls/ Lewiston KOA. It is great! Clean and the owners are very helpful. Dinner in Lewiston was delicious

Pretty good campground overall. the sites were spacious and the location is beautiful especially at sunrise. Bathrooms were clean but could use a little updating and the wifi not stable as well. staff was friendly and helpful. No perfect but a solid place to stay if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing spot.
