Staff 10/10 Staying in a swamp and getting bit to death by mosquitos while my grass area was flooded 0/10

First KOA experience, was not impressed. Mosquitoes were out of control , unable to enjoy outdoor time ! Tight camping spaces, unable to deploy awning due to tree.

Mosquitos were off the chart in droves. Was raining when we got there and they put us in the middle row that seemed to flood the most. Made it impossible to go in and out after the rain had stopped as we had a lake outside our door. Campsites need to be re-level to route water away from the rvs.

The camp staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was ideal if planning on visiting Niagara Falls. It was less than 15 minutes to the falls and easy to get to other sights to visits.

We stay multiple KOAs every year. This is a small KOA and at best is average in all categories. This time of year there are many mosquitos to sit or cook outside.

Originally we booked for 2 nights, but due to bad weather forecast we decided to stay another 3rd night, which was possible although we had to move to another spot, which for us was no problem. We were very happy that we received at 08:00 a telephone call fm the Owner that he was able to make some changes and we cd stay in the same spot, We were impressed and thankful that we did not hv to move !

We were just there for one night and it was great. It is close to Niagara Falls and access into Canada. It was well worth the stay even it was only for one night as we were passing through.

I like that the KOA is close to the falls. Otherwise the sites are small. The pool is an odd circle shape with deep in the middle, concerning for me with little ones, plus hot asphalt all around. Not appealing. The playground and basketball is old. The store not friendly. No one really talked to us or welcomed us which is unusual for a KOA. The worst part was the bugs, soooooo many mosquitos!

Front bathroom had what looked like mold around the top of walls. Mosquito invested. No dumpsters found on grounds, but they do pick it up.

So many bugs swarmed us every time we went outside that we couldn't go out at all. We only went out to use the bath house or walk the dog. Our 12 year old grandson refused to use the pool because it had dirt on the floor. The "basketball court" looks like hasn't been updated for 100 years. We left a day early even though we paid for it. The positive: the manager was nice and bathhouse clean.

Stayed over the Independence Day holiday. The sites aren't huge, but everything worked, bathrooms were clean and well kept, staff very friendly and helpful. Very quiet location but not too far from the Falls or the Border.

Nice little campground in a remote location yet only 20 minutes to Niagra Falls. The staff were very nice and helpful. The internet was spotty, at best, and the mosquitoes were really bad during our stay but otherwise, we enjoyed it. It would be nice if the Kamp K9 was closer to the front, or at least in the middle, and not all the way in the back. Nice camp store too. Would stay again for sure.

We camped here in July. We were greeted by very friendly hosts who offered us all the great resources and advice to visit the falls. Our site was mostly level and the campground was quiet. We were just a few minutes to Niagara Falls and it was nice camping in an area not overrun with traffic. Great location! We'd stay here again.

Staff was very friendly . Park was kept clean. Nice quiet park for those looking to go to no frills place to relax. I would rate higher but one thing that could be made better is insect control! Mosquitos made being outside especially dusk and dawn terrible. Wooded area could be sprayed and camp ground could install mosquito traps

Super small, campers are right on top of each other. Store not open regular hours. Very buggy and couldn't even sit by a fire. Could have at least made sure that the mosquito breeding areas were maintained or buckets emptied.

Pool was very small and very dirty. Multiple bandaids and hair strands. Bathrooms were not clean either. We left early and wont be back.

Not as nice as your typical KOA. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful but the long term residents were unhinged. A drunk resident on a motorcycle flagged our car down to try and berate us for speeding. We were driving at the posted 5mph. The bugs were also a nightmare, much rather would have preferred to stay at the KOA in grand island. We will be for any future trips.

Nice and quiet. Away from the hustle and bustle of Buffalo. We did not have our tow car, so limited accessibility to town or store runs. Uber was sparse. A great Journey park for a night or two.

Check in was fantastic. The attendant was very helpful and had all the information we needed on hand. He answered all the questions before I even asked them! The site was spacious and clean. Bathrooms were well maintained. Pool was refreshing.

Nice accommodations and people. Though I do recommend looking for standing water near the back bathroom as the mosquitoes were pretty bad near the dish sink. I otherwise really enjoyed my stay. The cabin was nice, the people were even nicer. They were helpful and kind.

We stayed for 4 nights, and it absolutely poured the first night. Our site was under a large tree that sheltered us from the downpour. The campground is located 12 miles from Niagra Falls which was very convenient. It's also near stores where you can get all you need. The owners were really great, and the employees do a darn good job of keeping the campground clean. Thank you to all of them!

The people were very nice but this is the most unimpressive koa I have ever seen. The pool area was very old and run down. There really was nothing there but pool an outdated playground and old rundown basketball hoops. We had no fire ring at all and it was clear that at least 7 of the campsites were people that live here permanently. Not sure how this qualifies as an accredited koa.

It was wonderful. The owners were very, very courteous and knew how to take care of us. We will definitely stay there again. Everything was clean. The bathrooms were a immaculate well worth our stay.

Had a great stay here at the Niagara Falls/Lewiston KOA. The campground was clean and orderly as well as the bathrooms and laundry room. Didn't swim in the pool but it looked good and I saw several people enjoying it. This campground was easy to get in and out of and was very quiet at night. We used this campground as a launching pad to visit Niagara Falls and all of the associated sites.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The Kabin was clean and the AC helped make it very comfortable in a hot day. The bathroom area was clean, bright and functional. The mattresses left a lot to be desired and the pool area did not seem inviting.

Nicely kept sites, level and fairly easy in and out, little tight for larger campers but not a deal breaker, septic pump out overflowed a bit, but overall the stay was nice and quiet. Thanks and we would stay again.

Friendly, helpful owners/staff. Not my normal camping venue .. usually use more remote sites. Found sights a little tight. Grounds clean, restrooms clean, while I didn't use them cabins seemed larger then most KOAs. Convenient to Niagara Falls, Aramark, Lake Ontario.

We stayed at the Niagara Falls/ Lewiston KOA. It is great! Clean and the owners are very helpful. Dinner in Lewiston was delicious

Pretty good campground overall. the sites were spacious and the location is beautiful especially at sunrise. Bathrooms were clean but could use a little updating and the wifi not stable as well. staff was friendly and helpful. No perfect but a solid place to stay if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing spot.
