Camp sites are too close together. No privacy. No room for a campfire.

Playground needs updated. Bathrooms were spotless and very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. We were at site 57 and there was a tree in the middle of the site and had to back up the camper between two post, hookups were on separate sides, not the best design.

The campground should not be a KOA. There are no activities. The facilities are old and dilapidated. The cabin had mice in it and pool was full of leafs and bugs. Paying KOA prices for this stay was not acceptable. I would like to hear from a representative. Extremely displeased and will never stay there again

Not much to do like the other KOA's. Pool was dirty and most of the sites are on top of each other.

Small campground but very well kept. Less amenities than bigger campgrounds but nice sites and clean restrooms and showers.

We very much enjoyed our stay. People were friendly. Service was good when required. Staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable about falls activities and how to get to them. We rented a cabin and really had no issues with it except lighting could have been brighter and a night stand between the beds would have been helpful to me. We used the porta-kennel as a nightstand and made it work.

We were only there for one night because we were attending a concert nearby. There is a very large, round salt water pool that looked nice, but we didn't use it. It was a quiet location with lots of trees. The host was a nice man, very friendly and helpful. I don't have a lot of places to compare it to but Im guessing there are RV parks with more to do for kids.

Hosts were awesome and very helpful for site-seeing and local resources. Site was nice. Security could be better - suspect we observed transient travelers using shower houses early a.m.; one co-ed couple in women’s observed.

Staff is great as always, store is well stocked, but the wifi is very weak and unreliable. Certainly not useable for working online. Overall though, one of our favourite KOA's!

Very enjoyable stay. I will definitely come again. But the maintenance guy in me couldn't help but notice that your fire extinguishers are out of compliance. The tag on cabin 2s extinguisher is 2021 with no monthly check. Please fix

Finally a KOA Journey that isn’t right on the side of the interstate!!! Super quiet area, front office was neat and tidy, the host that night was a very nice lady who frickin made cookies and dog cookies and seemed like the best woman ever. Then there was a guy, I think his name was George, he was hilarious. Bathrooms were spotless, grass tent spots were very level. Overall, 2nd best KOA for me

The people are nice and the environment is decent. There are a few permanent dumpy looking rv sites but its mostly nightly campers. The grounds themselves are definitely low-end. Playground is run down and the pool is certainly usable but has some algae. But I've seen worse. The location is quite nice and its not far from Niagara falls. You get what you pay for.

I would recommend if they have a small trailer or tent. We only pull a 32 foot 5th wheel and there wasn’t enough room for us to park or truck on our site. So it isn’t a big rig friendly park and ours isn’t really that big. The staff was very friendly and laundry room was clean and reasonably priced. The park is about 10 miles from the falls so not a bad drive.

Last minute getaway for a milestone. We have camped here before and loved the private cabins, the pool availability, nature never disappoints and the staff make it a gem. If any issues arise they are addressed. We will certainly visit again! Thank you.

This place is nice enough. The sites are narrow which with a Journey it will be. There are quite a few seasonal's or full-timers and they do have a lot of stuff out in their sites and under trailers. The selling point here is the owners. They are very nice and very helpful.

We just stayed for one night. The hosts were very helpful and shared their knowledge about the area. When we experienced some troubles with our motorhome, they went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Check in was easy, costs were reasonable, convenient laundry area and the campground was clean and quiet. First time at a KOA and it was a great experience.

Great campground, only improvements could be on the tattered volleyball net and especially the horseshoes pits. (Clear branches above, weed wack and set the pins properly, raking weeds in bit a bonus)

Very basic, no frills camping spot. Quiet and small. The smell of sewage comes and goes depending on what site you are at. Most of the playground is run down and the pool was being cleaned by other campers because it seemed no one else was taking care of it. Staff seemed ok, some seemed to live on site. Nothing enough to ruin our stay but would not stay again.

The campground is really just that. Don’t make this campground the destination of your trip by any means as there’s just not much going on there besides a pool that’s moderately clean. Additionally, it’s adjacent to the Modern landfill so be prepared for some smells if the wind is blowing the right direction. Also, site 38 has a wooden platform that smells like it’s covering an open sew

We stayed at the Niagara Falls/ Lewiston KOA. It is great! Clean and the owners are very helpful. Dinner in Lewiston was delicious

Pretty good campground overall. the sites were spacious and the location is beautiful especially at sunrise. Bathrooms were clean but could use a little updating and the wifi not stable as well. staff was friendly and helpful. No perfect but a solid place to stay if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing spot.
