Everything was pretty good. The only issue I had is that there weren't instructions clearly posted. For example I had to google how to use the electric heater in the room.

Upon arrival the host and Staff were very welcoming and informative of the local attractions. The sites are level, grassy, and spacious. Water and Electric were readily accessible. Both bath houses were well maintained and clean. It was a relaxing and enjoyable campground. A perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle. We look forward to returning.

Horrible. The whole family left the place sick. We woke up to dead mice every morning. Staff cared less and acted surprised. The cabin reeked with mice pee. Nonetheless, they kept on renting it. Never again.

Dump station is not very easy to use. I had to move several item( yard trailer, trash cans other small items) just to pull up far enough to empty tanks and to exit the dump station.

Very nice, quaint park! Nice big spaces. Fire pits and picnic tables available. They even offered an ice cream social and a tshirt the dye class… very cool!

Staff was very friendly and helpful for things to do in the area. Camp was usually quiet but it would be nice to have other campers turn off outside lights at bed time (outside lights off during quiet time 10 PM - 8 AM).

Honestly, this is the worst KOA I have ever stayed at. I never leave reviews but this was not good. The cabin did smell clean, which is a plus. The mattresses are paper thin, which again you kind of expect. The pool was dirty, the basketball court ((if that’s what you would call it) was very odd and not practical for use, the volleyball net was half in the woods and not really useable. No wifi.

Surprised it has KOA status. Was probably nice at one time. Picnic tables are unsafe and rotted. Doesn't appear to be any maintenance being done. Was nice and quiet though!

This is a great location for exploring the Niagara Falls region. We didn't use many of the amenities, just parked the RV and explored, but everything seemed clean. The camp sites are a little closer than at the other KOAs we've used, but I suppose that's to be expected near a big tourist attraction.

Restrooms were very clean and looked fairly new inside. It must be an old KOA because no paving anywhere on any site or road.

There are a lot of permanent trailers with lawns full of lawn ornaments, permanent decks and fences, and even gardens and sheds. It felt more like a trailer park than a camping experience. The pool is clearly damaged and the pool area was not clean. The pool furniture was filthy and broken. Having a truck for sale in the front yard of the campground was not inviting. The hook ups were poor.

Campground is not maintained very well. Rough roads and sites are not level at all with potholes. Tight site and close to neighbors. We left a day early to find a more relaxing and comfortable campground.

Easy check in and Friendly staff and Bathroom where in good shape and clean The only thing i did not like was that they do not have a lot of Full hook up sites and the dump station was kind of tucked into a corner of the driveway which was tough to get close to with a 36 ft trailer but I made it work Camp Ground its self is kind of isolated from Buffalo NY Country setting and it was quite and only

Dump would be to good. Pool should be filled and flowers planter. Power pole leaning on a table, sewer connection under the table, fire pit next door would have been under our slide. Met another couple who had the same comments. If I could get my money back it would be great. Can’t believe you have this in your portfolio.

The pool is dirty and in need of repair. Campground needs upkeep such as mowing, weed control, and gravel replacement. Man at the front desk was not friendly nor welcoming. Lots of permanent residents makes it feel more like a trailer park. Would NOT recommend!

It was great that I could get my work completed due to the strong WiFi signal. It was especially nice after we were able to b moved to a site with sewer hookup.

Nice quiet and well kept. Bathhouses were clean and well kept. Dog park was one of the best we had been at. Staff were friendly and helpful for getting tours of the falls. Tours picked us up at the office and were great.

The campground was clean and quiet. Unfortunately the smell from the hole covering the sewer clean out on site 30 was a bit overwhelming. I was told it was coming from the property next door. I saw the equipment. They were logging vehicles. The folks in front of us asked to be moved and were. I realized that every time someone emptied their camper I could hear bubbling. And then smell….

This is a smaller, no frills KOA, but for us that is perfect. Leigh is a great host and very attentive when needed, but not over-hovering like some campground owners. Our site was quiet and Leigh was able to accommodate us to be next to our friends. The location is perfect for all of the activities Lewiston and Niagara Falls has to offer. We easily Ubered to and from Artpark. dog friendly

The sites at this campground were small and crammed . Our hookups were actually in yard of the site behind us. The bath houses were clean and the campground was in a quiet location.

Lee who manned the front desk was amazing. He helped us with a few issues and was always around to answer any questions. The printed information about where to go with prices and other notable remarks was so helpful. There was even information about supporting the local American Indian community by getting gas at their station -Which was cheaper than others!

Quiet and small but close to all the local attractions (the falls). Our site was shaded and right up front. The facilities are nice, the pool looked inviting. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

We stayed at the Niagara Falls/ Lewiston KOA. It is great! Clean and the owners are very helpful. Dinner in Lewiston was delicious

Pretty good campground overall. the sites were spacious and the location is beautiful especially at sunrise. Bathrooms were clean but could use a little updating and the wifi not stable as well. staff was friendly and helpful. No perfect but a solid place to stay if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing spot.
