The dump station was blocked by a truck and was hard to get around.

Bathroom facilities were very clean. There was plenty of hot water for showers. Individual tent campsites with electric/water hookup are too small.

The people were very nice but the campground was not kept up. The pool was dirty for the 5 days we were there. All they did is brush the dirt around they never vacuumed it

Nice, quiet place to stay. Reasonable showers and amenities. Pool looked inviting. Very close to Niagara Falls, closer than it seems on the maps.

Beautiful lots of green space. Nice long site fire pit in the back with wooded area behind. Pet friendly lots of places to walk dogs. Camp well laid out and friendly office staff.

Left early due to bedbugs in the cabin. Got a full refund for our entire stay. Very disappointed we had to leave early so much more we wanted to see. Campground is convenient to local attractions. Bath house was clean. Will never use their cabins again because after reading google reviews they definitely have a bedbug problem. Cabins also could cleaned better dog hair under beds. RV or tent a must

A good place to stay a few nights while visiting the falls etc. Out in the woods, yet still convenient to the falls and bridge to Canada. Smaller, older campground, Nice little dog park, & pool for the kids. (pool could use a resurfacing}. The landfill that was mentioned in another review was not an issue. It’s > 1/2 mile away. Not a resort, but OK for our purposes. We stayed 3 nights in a 30’

The employees seemed to think everyone who came into the store was an inconvenience to them. When I had to leave early they said they don’t do refunds so they only agreed to refund half. Next trip to the area I’ll try another KOA in the area.

The camp was clean and the bathrooms were very well kept. The sites were well shaded but were very tight, not much space between you and your neighbor. The staff was very friendly. It was pretty close to Niagara Falls and that was what we wanted. The pool needed a good cleaning, but we weren't there for the swimming so it didn't affect us.

Sites were to small, bugs are awful, blacktop around the pool is cracked, nothing for kids in the Recreation Hall, not much of a playground it was dirty and very small. The pump out station was very slow and no water to clean out you tank or hoses.

Great campground, located in more remote location (not near highways), very clean bathrooms, wasn’t crowded, just a 15 minute drive to the falls.

Great location, but not well kept & pull thru sites were not as long as advertised, back-ins were non existent for Class A's. Overall the KOA was nothing like it was advertised on the KOA website.

Unfortunately, there wasnt much to do. Its located near a landfill so you smelled sewer all night and we were parked with a five foot wide strip of grass between us and the next camper, couldnt even sit out and have a fire.

This was our first stay at a KOA of any kind and it was amazing! The campground was quiet, clean, and everyone was nice. I was surprised when I was told we could leave our bag of trash by the road and have it picked up. The Camp store had a lot of useful things at good prices. It’s also dog friendly! We definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

A fantastic experience at a great price. The employees were super helpful. The bathhouses, laundry room, and pool area were clean. Remote and quiet and a great place camp while exploring the Niagara and Lockport area. We would definitely come back.

We stayed for 2 nights while on a road trip. Very nice hosts. Was not as close to the highway as we thought but still worked out great. Had a full hookup which is always great to have. The sites were a little close to each other though, would have liked a little more space between us and the neighbors.

Some upgrading is needed. The WiFi was outstanding. Most campgrounds have very sketchy WiFi signal. The site we were is was a bit tight. We wouldn't have attempted to use the firepit. It would have been too close to our awning. The sewer hook up was an a angle and worn out. I had to hold the 90 degree elbow in with my foot. The staff were nothing short of wonderful and caring.

Great KOA. Super friendly staff and very informative of things to do in local area. Sites are close but had plenty of privacy!! Grounds where kept in a beautiful state. Very quite and peaceful envirnoment. Site are nearly level and utilities where up to date. Only down side was no sewer, but their Dump site was clen and easy to access.

Super clean bathrooms and shower stalls (each with private rooms), great laundry facility with newer and very efficient washer/dryer. Campground is on the small side and nice and quiet. Pool looked very clean, but did not use. Sites are on small side, but mostly pull thru. Facility overall looks a bit tired and could use better upkeep. But, overall good location and nice staff.

We stayed at the Niagara Falls/ Lewiston KOA. It is great! Clean and the owners are very helpful. Dinner in Lewiston was delicious

Pretty good campground overall. the sites were spacious and the location is beautiful especially at sunrise. Bathrooms were clean but could use a little updating and the wifi not stable as well. staff was friendly and helpful. No perfect but a solid place to stay if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing spot.
