The camp site was spacious and staff was accommodating. Only issue were the number of mosquitos but that is outside anyone’s control:)

Very friendly KOA, the staff in particular, every single one of them, were as hospitiable and helpful as we have ever encountered. We enjoyed our stay, and we much look forward to coming back. The guests too were unusually happy and friendly. Outstanding Sat & Sun morning pancakes & sausage breakfast. Good vibes! And, . . . nothing broke. Great trip.

Camp sites are extremely small . Pool was dirty and basketball court was very uneven. Fire wood was damp when purchased so we were unable to use it the first night. Would not recommend.

Close proximity to attractions was a plus. Staff was friendly. Lacking on amenities for kids. Pool needs major repairs and was closed most of the weekend.

On the morning we were leaving an employee turned off water three times. There was a small leak even though our hose and all connections were correct and as tight as possible. We were trying to get packed up and leave and he kept turning off the water. This was extremely rude and disruptive to the leaving process.

This KOA is sooo clean! Everyone is really friendly. Unfortunately there were quite a few late night rowdy guests. If not for them, it would have been quite perfect!

Everything was great. All facilities were clean and the staff was friendly. This was our first stay at a KOA and we would certainly consider this location as well as other KOAs in the future.

The weather was beyond your control but if there was more gravel at the sites it wouldn’t have been as muddy. The owner was very friendly and helpful with ideas and suggestions though. The chickens � running loose drove the dogs crazy.

Very easy to reserve a stay at the site, firewood was on an honor system overnight that meant me and my partner could have a fire even though the office was closed!! The location was very muggy and there were a LOT of mosquitos, but other than that our experience was wonderful!

Nice campground with awesome hosts!! It has a pool and a lovely pancake breakfast Saturday and Sunday. if we are in the area, we will stay here again!!

Campground could use some cosmetic updates. Price is good for tourist area. Permanent campsites detract from the looks of the campground.

Dump station had to go around in the mud to get out. Sites were not a true pull through for a camper and tow car. Very far away to get to shower. Lots of permanent campers there. Lots of dogs dogs and dogs with local residents. Not like what i expected from a KOA

Hosts were helpful. The site is in a low area that is muddy when it rains. Mosquitos were abundant. The price was appropriate at about 1/3 of the other Niagra KOA. Easy drive to the falls and gas was much cheaper at the reservation.

Staff was very friendly. The pool was small, but nice. Bathroom facilities were very nice & clean. My only complaint is that our fire pit was in a rather swampy area. They did bring a portable fire pit for us to use, but I feel as though the ground could somehow be fixed so that it wouldn't be that way. No other site was swampy like that.

Good location. Owners very nice. Clean and good pancake breakfast. Water pressure low but temp consistent. Camp grounds were floody, retained water so was muddy, wet and buggy. I would stay again but would check out the area for another first.

It was a nice but old camp ground. Not that many full hookup spaces and the dump station is in a bad spot and not well maintained. Enjoyed the stayed but expensive because of location versus other KOA campgrounds and what they other.

The overall park was beautiful and we had fun but the pool did not meet ADA requirements and neither did the bathrooms I was set near. I was only told afterwards that they had a handicap bathroom across the park. I clearly stated I was disabled on the reservation yet I was placed the farthest away.

It is fairly close to attractions (within a few miles) but you are packed so tightly with your neighbor it’s hard to enjoy. Smelled sewage constantly. Definitely not somewhere I’d want to hang out and walk around. Staff difficult to find morning of check in. Was fine for a quick trip and sleep, wouldn’t want an extended trip here. Pool area looked unappealing.

This site just isn’t up to caliber with other KOA site across the country. It was suitable but lacked the amenities like KOA of Gettysburg which was very very nice.

This was the perfect place to launch our trip to Niagara Falls. You can take a tour right from the KoA or drive down to the Whirlpool State Park and take the free trolly to the Falls to avoid the parking fees downtown.

Nice place but as we were settling in the employees started using tractors to spread rock-in the drive. It was around five pm not good. Very noisy

It was a quiet and pleasant place to camp. We had a lot of rain but our sight was good some were under water. Management seemed nice.

Worse campsite of my 75 year old life.Rain Monday, more than 50% of the sites had over 5" or 6" of standing water. Couldn't leave my motorhome without being in 6" of water, 30' around. Many people left & I talked to owner who was reluctant to change us to a drier, empty site. Told us to go to another KOA down the road, if not happy.Pool had algae.Rude owner to my wife. Pics available. Never again!

Bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. Location was great-close to many attractions and to the bridge to Canada. Office staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool was very cool (large, round, shallow around the edge and deep in the center), but the pool and the pool area were badly in need of some TLC. There were several storms during our stay, and the sites were soggy and some were flooded.

Old camp ground need too many upgrades to list. if you like standing water mud mosquitos go for koa should be embarrassed to hang there singed. This is a dump .ther is a pool ther I would not let my dog swim in it

site was okay. flat and clean. bathrooms were clean. sites are too close. we spent the night listening to our neighbors conversations (we had no choice) as they were 3 feet from our camper. smoke from their fire set off our smoke alarm several times.

The park is in need of some updating and maintenance. With that said the sites where tight. During are stay the pool ladder was broke and the pool deck (asphalt) was in dire need of repair or replacement.

This is a small campground with owners that maintain it well. Good number of younger kids would make this ideal for younger families. Also convenient location.

Overall a nice campground. About 12 miles to Niagara Falls. Convienient to the Niagara Scenic Parkway, Niagara Power Vista and state parks along the Niagara gorge. Camp sites pads could use some gravel to fill in areas that puddle when it rains. Pool and pool deck could stand a face-lift. However, we would stay there again. Overall, a good stay.

Bathrooms weren’t cleaned in the morning, the showers need upgrading and the roads are full of puddles. Otherwise it is a great campground.

We stayed at the Niagara Falls/ Lewiston KOA. It is great! Clean and the owners are very helpful. Dinner in Lewiston was delicious

Pretty good campground overall. the sites were spacious and the location is beautiful especially at sunrise. Bathrooms were clean but could use a little updating and the wifi not stable as well. staff was friendly and helpful. No perfect but a solid place to stay if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing spot.
