We did not have a reservation but the young lady named Danielle at the check in office was amazing. She found us a great pull through spot for 3nights and was extremely helpful even though I could see she was a bit stressed due to a rude customer before us. She even made a point of talking to us the next morning to see if we were happy with our spot. The campground is super clean!!!

I am very disappointed in them going paperless. The itinerary is online BUT when we go camping we are trying to get away from the electronics. Our kids (and me too) need a paper copy to keep informed of the activities offered. We missed a lot of things this weekend because we were unaware until we got home and outdoors check our email!

The staff were so very nice and helpful. The camp sites are clean and well kept. The bathrooms are spotless and it's nice that there are several of them available.

Probably the best KOA I have ever stayed at. Large wooden and shaded sites, we will be here again. I wish all KOAs had the space this one provides between sites.

Higher level KOAs should have a higher level of amenities. This one doesn't include wifi in the camping fee. It's the first KOA I've been to without included wifi. Plus the one spot that was level enough even with blocks was in the center. This meant our car was in the road, so it had to be unattached from the towing gear. Which defeats the purpose of getting a pull through for a one night stay.

Well kept. Beautiful. Clean bathroom and shower. Need propane available again and free wifi. Kids enjoyed the pool.

Sewer problems were disclosed ahead of time and are presumably being mitigated. Thousand Trails management is a problem. New shower/restroom facilities are tight spaces, and insufficient toilets. Shower and toilet in separate rooms are inconvenient. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Everyone was very helpful, rules were enforced, kept very clean, lots of extra amenities for the kids. We will definitely stay again.

We have camped here every year for years now. Getting rid of the sewer truck makes this campground less appealing. Spent hours out of a couple days going back and forth with a tote goat when I could have been enjoying my vacation. The lake is also not being maintained, it is filled with algae! The hike around the lake has also been one of my favorite things to do and it is overgrown.

The lake was in bad condition- too much algae and saw dead fish. My daughter has been a regular and said there used to be a mobile service to empty RV tanks, this would be a great service to reinstate! Also said there was an ice cream social which all seemed to look forward to, please bring back.

Very sad to see the up keep of this beautiful place has gone downhill. No boat rental is disappointing. The one bright spot is danielle she was fantastic and takes a lot of grief for things out of her control.

Fantastic campground for families with kids. My grandchildren specifically ask for this campground only. It has a few flaws, but they’re minor and don’t really impede on your memories there there’s a lake there’s a pool. There’s a hot tub there’s tons of activities. There’s a cool down and chill out club And the store has everything you need. You don’t have to leave once you hit

I would have given a 5 star since I love little diamond but I am pretty upset the "all dogs on leash" rule is NOT enforced. I have never seen so many loose dogs in a campground before! A fight between 2 dogs being walked on a leash and 1 not on leash and ran out when the 2 on leash past happened almost across from us. This rule needs to be enforced so EVERYONE can SAFELY walk their dogs!!!

We love that the bathrooms are so clean!! We were very concerned about a gal riding a white ATV through the campgrounds going at least 25 MPH - Dust clouds kids walking around playing and pets walking around she could have seriously hurt someone if they were to step out from behind a camper or a vehicle. Very rude employee - Male, heavy set yelling at the kids about Poppers and called them liars

We got put in the worst spot with no hammock trees. Which is what I requested in my comments. We barely had any parking or space in that spot. It was way too tight of a spot, especially with the corner spot being used. Kinda disappointed this time that I spent so much money and there were better spots with trees all around them and they were vacant.

We’ve stayed at a lot of KOAs and this one is by far my favorite. It is gorgeous and the staff are very kind! We plan to stay again and for a longer time period because it’s just amazing there. Also glad we got warned about the ground squirrels because those suckers are a menace to society. Pretty sure they set off our car alarm once. But this place is beautiful and great. Highly recommend!

Absolutely a great place to stay with an amazing setup. We had the biggest spot I have ever had camping. The only down side was the mesquito because of all the lakes around. Make sure to bring stuff to protect yourself.

As a returning customer, I’m never disappointed!!! Restrooms clean, a grab bar by the seats for the shower would be amazing, and maybe a mat like outside the restrooms for those that are handicapped would be amazing for the outside of the shower , pretty slick after using the shower This campground has it all from activities to, fishing to swimming, thank you for a great stay!!!

There are four single stall bathrooms (toilet/shower combo) near campsite, only two open during holiday weekend. Spoke to staff repeatedly who said "walk to another restroom" (not close) explaining, it was locked due to park not being full. But we had a LONG wait every time. Supervisor refunded one night and unlocked the doors AS WE WERE LEAVING which is why I left a 2 instead of a 0 rating.

The campground is beautiful. The trails are nice to walk or ride a bike on. We had a full hook-up site. There a only a few of them though. We would like to see them upgrade a lot more of those. The bathroom are fine. The paper towel dispenser is broken in women's and men's bathrooms near the welcome center. They are cleaned regularly. We didn't use the showers. The staff was very nice and helpful

This is our favorite place to stay we have four different sites we love the best so we repeat those. Prices are fair for what they have to offer.

Upon arrival the campground did look very nice. It was very spread out - our site met our expectations. However the pool definetly was not 80 degrees like we were told, the hot tub was broken, and workers where pretty rude about things. Not our best experience staying at a KOA. We actually left a day earlier then planned. We don't think this is one we will return to unfortunately.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Were sorry we didn't meet your expectations. We do keep the pool at 78-80 deg. and it is checked at opening and in the afternoon. Our hot tub has not been broken, it may have been a maintenance da, and we have to clean and get it back to temp before reopening.

Nice campground with a pool, jacuzzi, stocked lake, and hiking trails. The only downsides are small bathrooms, no sewer hookup and there was only 1 person working the front desk. Most other koas require you to come into the store to check in but this one has a separate booth to check in which would be fine except there's only 1 person working and the camp store is closed. It seems like it would be much simpler to handle things like most other koas.

Had an amazing time over Memorial weekend. Staff is friendly and helpful. Grounds are clean and welcoming.
