The staff is pretty amazing and did a wonderful job with my requests. The lake is a bit smaller than I thought, that part was disappointing, but there's a ton for kids to do. Many amenities that you don't always find at a campground.

The scenery here cannot be beat! FINDing this campground requires the skills of Daniel Boone, however. On arrival, the guy at the gate didn't seem to know what was going on. When the owner arrived, she was quite snippy about my need for LP, my disability complicating filling the LP tank, and my cat. I have zero intent of subjecting myself to her attitude in the future.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Were sorry we didn't meet your expectations. We are 5 miles off hwy2 and roads are well marked with 11 sets of signs. We werent snippy about propane and happily filled it at 6:53pm when fill hours are over at 3:30pm. Regulations state no one in RV at time of fill.

It was a huge beautiful KOA, kind of in the middle of nowhere but it was really nice. Lots of places to camp in RVs and tents. I will definitely be returning, possibly even later this month if not the next. Great prices and they had a pool and hot tub. One of the best koas I have stayed in so far

There are a lot of rules that few people follow. Saw a family with an electric screw driver screw great big bolts into a tree for hammocks, drivers driving way faster than 5 mph, little kids in hot tub, swimming pool so murky cannot see your feet, kids riding motorized vehicles thru any campsite they wanted, babies sitting on laps of adults while driving 4 wheelers, ignoring quiet time.

Were sorry we didn't meet your expectations. We wish you had told us about someone damaging trees on the park. The pool is cleaned and monitored daily to meet regulations. Next time please tell us about issues your having with problem guests to we can address at the time. We do have a call box also.

Because of staffing issues the bay ride and other fun stuff…ice cream socal, pancake feed were unavailable. Well organized and well kept. We are big fans

My husband and I took our three grandkids on our annual camping trip with them. First time there for them, third time for us. They really liked the campground and the pool. Our youngest grandson was able to ride his bike so that we could see him. Love that it is such a family friendly park. We will definitely be coming back again and again.

enjoyed the facilities that were offered and the beautiful campsites. Disappointed in the lack of sites with sewer but appreciated the free sewer dump. The only real negative was that the women's washrooms had a distinct 'sewer' smell - could have been that it was located close to the dumpster and the weather was extremely hot.

This was our first trip to a KOA and it was a wonderful experience. The 2 ladies running the whole operation were so friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. My only complaint would be the large ants all over the concrete pad where we were parked. I know it's nature, but perhaps spraying occasionally for these little buggers would be helpful!

Our site was fantastic and clean. Love the upgraded cement pads. Disappointed in not having the store open Sunday (limited hours) - Tuesday. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots to do to keep the kids busy.

enjoyed our stay. the campground needs a water faucet in the dog run area or auto water bowl. The gravel roads need to be watered more frequently in the dry months to hold the dust down more , especially in the main campground. the lake boat rentals need to be open during the week in summer.

My wife and I stayed for four days. The check in process was smooth and easy. They escorted us to our spot so we didn’t have to figure it out ourselves (this is a VERY large camp ground). The facilities were kept very clean and appear to be well maintained. We definitely plan on visiting again…probably during a time of year when it’s not quite so hot!

I have stayed at this KOA several times throughout the years and this was the worst. Our first night was treated by a satanic party of some sort, kids and parents throwing Fbombs left and right, but concluded with a power outage that had everyone it seemed coming out of there trailers at 3 am. The park has lost its way with the kids! I can remember scavenger hunts, and other fun activities.

Beautiful campground set on a peaceful lake. Very wooded with good trails throughout the property. Conveniently located to explore Northeast Washington and the Idaho Panhandle. Restrooms and showers are extremely clean. Great staff! It was our first stay and we will be back!

Nice campground with a pool, jacuzzi, stocked lake, and hiking trails. The only downsides are small bathrooms, no sewer hookup and there was only 1 person working the front desk. Most other koas require you to come into the store to check in but this one has a separate booth to check in which would be fine except there's only 1 person working and the camp store is closed. It seems like it would be much simpler to handle things like most other koas.

Had an amazing time over Memorial weekend. Staff is friendly and helpful. Grounds are clean and welcoming.
