Check in was fast and easy and the lady that checked us in also checked us the year before and she is so friendly and accommodating!!! Our site was spectacular, we didn’t want to leave it!!! We will definitely be back !

First off, all the employees were very friendly so that was great. We were assigned a spot right next to the entrance and road. After walking through another loop there were MANY better sites available. Also, the facilities were pretty run down and could use some TLC. Little Diamond is more swamp than lake.

We had a horrible time. Non stop vehicles dumping waste from thousand trails area. Running diesels. Speeding. Waste smell the whole time from the poop dump and over flowing garbage dumpsters. Lawn Un mowed. Worst KOA stay ever! Will not ever be returning to this camp ground.

You need to oil ALL your camp roads. The dust is the worst, as you have your windows open during the heat. 5 MPH doesn't stop it.

We really enjoyed our 4 day stay, and loved the patio site we had picked. We would have liked to be able to have a service that could have came by to dump our holding tanks so we didn't have to pack up the coach and move it to dump. We certainly would have paid for that convenience ! Gorgeous weather, wonderful atmosphere and had a great time. We will be back!

A bit on the rustic side. No Sewer at any site. But the campground is clean and they have their own private, stocked lake for fishing and swimming I would suggest better marking for the 1 mile loop trail around the lake from the dog walk path. I took the wrong trail and turned around when I no longer heard people in the beach.

Great stay.P11 could use some leveling. Even though I leveled my trailer we where still slopped at an angle. Other then that the place is great and we are coming back in September. Just not to the same spot.

Very nice place, clean and quiet with the normal wonderful sounds of families enjoying the great outdoors. Amazing staff and accommodations. I would not change anything except I wish we had time to stay longer! We will be back and next time we are bringing our friends.

I have been to this koa so many times now and I will be going back. It's so peaceful and quiet up there and there is so much to do. I can't wait to get back up there again

They charge for wifi after one hour of usage. This should be made clear in their description of amenities. The site was gravel and not level. Price was too high for what we got.

This is a beautiful campground and very well maintained. Shaded spacious sites and wonderful amenities like a swimming pool and well kept clubhouse. The vast majority of the park has no sewer connection but that is known up front. What is not known is when you are at the black tank dump site is you do not have the ability to use the black rinse feature on your tanks. Welcome to the 1990s.

It was nice, but the laundry being out of order would be tough if we had the whole family with us. Also, wish the store was a bit bigger with more products. The folks were friendly and the campground/bathrooms were clean and nicely sized.

I had a great visit. My site was ready on time. As always the staff is very helpful. Debbie helped me check in and Lori set me up with a visitor’s pass. Their smiling faces and helpfulness are reasons why I continually come back to this KOA.

I have one very BIG complaint. While we were there a Dust Control substance was put down. We were told it wasn’t oil based, but, it was black, sticky and smelly. The big issue was that it got inside the pads of my 2 small dogs, even though I did not walk them on the roads. Enough kicked up on the roadside that I was having to dig it out from between their pads every night. It was HORRIBLE!

The staff were very friendly. Activities were not as well organized, or staffed as what we’ve experienced in other KOAs we’ve stayed at and only available on Fri. night and Sat. Clean, safe, friendly, but laundry, pool, hot tub closed. ‘Full shade’ site wasn’t, and wasn’t level, either. We liked the prairie dog village, but it was in the ball field / frisbee golf field, so might not be welcome. Only swimming option was the fishing lake, with goose poop, so hard pass. Thank you for being so accommodating! Our first campsite was near the playground and very noisy. The office was so kind and let us move to another much quieter site.

It was a pretty nice campground but definitely did not feel like a KOA. When we pulled into the "Welcome Center" even though there were 6 staff members there and no other customers, we waited almost 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. This is not typical of the usual good customer service we are used to at other KOAs.

We had terrible service. Waited over 45 minutes to be checked in while this girl sat on the phone.Asked to be put next to friends and they didnt because they said are friends were in a patio site and we were in full hookup. We asked if their was a patio site next to our friends that we could move to. They took us and put us on an old road with no patio it was terrible. The water was so terrible .

We enjoyed our stay but I did not like the showers. There were only 2 for women and they were kinda small and tight. Only the handicapped one had a bench. The other shower did not. We did not use the pool because it was cool in June, but did bike around .

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. The Clubhouse has 2 showers for women and 2 for men. Throughout the park we have many more located in each bathroom building.

I am glad I didn’t read some of the previous reviews about ownership change and all that before we camped this past weekend. Regardless of what happened previously, this was our first KOA experience and it was fantastic! Definitely a family friendly atmosphere and our kids (and pup) loved it. The activities were fun, the pool was fun, the dog park was great, and the staff were very friendly.

Nice campground with a pool, jacuzzi, stocked lake, and hiking trails. The only downsides are small bathrooms, no sewer hookup and there was only 1 person working the front desk. Most other koas require you to come into the store to check in but this one has a separate booth to check in which would be fine except there's only 1 person working and the camp store is closed. It seems like it would be much simpler to handle things like most other koas.

Had an amazing time over Memorial weekend. Staff is friendly and helpful. Grounds are clean and welcoming.
