We stayed in the cabins to for granddaughters 9th birthday she always requests Little Diamond Koa It was great fun. We always stay in our camper but decided to try the cabins nicely equipped cute units the tv/satellite /dvd 3 remote can easily be fixed with a Roku tv and the tv/dvd in bdrm said dvd only on it and the dvd &remote don’t work. This is an amazing campground and KOA located in Newport Washington!! Family and pet friendly! Grounds are immaculate, community center has activities for the kiddos, a dick and gentle sloping beach area for swimming with little ones. We were glad that we could get in with a same day reservation. That being said, we were disappointed the laundry facilities were not operational. We were confused as the website indicated there were boat rentals for the pond (which there were not) and there was WiFi (which there was not). We appreciated all the open space so we could walk our dog. Apprs updates/maintenance is needed

We stayed a couple of night. It was very quiet and clean. The spots were large and well maintained. The pool was lovely. The only issue we had were the bees. They were there in abundance and very aggressive when the food came out. We had to eat indoors.

We had a great stay. The only thing bad about this place is there are so many bees and wasps. I was stung a couple times just sitting outside. But, we had a wonderful time.

The facility was nice, lots of great amenities. We only stayed one night to attend a wedding so we did not have the privilege of using all the great facilities. The only drawback is that the tent camp sites are mixed in with the RV sites and they are very very close together. Feels like they would be stacked on top of each other if the place was full. But I also understand why.

We only stayed one night so there was a lot more that we wanted to do. Our next stay is a 3 day stay so looking forward to hiking and walking the trail. Beautiful campground.

The staff need to have better customer service. The young man at the check in act like he did want to help. And our side was really dirty. We told them but never showed up. So we cleaned it up.

This was a great campground a couple of years ago. Now it’s going down hill. There is no propane available because their tank has a hole in it and they haven’t had it replaced. One of the dump stations isn’t available so we had to wait in a line 5 trucks deep. The manager is not a friendly person. All of this adds up to my family finding another koa to stay in on a quick weekend getaway.

Lost water and had to move sites. The first was great and Starlink worked. Second was ok but didn’t have Starlink or decent cell. Park WiFi was difficult use and was waste of money. Loved the little lake and the place was great for dogs.

No propane available, store was closed on the day we showed up, no laundry room, trash dumpsters were overflowing, water was turned off during our stay, too many yellow jackets, dustiest koa yet, no rental paddleboards. All these things are advertised on your website.

Were sorry we didn't meet your expectations. The website has an alert that the laundry is currently closed. And boat rentals have been taken off website. You may bring your own paddleboards, kayaks and canoes. Were sorry about the water as we had a main water line break.

The staff is very friendly, especially the young man who helped us when we checked in. The bathrooms are very clean! The spots could be more level.

The campground is nice. But, several of the things those who camp for more than a couple of days needs is tough. The laundry being closed every time we have stayed there is not a good thing. Then the water being out for 4 of the 6 days we were staying was a blessing and a curse. Our side of the campground was very quiet & much less dust than if we had water, but it was tough too.

The water issue, bathrooms being closed and the few that were open were gross and overcrowded. The horrible yellow jacket situation led to me leaving a day early. I was also very disappointed that there were no boat rentals as it says on the website this is available. I planned on taking my kids out ion a paddle boat. Also the spa was closed. It was pretty much my worst KOA experience.

Were sorry we didn't meet your expectations. We did have a main waterline break and moved anyone who wanted to move to other sites with water. We only had 4 out of 18 bathrooms closed. If the spa was closed, it is for weekly cleaning and maintenance and we usually have it reopened the same day

While this campground is absolutely gorgeous, with fabulous amenities, it was so unfortunate that the yellow jacket wasps completely ruined our stay. We could not sit outside and enjoy the campground.

Great place for a family to stay. Woodsy sites, but lots of bees. Great clubhouse and small lake, but no rentals on site. They had a big water issue, leak, during my stay and water was cut off to all campers. Luckily it was my last day and they did reimburse me for one night’s stay. You can tell that, at one time, this was a great RV park.

We really like to stay at Little Diamond, we enjoy the club house, the kids in the pool, bike rides, walks, the playground is nice, (bigger playground would be better but kids love it. Will definitely go back

We've stayed here a few years in a row and always have a good time. The pool is always nice and I like the natural looking space. This year the yellow jackets were bad, I'm not sure you can do much about that. Also the dumpster was overflowing and the dump station was full as well. We had to go elsewhere to dump our tanks.

Bees prevented us from enjoying the campground and our campsite. Had to stay inside camper. Staff told us they were out of bee traps and suggested we hike at night to help locate the nests or hives. Laundry facilities are out of order and apparently have not been working for 2+ years.

In the trees and very level sites, quiet and very nice shower and bathrooms. We have stayed at hundreds of rv sites and this was one of the better ones. Usually KOA sites are at the top of the price range, but this was a reasonable rate. Will go back next year on our annual escape fro Arizona heat

Campgrounds were private and sufficiently wooded. Restrooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained with great pressure in their clean showers. Staff was courteous and even performed a wellness check on my mother at the campsite when we were aware. Wish there was more sewer sites or couple more working dump stations throughout. Overall one of the better campsites I have been to.

The staff was very friendly and it was a very clean. Bathrooms super clean and done daily.The kids were disappointed due to pool being so small and packed we never got a chance to use it the five days we were there.The site also shows there is supposed to be boat rentals and a fountain in swimming area of lake there was neither. Bees and mosquitos are crazy we had to eat indoors not to be swarmed.

When we first arrived the camp host did not ask for my reservation and we were sent to the wrong campsite, BUT when we finally did find the right site (tent village) it had all the amenities, friendly neighbors, and was very tidy! Looking forward to another stay here.

Amazing! What a great park. All the sites are surrounded by tree, very private. With a small lake, clubhouse, pool and various other activities, there is something for everyone. Also very close to Diamond Lake and thr town of Newport. Highly recommend.

We stayed at KOA July18-21, very hot weather, there was no consideration for dust control. Most people using KOA camp grounds have a high expectation for cleanliness and service. we take pride in our RVs and vehicles. Everything seemed covered in dust including the tables, and food. The dumpster nearest to our site was full was never emptied and was overflowing. Water trucks and ???

Great campground with a yellow jacket problem. Was stung twice after getting out of truck. Couldn’t sit outside. No free internet.

No sewer, no laundry, RV dump unusable due to hornets nest right next to it. Also hornets swarm the campsite so bad you can’t go outside to cook or eat.

Very nice park and staff were great. They explained having a bee issue, but that’s part of the habitat we camp in. Sites were spaced well and shady. Really enjoyed our stay.

The amenities were great but the bee a d mosquitos were ridiculous. When we told the staff about the hornets nest by our space we were told they couldn't do anything about it. We tried to stay but when you can't even fix a sandwich with out being swarmed that is ridiculous.

Nice campground with a pool, jacuzzi, stocked lake, and hiking trails. The only downsides are small bathrooms, no sewer hookup and there was only 1 person working the front desk. Most other koas require you to come into the store to check in but this one has a separate booth to check in which would be fine except there's only 1 person working and the camp store is closed. It seems like it would be much simpler to handle things like most other koas.

Had an amazing time over Memorial weekend. Staff is friendly and helpful. Grounds are clean and welcoming.
