The place is massive! They have a lot of restrooms/showers placed throughout the campground. Our camp site was huge. Lots of things for kids to do. The staff is very friendly. We look forward to going back!

The stay was very relaxing and enjoyable.Had some family come in for day and left there wallet at check-in station, staff called our phone and was able to get the wallet back right away.

We have stayed there many times. No matter which spot we stay in the experience is wonderful. The staff is amazing. They are always helpful and there if you have questions. We even booked our next stay.

This was our second time here. The campground is beautiful with spacious campsites. It’s one of our favorites.

Beautiful setting. Toilets out of order. Showers, no hot water. Dog park: nasty! Filled with dried feces. Understaffed. I hope the management corrects these problems because the park has tremendous potential.

Were sorry we didn't meet your expectations. The bathhouse near your site has endless hot water heaters. Next time please let one of our rangers know your concerns so we can address right away

Laundry machines were down and seemed to be down for some time. Needed propane and that was down as well. Wifi only reached their time share spots and not the KOA portion, so that was down for us as well. Overall it was a terrible place to stop on our route to recharge, do laundry and fill up on propane. Surprised they have the KOA name was by far the worst we have been. Will never be back or re

Were sorry we didn't meet your expectations. Laundry down has been posted on website and we are working to get it reopened. We have free Wi-Fi at clubhouse and store areas. In the KOA sites you should have gotten 1 hour free and then is a third party pay service.

Stayed with family for a great weekend, booked too small of a spot and they we able to help me change it with no problem! Perfect warm pool, great sites and great staff! Will continue to stay time and time again!

Our second time here and we absolutely love it! Now we have come early when almost no one is there which is perfect! Grounds are gorgeous and so well maintained! We will definitely be back!!

The one negative is that there is no hot water for showers. If there is no other person in either the women’s or men’s shower using hot/warm water, you have only a max of 5 mins of warm water before it is ice cold. Less time or no warm water if there is someone else using a shower or has just used a shower.

1)The only full hook up sites are across from the dump stations. If we had known that, we would have selected a Water/elec site. 2)A large tree fell across the walking path. It was difficult for me (an older person) to get over the tree and past all the broken limbs. It's a trip & fall hazard, someone should clear it.

Had a great stay. The only thing we can say that's negative is. You need new cue sticks or at least new tips. Pool tables need to be leveled.Ping pong balls were cracked. Thanks to everyone who works there to make our stay more enjoyable.

Super busy weekend, so with that being said the staff at the camp we working so hard and they were so busy. Even though they were so busy, Lori was so nice and accommodating with any questions we had. We keep coming back because the staff have been so great… and our kids love all the activities.

Lots of fun! Great facility with fun activities. The only issue we had was with a family who had 4 golden doodles that they refused to put on leash. The dogs would roam into mit and my friends campsites upsetting our dogs. When I brought it up to Danielle she responded promptly, was professional and friendly! I am already booking for our next months trip!

It was a wonderful time spend with family and friends! The campground was in exceptionally good condition. The store still needs merchandise for larger people (some xxx’s would be nice) and the credit card system went down (hope I don’t get charged double) but we dealt with it.

You really cannot beat Diamond Lake for the kids! Lori and Danielle were fantastic and we had an amazing time as usual! This place has all the correct amenities for the family and with the pool, hot tub, Lake, disc golf course and playground as well as hiking trails, tons of fun and activities to keep them busy. We will be back every year! Thank you!

We loved all the activities that were offered for the girls, and parents as well! Everything was kept nice and clean at the camp grounds! Only downfall was that there is no sewage hook ups at our camp sight.

Advertised laundry - wasn’t available. No sewer hook ups. Long wait at entrance, had to wait for them to bring to the site. I won’t be back.

Nice campground. Not very thrilled about the nickle and diming. I wish they had Kayaks or Boats for use. Wish the lake was stocked. Employees are happy but management seems to be out of touch.

We are sorry we did not meet your expectations.We currently do not have boat rentals, but you may bring your own. The lake is set to be restocked with trout 2025, and currently has bass, catfish. Please come meet our new manager Marc!!

From check in till we left it was a great experience. Danielle was excellent, she was friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome and provided us with all the information we needed. 100% will stay there again!!!!

All the sites are nice and some are separated from each other. Staff were all great to work with. We will return for more camping in the future.

I was a bit disappointed in the condition of the facilities. There were several bathrooms that were not functioning. The store was pretty much bare…..they definitely could use someone who knows their clientele…..order larger sizes, 3x would be nice. We still have not met nor even seen the new manager. As always Lori and Danielle were wonderful!

It was a really nice, clean and well maintained KOA. The only drawback was the closed laundry facility and women’s bathroom. We would definitely stay there again.

Only not very warm water in the shower. Campsite was very uneven, was very hard to get my unit level. (Has a full body slide, has to be as level as possible). Otherwise, clean and quiet.

First time here and very pleased with the natural beauty plus they take excellent care of the grounds. Bring what you need as the little store is very small and not as stocked as we would have liked. Staff was accommodating and friendly.

Our family loved staying here! So many friendly people, fun activities, and clean facilities. The staff was super friendly and helpful, which made for the best time. We can't wait to go back!
