My low ratings are attributed to two events during our stay. #1. The Flag Policy is disturbing; I'm a proud Patriot and not to be able to fly my American Flag above the top of my trailer is ridiculous. Stipulating only American Flags can be flown is discriminatory; either allow flags or not. This was a big turn off for me. #2 The 'herd' of RATS at the trash area was frightening.

The staff were wonderful. They were always willing to help the campers, and with a smile. The campgroud is well maintained. We'll be back. Thank you all.

Great spot, centrally located between Santa Cruz/ Capitola and Monterey/Carmel/ Big Sur. Every night had a cooling breeze, quiet except for the sound of seagulls. Spots are a little tight- but that's California - but concrete, level, and clean. Only challenge is 2 bathrooms which share the showers so might be a little wait if you're in a hurry. Very helpful staff on sight.. stocked and clean.

I was warmly welcomed upon arrival. Jorge so kindly guided me in backing my trailer into my site. They gave me ideas how to set things up since I was disappointed I didn’t have any grass. It worked beautifully! EVERYIBE so cheerful and friendly. The complimentary wine tasting such an awesome surprise! After 3 wonderful nights I was still sad to leave. I recommend your KOA to all my camp friends

major RAT problem at dumpster at Night 100's in and around and in bushes. A few to many rules!

Grounds are well maintained. The hosts are great people and very personable. Love that this is located walking distance to the ocean. Have stayed here so many times in the past. Will definitely be going back again soon.

We come once a year and enjoy the surrounding area. We walk to the local beach with is less than 1/4 mile away. We saw whale’s breaching, tails and lots of sprays. Beautiful sunsets. Very clean compound, our favorite for sure. Sweet young girl to welcome us. We”ll be back next year. Keep up the great job you do. God Bless.

Jorge and Jessica are amazing additions. Both very friendly. New prices are almost $30 more a night than last year. Too high for sites that are too close to each other where most rigs can’t even open awnings without hitting the rig next to them and the campground having no amenities. Makes it difficult to justify more than a day or two stay.

The customer service was outstanding. Never made to feel a bother and truly appreciated the staff assisting with parking the RV. Love the location and walking distance to the coffee shop.

Amazing staff! We had a wonderful time at the KOA in moss landing, weather was absolutely beautiful and beach was amazing enjoyed the bicycle rides and the local restaurant sea harvest!�� Will definitely come back!

We first get there, get last spot that had NO room, then our neighbors where the WORSE neighbors and rude!!! Then instead of trying to give advice, they criticize us!! Look at us like white trash! Then informed us we were on cameras which was confirmed by your text message!! I cried when i left because of the treatment..... will NEVER be back but im sure that doesnt break your heart!!!

Staff at this KOA were amazing, friendly and helpful. However, given how small the site is, it was tough to swallow how much the charge was. We paid essentially the same rate here for a super small site (albeit clean) with zero amenities (minus a laundry room). It worked for our overnight stop, but I doubt we'd ever stay here again. The town is sadly nearly a ghost town so there isn't much to do.

We had a fantastic stay. The park is very clean and Kyle and crew made us feel very welcomed. The hot dog BBQ on the 4th of July was very appreciated. Can't wait to visit again soon.

Very helpful staff, we were not placed in a large enough site for our rig even though I specified clearly during booking. The site manager and another helped us unhook our car trailer and squeeze in, the spot was not ideal but the help was very appreciated. Next time if we are in the area and use this campground I now know there are only a couple sites that could accommodate us.

Moss Landing KOA is one of our favorite parks to camp at. The park, office/store and restroom facilities were very clean and in great condition. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately a few of the campers allowed their kids to be unruly and one or more campers or their kids made a mess in the bathroom while showering. Why can't some people be more respectful?

Great place to stay with fun things to do close by. The KOA itself is the cleanest RV park I’ve ever stayed at. Super friendly and helpful staff make the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The highlights were easy access to the ocean, watching wildlife like seals and otters, also a very convenient location to get to Monterey or Santa Cruz. Our kids loved riding their bikes along the loop.

This KOA has a great team that really took care of us during our 6-night stay. Very friendly and helpful. The grounds are in excellent condition too!

This little park is very nice. We loved the migration of the seals just up the road. Walked to see them every day we were there. Showers and bathrooms very clean. Laundry room was very clean. The park is right next to a harbor with some interesting boats docked. We stayed in Site 38. We camped at Moss Landing KOA Express in a Travel Trailer.
