This KOA is very well kept and clean. The staff was very friendly. There is lots to do in this area. I will stay here again and I highly recommend this KOA.

Wish we could’ve stayed longer! The site was great, facilities excellent, and the location couldn’t be beat. So cool seeing the Sea Lions too! And being walking distance to the beach. Excellent if you have dogs. We will certainly be back again!

Very clean and the lawns ard shrubs were trimmed! The people that run the campground were friendly and kept the facilities well maintained!

I am adding comments after a previous review. Best spot to stay in the area! Great staff! Very accommodating and super clean. Wi-Fi that actually works!!! And clean affordable laundry. Not a resort type park if you’re looking for that… but super comfortable and safe. Highly recommended.

Fortunate to get a last minute reservation for 3 nights, would have loved 4! Our favorite getaway to the coast, a break from our everyday life of farming. So clean, relaxing, even our corgi Toby loves it. We spent a day in Carmel, otherwise just chilled. Thank you!

We stayed two nights and were very pleased with our decision to stay in MossLanding. We walked the area both days, walked our Jack Russell to the beach, ate out both days, an enjoyed the noises of the animals in the harbor while sitting outside sipping a glass of wine . The park was very clean and quiet. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Very small park with few amenities, showers were clean, laundry adequate & location perfect. Sites were a little small for bigger rigs, but room for our car in front. Very clean in the park. It’s all about the location, being located next to the Moss Landing Harbor and a block from the beach. Literally thousands of sea lions in the harbor, along with otters and whale watching from beach.

As always it was a great weekend. The caretakers take pride in their campgrounds and it shows. This is an our favorite camping place.

Staff is friendly and accomodating. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because the lots are very close to each other. But that is the only reason. It is a clean and mostly quiet park, other than the sea lions barking, lol, which is wonderful to hear. We will definitely stay here again and encourage others too.

I can not say enough good things about the team of Liz, Ben, Jennifer & Scott. This group is always so kind, accommodating and they work tirelessly to keep everything running smoothly. The property is well maintained. The laundry and bathrooms are always clean. The store is one of the best stocked stores we've experienced with items campers actually need and use.

OK, this is not a resort....nor a park with multiple bathroom/shower buildings, pools and so on. But it is run by REALLY friendly people in delightful area. The property is very well maintained, super clean, space well provided for, and generally extremely comfortable. Moss Landing is between Santa Cruz and Monterey/Carmel. within easy reach of all facilities but in a small town! great spot!

Once I pulled in to check in you can tell how nice the Moss Landing KOA is and it only got better well checking in she gave me all the info of the park and the surrounding area restaurants and things to do she also noticed I had a bicycle in my truck and offered a free loaner lock to make sure my bicycle was safe the hospitality and is 5 starts i would definitely stay here again and for more days

The greatest spots to stay on the road are those that welcome you with open arms and limit the drama that can arise if the slightest thing is not in order. The road trip can be stressful enough on its own. The staff welcomed us and assisted in parking our rig and offered any further assistance if necessary. The park is clean and well maintained with a store filled with necessities. The showers and bathrooms were always clean along with the grounds and facilities. We love this park because it exists with everything nature by the sea! Recommended for all travelers seeking beauty and excitement.

We had a wonderful time staying at this little KOA. Liz and Ben were just the best, and they clearly care so much about this Park. Their dedication goes into every detail of our stay, from the cookies upon arrival to the meticulous landscaping and upkeep of the sites. They were both kind, friendly, and down-to-earth people who made you feel welcome. We can't wait to come back! The sites are a little tight but the staff (Ben!) is diligent in helping back people in and ensuring that everyone is parked correctly / not blocking the road. This park is just a short walk to the marina and beach where an abundance of sea lions and sea otters roam. There are a handful of good restaurants in the area as well as fish markets (like less than 5 mins drive time).
