Tent sites are on gravel pads and placed near the road. Cars driving by past midnight make sleep very difficult. No guest lounge available for guests. Bathroom/showers were very nice

Great location to explore monument valley. Clean and nice restrooms. The KOA was kept clean also. If you are in a tent you are close to the highway and there was no kitchen area.

Just missing a sink for doing the dishes and that will be perfect. Also a tree near the picnic table will be great for some shadow. Great welcoming and informative team there.

Campgrounds that advertise and book tent sites should have tent pads that people can use tent pegs in. My tent will not stay up without pegs and your tent pad was impossible to use even with a mallet. I slept in my car.

We left shortly after pitching the tent because three dust storms hit us and the tent was clearly not gonna stay up all night. Waste of a stay, but it was our choice.

Great scenery. The staff at the KOA were very helpful and nice to us. I highly recommend this KOA if you visit Monument Valley.

Stayed over one night on our way from Page to Albuquerque and we were happy with the accommodations. The location is amazing and the bathrooms/showers were very nice. The only issue was the small number of washers and dryers. One of the three combo units was out of order and folks were waiting to do laundry. Looks like there is room for more machines. The nicest bathrooms of all the KOA's I have stayed at the camp itself does not have many amenities but it is close to monument valley and rates are reasonable

This was our first time at a KOA, and our stay was very pleasant! The bathrooms were very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly! We stayed in a tent spot, and the only issue we had was weather related, as it was VERY windy. Our kids loved playing at the playground area almost the whole time! We would definitely stay again.

Not bad for the area; $55 for a place to park my truck and sleep in the back, vs. $200 for a motel room. Quite expensive. However, the absence of reliable wi fi was a real problem, as I was trying to book tours and lodging down the road and could not do so until I left and found internet access elsewhere. A real hassle as a traveler trying to have experiences and spend $ in Navajo country.

Stay was great! Very thankful for the showers! What an amazing place to wake up to! The only negatives were the washing machines were out of order, and the stray dogs that wander the camp all night.

I had called to tell I was running late and when we got there someone was already in our spot so we had to go find the spot they were signed to and stay in that because there was too many people to move. Was tired and just wanted to get set up.

Hope folks know this is an out of the way spot and farther out than most KOA’s. Bathrooms ran out paper towels for a couple on day one when I was there. Bathrooms needed to be cleaned. The facility looked new, but definitely needed Cleaning. This KOA is small and right next to one of the only highways through the valley, with no barrier so the traffic noise is loud into the night.

We tent camped for 3 days. Enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and the campground was clean. Shower house looked like it was brand new and very clean. Nice showers and plenty of hooks. The only downside was that you had to conserve the hot water as it would run out quickly. There also was a stray dog hanging around. He was a very nice dog. We called him Curious George.

The scenery is beautiful, however the lady at the front desk had ATTITUDE! I stopped in the office three times the first day and it was obvious she does not enjoy contact with the customer! There was warm water to start which quickly went coldin the showers…for a KOA that is unacceptable! Also the timer for the lights in the bathrooms is set way too short, I had to finish showering in the dar

While the bathrooms were clean & climate controlled, 2 of the 3 women’s showers had barely any water. The only one with a reasonable flow was the ADA shower. While the place is right on the main road, there was no traffic noise, which was great. We were fortunate to be there in our tent when the weather was cooler at night. There are only little trees which provide no shade.

We had a lovely time at this site! As expected, it's all sand/dirt, with little to no grass, but it's the desert! We actually had a small tree for shade and the views were fantastic, and the bathroom/grounds were clean and well kept. Our neighbors were lovely and we would certainly stay here again!

APRIL2024: Staying here was an smooth and pleasant experience. The KOA is kept clean. It features clean bathrooms, gated dog park w/ doggy bags, laundry, RV sites (power, water,dump,trash), tent sites, children playground. They offer horse rides through the valley at a very fair price. Ask about it when you book your stay. My family discovered that they offer jeep rentals as well. Not sure what the price is, but you can use them to drive yourself through the dirt roads in the valley. This KOA is right off the highway. The only downside is that they don't offer many items in the KOA store. So before you arrive to the koa, make sure to go to the store down the road first if you're in need of items. Thanks for such a great stay.

Fantastic views right out the front door. Very clean and super helpful friendly staff. Great playground and enclosed dog park. Will definitely be back!!
