The host/hostess are PHENOMENAL!!! They are very friendly and truly made my stay more enjoyable. The campground itself is fine but the FLIES were out of control!!! Seeing the horses was lovely but if that’s the reason for the flies I’m not sure it’s worth it!! Thank you!

I think this KoA has closest in proximity to its namesake destination, had fresh new bathhouses, and a great store. The amenities were well lit at night without diminishing the starry sky. Friendly staff made it easy to find local horseback riding right outside our campsite. In all, more scenic than we hoped, and an oasis for sure.

The staff member Val was very helpful and friendly. The grounds are very well kept with outstanding views of the magnificent land features.

The park was clean and staff were very friendly. I chose KOA because there are usually and pool and activities for the kids. None of those here. Disappointed.

Located right in close proximity to the famous Monument Valley structures. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. A central location to visit the Monument Valley Tribal Park with some great hikes and 17 mile stretch of dirt and gravel road through the monuments. Visited Gooseneck Creek State Park and the Natural Bridges National Monument park which was awesome! Great hikes and views.

The park entrance, roads and sites very very dusty with dirt, not enough rock/gravel to help keep the dust/dirt under control. The trash/dumpsters were not being maintain (cleaned) as there were millions of flies and thus millions of flies around your RV. On the positive side, the AC power was good.

Nice, new bathrooms. Couldn't get internet. 'Connected with no internet' does not give me internet. Which was challenging since it was so hot out, I could not do work.

Good location for travelers, easy to get around, great views. Electric pedestals are located towards the front of the sites, make sure your shore cord is long enough. Fortunately the attendant let us borrow an extension cord for our 30 amp service. Thanks to her.

Staff was very friendly. Clean restrooms. Level campsites. Next to Monument Valley. The only thing I would suggest for folks is to book as far away from the road as possible. It was pretty noisy in the first row next to the road.

RV park was just fine, but we were too close to the dumpsters and horse corral. As a result the flies were “terrible.”

Overnight with a Motorhome towing a Jeep. Plenty of room. Dirt and rock level pads. Sewer connections were elevated and above the height of the RV dump. Trees will provide needed shade very soon.

Excellent location. Sites are good sized. Placement of utilities is good. Many trees need to be replaced. Great view of the tribal park from the campground. Friendly & informative staff.

this is our second visit to Monument Valley KOA. We were able to access all of the sites we planned to visit. The Staff was helpful and facilities were in good shape.

Great experience at the KOA Campground in Monument Valley. Clean bathrooms, full hookups, and a great location. They also have Jeeps available to rent for off-road tours through Monument Valley, plus horseback riding experiences right at the campground. The staff at check-in and in the store were very helpful and friendly.
