In my opinion, Felt this KOA was average at best…all dirt, no reprieve from it. Staff was fine, everything worked…and it was on our way to the destination.

Mooie schone en verzorgde camping. 1 van de mooiste uitzichten die je van een camping kan hebben. De eigenaars zijn super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Tip: huur de jeep en doe de Monument valley scenic drive.

What can I say about Monument Valley, this is a buck list stop that I recommend you need to do. We did the horse back ride at the KOA and the Monument Valley tour that picked us up at the KOA. Our NAVAJO tour guide Larry told us great stories about the Valley and the names of the rock formations. The sun sets from the KOA are amazing. We plan on coming back again.

The only thing I didn't like is the manager kept me waiting about ten minutes as he walked his dog. He walked out of his trailer residence with his dog and told me he'd be back in a few minutes. All I needed was change and I didn't appreciate having to wait for it.

VERY SHORT! Packed in like a sardine can, picknick table was 3 feet from next campers drain hose. Not a pleasant place to stay and the worst KOA that I,ve have ever stayed at!!!!!!

This was one of the best places we have stayed. Clean, a lot to do, and helpful staff. We will be back.

Sites are not level, wifi doesn't work, all connections are at the wrong end of the sites lso you have to hitch/unhitch in the road, office was closed when it said it would be open, landscaping is all dead and large groups partied late into the night and hosts did nothing even though campers called. It was the worst KOA we have ever stayed at by far. We should have day-tripped it from farther away

Very friendly staff and a busy little KOA. Site was level and utilities all worked well. Worked great as our base to tour Monument Valley, Natural Bridges and Navajo National Monuments, Valley of the Gods and Gooseneck State Park. Area is very remote so be stocked with essential prior to visit.

Second time we have stayed with you. Great both times. Only issue is the mens ADA shower, the wand hangar was broken and the water was not as warm as I like.

At arrival, the staff member working the desk started checking us in on his phone. He said nothing about a power outage until another camper came into the building. He was very short with us as we asked questions and was not welcoming at all! About the only thing this place has going for it is its location. Dry, dusty, no shade. Way overpriced.

Hookups are located near the front of the site so you have to unhook. Unlevel sites.

Good park subject to the limitations of the location. This is a very remote area with limited water supply and infrastructure. Facilities were good. What really impressed me is we had pretty intense rain, but the sites did not turn to mud. The gravel they put down handled the runoff quite well.

We had a good stay. Specifically, the bathrooms and showers are amazing! But, the campground is full of plants that have sharp stickers that get stuck to the bottom of your shoes, and forget walking the dog! They get stickers stuck in their paws. But overall a very good experience.

Excellent staff. Very helpful. Clean facilities. So many options available from jeep rentals, tours, and horseback rides. Beautiful views right from your campsite! Highly recommend.

Very friendly check in, clean camp ground and good hook up facilities. We didn’t use the showers or bathrooms, so we can’t rate those. The road is a little noisy but the views are worth it

This campsite is exceptional and very clean with spacious sites. The young lady in the office was very friendly and helpful. This campground is a gem! There is horseback riding easily available right at the campground and you can schedule to partake in an open air jeep ride throughout the Navajo Tribal Park with a pick up from the KOA office.

The location of the Monument Valley KOA is wonderful. The laundry room and bathrooms are well maintained. The reason I did not give a 5 star rating was all of the broken glass in our campsite, a lot of puncture vines (aka goat heads) that are very hard on a dogs paws but mostly because there were 2 dogs that were off leash in the campground, that appeared to belong to the owner or staff.

Perfect spot to stay for Monument Valley. The park was small but nice. Laundry and restrooms were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

I've stayed at a lot of KOA's. But this one was way too expensive for a gravel parking lot with hookups! Not again!

Nice views all around. Campgrounds are bare bones but the RR and Laundry are nice. They have tours and Jeeps to rent as well as horseback rides.

We have stayed here a couple times as we were headed to or from longer trips down in AZ. Its conveinently located right outside of Monument Valley Tribal park and you get awesome sunrise and sunset views from your campsite. There are also horseback rides located right next door. The customer service is great as I once had a challenge with a scheduled tour in the tribal park that was cancelled due to heavy rains. David was great and understanding and adjusted our reservation even though the cancellation had nothing to do with his business. I will definitely continue staying here!

It was very muddy, but my dog and I made the best of it for 1 night. The office staff was very friendly and we arrived during a power outage, she came by our coach to let us know the power was back on. We were able to get out to walk around. The next morning was even better, the air was so crisp and clean, the sun was out when we rolled out. There's also horse riding trails and you can rent a Jeep.

I can't imagine a more scenic and dramatic setting than this park! Granted, it is bare bones, but the basic necessities are well provided with camp store, friendly staff, spotless bath/shower and laundry facilities ( didn't use, but walked through). It is minutes from the entrance to the Monument Valley Tribal Park and the Goulding Resort gas station, convenience store, grocery, and restaurant. We enjoyed our stay, but be aware you will find red sand for weeks afterwards! The night skies are magical!
