You have an unbelievable amount of flies in your campground. This goes beyond an inconvenience, it is a health issue. You need to bring in a professional exterminator to assess the situation and make a plan to correct this situation. Putting a fly trap or two around the garbage bins like you’ve done, is woefully short. We’ve been away now for 2 days and we’re still finding the occasional

This is a new campground, therefore some of the landscaping was in progress. The sites are easy to access and roomy. The campground was clean and the staff was very helpful. The park is very close to Monument Valley and the tribal tours will pick you up at the office.

Front desk was the most patient younger person I ever came across. I witnessed several interactions with visitors and he was pleasant and patient enough even though he was busy and had a few of us in the store for ice and info on tours.

Great stay. Only suggestion would be to not charge the $2.50 for a K-cup coffee. I think it could be complimentary.

I paid for a tent site that was to have water and electric the outlet at my tent site did not work it was very cold that not with no way to use my portable heater. The shelves in the camp store were almost bare. I had to make 4 trips to the office to buy ice every time I arrived the office was closed For various reasons. (Sign on door said out on property) I will not stay at monument valle

My stay at Monument Valley KOA was generally satisfying. It would be more convenient if the campground had an outside grille.

We only there for a couple of nights. We found the campground was nice and well kept. Conveniently located. The only thing that was a puzzle was the trash bins that were full beyond capacity and we wondered how often they are emptied. Other than that the stay was good.

The people were very friendly, the campground is in a great location for visiting the area. The views are fantastic! The only drawback are the flys! You need to make sure you have an inside fly trap ( they only sell outdoor ones at store) it's because they have horse rentals located on site and the flys can't be helped. I killed hundreds! Other than that great campground!

Proximity to Monument Valley is excellent. The women in the office was extremely helpful and nice. We definitely recommend booking at the office the Tribal Tours of MV. The guide was excellent and the tour takes you places you can’t go on the self driven tour.

This is not a journey campground, the price is to stay is to high, the sites are narrow and close together, the flys are horrible due to the dumpsters and horse correl near the campsites. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Just one night stay very expensive for the captured market. The flys from the horses took over my RV hard to enjoy the views when outside. My first my last.

Little shade. Tent sites highly concentrated with no separation. Late tent arrival (other party) set up tent between midnight and 0200 with noise suffient to wake us several times. Cost at Monument Valley significantly higher than at other KOAs. Shower / restroom facilities clean and heated. Otherwise, facilities look new / adequate.

Very basic park with gravel surface. Bathrooms are clean but there was only 1of 3 washing machines and 2 of 3 dryers worked. The staff should fill in holes at the driveway transition from the roadway on the gravel entrance.

Level sites, good power and water, connections are reasonably placed, traffic noise is minimal, sites are stunning, the only big issues are the flies, very bad during our stay. The drought and other conditions create the issue. you can catch a tour or go horseback riding from the campground

The flies are terrible. They swarm around and on the vehicles and tables. You can’t sit outside and every time you open your door, multiple flies get in your camper. There is a horse pasture around the campground which results in flies. The sites are very sandy. Rock is abundant in these parts. The sights could be built up with more rock so we don’t track so much sand into the campers.

The Flys were terrible! Could barely sit outside. Motorhome full of flies!! Overflowing garbage (Wed. 9/24) and horses next to the RV park couldn't have helped. Pull thru spot were very short for Class a Motorhomes leaving no room for towed vehicles even to park after being unhooked. Hookups for sewer were not located well for Class A motorhomes. Beautiful views. Level gravel lots.

Beautiful mountains surrounding camp. The gentleman running the camp was very friendly and helpful. This is a good place to stay for a day between travel.

Nice flat spaces. There are small trees but they won't provide much shade for a few more years. The location is close to everything. The back-in sites have the best view with picnic tables between your rig and the road giving an amazing view while you eat. There is laundry on site but not all machines were working.

Enjoyed the beautiful views to the east of KOA, restroom area very clean, usually easy to access and exit, and staff always friendly and helpful. Only negative we experienced was sometimes an excessive number of flies when we were sitting outside. May be due to nearby horse ride facilities.

Great experience at the KOA Campground in Monument Valley. Clean bathrooms, full hookups, and a great location. They also have Jeeps available to rent for off-road tours through Monument Valley, plus horseback riding experiences right at the campground. The staff at check-in and in the store were very helpful and friendly.
