A perfect spot to see all that the Valley has to offer! The office was new and the receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area!

Delightful staff. Campsites and grounds are well maintained. Items stocked in the store were perfect for things we were low on and delightful souvenirs. We I’ll be back!

The WIFI near the restrooms/dog park did not work at all. There is no trash bin near the area of the dog park

Normally, I would give a basic journey campground like this a three or four star review. This one is run exceptionally well however. Also, the staff is extremely helpful. In particular Val went above and beyond with helping with a mechanical issue I was having. I would not have been able to stay if it wasn’t for her help.

Truly a one of a kind KOA. Falling asleep with the subtle sound of the highway while gazing at the surrounding red rocks with the light of a campfire is something I won’t soon forget. Excellent amenities in the main office as well. Very clean bathrooms!

This campground is very nice considering the area it is in. Laundry and bathrooms look like new. The spots for camping are level ans spaced well. We were there in June, very hot and dusty, but that's to be expected.

It does not feel like the KOA campgrounds. It felt dusty, worn wood tables, playground in an area that was cleared out for play equipment and weeds all around it. Dirt roads, dirt sites. There are other RV parks in the area that feel much more welcoming and comfortable to stay in.

Even though it was windy and sand blowing around a few times during our stay we enjoyed this campgrounds immensely. The person in the office (Jamie) was super nice and very helpful and knowledgeable. We lived that it was so close to Monument Valley. We suggest you take the tour. Bathrooms & laundry room were very clean.

We paid just over $100 a night for this?? While the views of Monument Valley are great the campground is just plain ugly! Next to the highway, no trees, gravel mixed with dirt for the driving and camping areas. Our site, number 12, was right next to the back of a very ugly old modular building that was used as the office so our camper opened up to see that! It was bad! KOA do better!

We only stayed here one night. The surrounding beauty was amazing!! Staff was super friendly. The area was clean but the wind was insane!!! If you are prepared for this then it’s worth a one or 2 night stay!

We love this campground!!! We stayed here in 2020 and vowed to come back! All the sites were updated with trees, picnic tables, full hookups and firepits. The bathrooms were beautifully done including showers and laundry. There is no fence or barrier between the highway and sites which make for tremendous unobstructed views of the monuments. The sunset and sunrise was spectacular.

It was 95 degrees and there was no hot water in the women’s shower. The men’s shower had hot water. The front desk said they couldn’t do anything about it for two days. We left before it was fixed.

We had a very pleasant stay! The views are spectacular! The location is close to many wonderful places to visit. We were greeted by Val when we arrived and she is just wonderful! We’ll be back for sure!

Flat level sites (Could use more gravel). Full hookups. Fairly well stocked store only the prices were pretty high. Quiet, very convenient to Monument Valley. Tribal Tours would pick you up at the campground for Tours of Monument Valley. Laundry was clean and the machines worked well. Facilities were clean. I appreciated their rules concerning pets in the Facilities with a Steep fine.

Great views nice park. We had a short pull through site we had to park our camper at the end of the site and pull the truck to the rear this was the second KOA campground that the hook ups were poorly located.

It is a very convenient campground offering level sites. We enjoyed our stay. The most negative drawback was directions. They are very confusing and we ended up down a dirt road which lead to nothing. This must be common because as we turned around to leave, there were 2 other campers going on the dirt road looking for this KOA. We called the KOA, she really was not helpful.

Amazing view in Monument Valley. Its very dark out and had a great view of the Milky Way and stars. Small town nearby had great Navaho Flat bread breakfast.

The entry way into and exiting the hiway into labeling the campground is terrible , needs filled in, better yet asphalt. Needs shade trees too and wider sites

Way too expensive for this KOA It was just a parking lot of dirt n had old weathered picnic tables made out of wood that was splintered and warped. Sites were so tight. Nothing else but hookups for $100 a night. Only thing was a nice view of Monument Valley.

Got tightly packed in spaces. Could have spread out more. Someone nearby shot off fireworks around 10pm and sent many dogs into panic mode…including ours. Did not sleep well due to constant noise on highway next to campground. Not many other choices in Monument Valley. Otherwise, facility was fine.

The location was excellent but expected a little more from this KOA. The campground could use paved roads and especially paved sites. The bathroom facilities are inadequate for the size of this KOA. Another bathroom building could and should be built on the entrance side of the property. Bathrooms could also be touched up and cleaned more than once a day.

We were on site 6 pull thru with a 5th wheel. We were able to unhook and still park our truck. We rented a Jeep at the KOA to tour the 17 mile loop inside Monument Valley. They also had horse stables with rides available. The day before we left it came up a sand storm with winds gusting to 45 mph. A little scary and not fun.

It was a through journey for me, but I woke up to the monuments outside my bedroom slide-out window. Very memorable. My only improvement suggestion would be for more shade access per site, even it it was just poles connecting to a pool tarp over the picnic tables.

We have stayed here a couple times as we were headed to or from longer trips down in AZ. Its conveinently located right outside of Monument Valley Tribal park and you get awesome sunrise and sunset views from your campsite. There are also horseback rides located right next door. The customer service is great as I once had a challenge with a scheduled tour in the tribal park that was cancelled due to heavy rains. David was great and understanding and adjusted our reservation even though the cancellation had nothing to do with his business. I will definitely continue staying here!

It was very muddy, but my dog and I made the best of it for 1 night. The office staff was very friendly and we arrived during a power outage, she came by our coach to let us know the power was back on. We were able to get out to walk around. The next morning was even better, the air was so crisp and clean, the sun was out when we rolled out. There's also horse riding trails and you can rent a Jeep.

I can't imagine a more scenic and dramatic setting than this park! Granted, it is bare bones, but the basic necessities are well provided with camp store, friendly staff, spotless bath/shower and laundry facilities ( didn't use, but walked through). It is minutes from the entrance to the Monument Valley Tribal Park and the Goulding Resort gas station, convenience store, grocery, and restaurant. We enjoyed our stay, but be aware you will find red sand for weeks afterwards! The night skies are magical!
