Convenient location to enjoy what the valley offers. The staff was very friendly and helpful… Look forward to their continued development of what will be a great park when fully developed. Not a bad place to stay…

The KOA is right near the entrance to Monument Valley. The hot water and cleanliness of the bathroom facilities is admirable. Somehow the power outlet on our site (40) in inoperable.

Wonderful stay, they even called me to see if I wanted to be close to the bathroom and showers because I was with my disabled parents. Hours for the office were great. Gave amazing recommendations and having the jeep rental right there was fantastic.

Great location! Nice and helpful staff. Very convenient to be able to book a sunset tour right there and have them pick us up right at the campground. Only one of 3 washing machines were working which wasn’t great but certainly not a deal breaker.

We had a great stay. Only issue was only one of three washer/dryers was working. We understand that it may be tough to get them serviced out there. The staff was great and very helpful. Val and her husband, James, and the guy who cleans up were all great folks and very attentive to our needs and questions. Good staff means a lot!!!

No hot water for a shower. Washing machines out of order. I had hoped to launder my dirty clothes. No discount offered for no hot water. It seems no one could fix the washers so I could use them. Not a happy camper. Campgrounds were ok.

Val and Jamie are amazing KOA hosts. They were friendly, answered questions, & took time to share info about local sites in the area. The RR s were very clean. Only one washer was working during our stay. Unfortunately, campers put too much laundry inside the washers causing them to work harder and break down. Maybe get extra capacity washers might solve the problem of breakdowns. Thanks!

We loved this RV park. Check-in was smooth and friendly. They escorted us to our site and made sure we had everything we needed. All the trees around gives each RV'er a lot of privacy. All sites have a paved area with a picnic table A fire area is also provided at each site.

We stayed 3 days. The location was the best feature, being adjacent to Monument Valley. There were minor annoyance with the number of flies, (normal for the horses nearby), the major issue was when I attempted to take a shower, there wasn't any hot water. That alone made my rating lower. We had issues with the short pull through, with the truck jutting out into the traffic lane. High price.

Stayed 2 nights in October. Good points: beautiful view from park. Friendly staff. Clean spaces and restrooms. Not so good: Tight spaces, showers ran out of hot water.

Clean, sites good, as noted WiFi connection is at times slow. Lots to do in the area, can easily book tours in the office with Monument Valley Tribal Tours (highly recommend and they pick up/ drop off at the KOA!). Thanks for my second shorter but still excellent stay!

Over priced. Broken appliances. Fly infested. Dirty. Dusty. Crowded. Worthless WiFi. Parking lot in a field. Essentially a dump. Disparages KOA reputation!!!!

My wife and I have been traveling the West for about three weeks and staying at a number of KOA campgrounds. Monument Valley is the best one that we have been to! “CLEAN and NICE”. The most special thing at campsite was the workers there. The office lady was sweet and so helpful, and the maintenance worker made our day with a departing song on his Indian flute. Truly a most memorable momen

We stayed for 2 night at Monument Valley KOA and it was great. Very convenient to everything. The youg lady in the office was very helpful with getting us set up with a tour. Would stay again.

Val was very helpful and kind. She helped us schedule a tour of Monument Valley, and it was fantastic. The park was clean and the restrooms and laundry we well taken care of.

The attendant was very helpful setting us up with a tour booked out of the KOA and it was fantastic and our guide was also fantastic. Who happens to live right behind the campground I would highly recommend it.

Host is awesome! Very personable-great guy. Sites are average to large size. We had a 40' 5th wheel, tow and extra full size truck. All fit on lot. Only drawback was laundry. Only 1 washer worked-didn't spin tho. Dryer wasn't any better. But yes, we'll stay again if in the area. Overall, great stay!

For $100 a night I would have expected better facilities. The men’s bathroom didn’t have certain supplies for two days. In the woman’s bathroom I had a shower stall with a broken showerhead. We arrived well within office hours, and there was no one there to greet us. Way overpriced for the offering.

We booked the KOA because we needed to do our laundry after a few nights of dispersed camping with our RV. 2 out of 3 washing machines didn't work, so everyone queued for the last one, which by the end of the day also ended up being out of order, which we learned after buying and putting in the laundry detergent we just bought. Such a waste of money. Also they were out of firewood. Bad experience

Great experience at the KOA Campground in Monument Valley. Clean bathrooms, full hookups, and a great location. They also have Jeeps available to rent for off-road tours through Monument Valley, plus horseback riding experiences right at the campground. The staff at check-in and in the store were very helpful and friendly.
