This was by far one of the top list of favorite KOA'S of the 50 plus I have been to. The convenience of tours being booked on site then picking you up at the campground, horse rides next door and rental vehicles on site, amazing. Wish all KOA's offered such a package. The views were spectacular. Sunrises and sunsets enjoyed right from your site. The tribal 3.5hr tour worth every penny.

Very friendly staff. Very clean restrooms. Highly recommend using them for setting up any excursions in the area. Definitely the sunrise with Jamison.

It was a nice clean campground. We stayed a couple of nights to view Monument Valley. Perfect location with gas and grocery store nearby.

We had a great experience at this campground. Everyone was so helpful and nice to us. We had a very nice spot with a beautiful view of the monuments. It’s close to so many other activities. And it’s really only 10 minutes from monument valley itself. I highly recommend this Campground.

Very minimal campground, but well maintained. Level pull through spaces, clean bathrooms, and very cheerful and helpful staff. The tour they recommend and booked for us was awesome and the guide -Jameson-did a fantastic job.

The staff was great! However, there was a major fly problem. We couldn't sit outside because of the flies—we are not talking about a few; we are talking about thousands!

Had a great time discovering Monument Valley - the horse ride was great and could have been longer but other sessions were fully booked. The 3 hour sunset drive was fantastic and our guide Yvonne was amazing. The campsite was great but with no transport options to get around - we had to unhitch our large RV every time which was not ideal. The only setback was the lukewarm showers at times

Schöner kleiner Campgrounds, sensationelle Lage, sehr saubere sanitäre Anlagen. Äußerst freundliches Servicepersonal im Office. Touren buchbar mit Abholung direkt am Campground. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

This is an overnight location. A little pricey compared to other KOA's with more amenities. Many of the water hook ups in need of repairs/restoration and leak wasting water..

Christian was the most personable and helpful host ever. Need to improve WiFi. Need to patch and maybe pave entrance road. How about starting a KOA in Chinle Az near Canyon de Chelly National Monument - there are no full hookup RV Parks for hundreds of miles.

It hast not the Ambiente that KOA usually provides. The posts for elektrik are not plsced at the right Spot it is difficult to hook up

We have stayed at Gouldings in the past but liked the more open spaces of this KOA. And it was nice to have a place for our dogs to be off the leash in the pet area. We will definitely be staying here again on our way to Colorado.

Typical desert environment campground. Office worker was pleasant and helpful. Major downside was the lack of weed clearance - especially those with “goat head” stickers. They are common throughout the southwest, but not hard to control. Got tired of cleaning them up after tracking them into the RV.

Great location with spectacular views of Monument Valley especially at sunset Tribal Tours picks up @ the KOA which is convenient if you don't have a car. Bathrooms are clean and staff is very friendly.

Val was very helpful in suggesting things to do in the area. The campground was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the area.

There are too few restrooms. Of the three sinks, one was defective. Too little privacy because you can see over the walls of the showers and the shower curtains are transparent. Between the doors of the toilets there are considerable slits this causes everyone to see you without any effort. All in all not very pleasant.

Water pressure to low for camper to operate hot water. No hot water at shower house. Several power fluctuations on day 2 of our stay was unnerving. Overall did not meet expectations and will not recommend. Thank you

Great experience at the KOA Campground in Monument Valley. Clean bathrooms, full hookups, and a great location. They also have Jeeps available to rent for off-road tours through Monument Valley, plus horseback riding experiences right at the campground. The staff at check-in and in the store were very helpful and friendly.
