I actually really liked the Monument Valley KOA. I enjoyed having full hook ups. We met the owner, who was very nice. We liked the dog park. The location was wonderful. My issue is that the price is so out of budget. I always thought KOA was family oriented, but KOA’s pricing will force families to camp elsewhere. I myself only chose KOA because my dispersed campsite was not doable due to rain.

I would have given a higher rating, but the water was not working on our assigned site when we arrived. We requested another site, but there were none available It was working by the evening.

Great place to stay the staff were amazing. The bath rooms and shower house were some of the best I have seen.

This was our first time at a KOA, and our stay was very pleasant! The bathrooms were very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly! We stayed in a tent spot, and the only issue we had was weather related, as it was VERY windy. Our kids loved playing at the playground area almost the whole time! We would definitely stay again.

Very accommodating for a last minute change to our reservation. This KOA is all about the location. Don't expect a lot of amenities. Just what we needed!

No frills RV park. Great location! Nice owners and employees. The only downside is the price! $100 a night! That's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

First impression was definitely first class interpersonal communication. We felt exclusively first class treated and the kind and friendly approach at the site’s check-in was a lot more than just ‚welcome on board‘. Had a complain about:cold shower,shower curtain and rail falling on me and other things.Told a person at the office.Next day talked to the manager and she made fun because I'm not a native english speaker.I said that her attitude wasn't okay because she wasn't looking at me and slumped down. she said:you should have thought about that when you talked to my daughter yesterday.felt like a threat

This place was awful, especially for the high price. The water leaked so much we couldn't hook up to it. There was no hot water in the shower and the washing machines did not work. Frankly, it was sub par and the worst KOA we've ever stayed in. Shame on you, KOA!

Not bad for the area; $55 for a place to park my truck and sleep in the back, vs. $200 for a motel room. Quite expensive. However, the absence of reliable wi fi was a real problem, as I was trying to book tours and lodging down the road and could not do so until I left and found internet access elsewhere. A real hassle as a traveler trying to have experiences and spend $ in Navajo country.

Beautiful setting for an RV park. Next to a quiet road with no noisy big rigs going by. Spots were level with good hookups.

This campground is clean, our space was level. We reserved the largest spaces they offered and it was a tight fit for our equipment. We were able to work with it with a bit of creativity.

The campground itself was in an excellent location and was very clean. Although the bathroom was very clean itself, the showers did not have hot water so they were unusable. Some of the washing machines didn't work but the campsite attendant let us use the ones in the office so that was great.

We were greeted by a very unwelcoming front desk girl. She was rude when we had to change sites because of no power at site. Also no hot water showers.

This was a very disappointed one night stay at your KOA. Near the end of October and rate was high taking advantage of being in Monument Valley however the service reception was rude and unpleasant. There was no hot water in the showers that evening or even next morning and the laundry had no machines working. The couple I was travelling with were also very disappointed.

This is a great place to tent or rent a cabin. Both provide very nice spaces, hence the ratings. Our RV space, however, was very basic and yet the most expensive of any space we have rented at a KOA. Your neighbors are very close. It felt cramped. At over $100 per night and a 3 night minimum, I would have hoped for something much better. I won’t stay again unless I rent a cabin.

Lovely location, rock formations visible from the site. The store had minimal supplies and the staff while cordial, were not friendly. A bad dust storm hit the first night of our stay, pummeling our camper and truck with gusts of 50-60 mph force all night, knocking out electricity and Wi-Fi to the campground and entire town. We made the decision to vacate to another campground; awaiting refund.

the scenery was beautiful and so peaceful. Nice clean facilities. Great place to stay with easy access to the park and other locations. My only complaint is that the gate on the K9 park is too high off the ground. My 3 dogs are very small and could walk right under the gate Please lower it, or add something to the bottom.

The best place to camp if you are planning on going to Monument Valley. This place is 10 minutes away from the visitor center and they have Jeeps you can rent.

Great location 5 minutes away from the best views of Monument Valley. Reserve in advance to get the best spots. Recommend site # from 40-50 as you will wake up looking directly at the sunrises on the Monuments.

Nice, clean campground with showers and full hook up. Easy check in. The spots are little bit too close to each other.
