Had power outlet issues at campsite site 5 and then water was shut off all day on day 2. Nobody responded to our calls and no trees near any campsites makes it one of the least favourite to camp at.

Campground was clean and quiet. Bathrooms were clean and in good shape. Had a great stay here, and it was very close to Black Canyon of the Gunnison. No complaints at all, would absolutely recommend it.

Good place to stay I guess I was a little surprised with the cost for a tent site $51 seemed a little steep but maybe that’s the going rate nowadays

We paid for a site that would fit our needs but arrived to find they had assigned a tent site that was inaccessible in our camper. Since the office was closed, we had to leave and find other arrangements. After ignoring multiple emails about a refund due to their error, we finally received a one line response saying a refund had been issued. Two months later - no refund or response to email.

Very clean, the restrooms were always in great shape. The desk staff was happy and helpful. I was tent camping, being that close to Hwy 50 was loud but expected.

The WiFi really was almost non-existent especially in the tent area. Tent area was unkept and dusty. The shower area flooded one day while I was there.

tHE PLACE WAS CLEAN, AND SEAMED TO BE RAN WELL. THE ONE THING THAT i THOUGHT WAS THE MENS BATHROOM AND SHOUWER COULD HAVE HAD A LITTLE MORE ATTENSION. OTHER THAN THAT ALL WAS GOOD

The handles in the showers need replaced! The drains in the showers need cleaned because I had to stand in water nearly to my ankles to finish showering. Not enough lighting in the tent area, walking to the bathroom is very difficult because you can't see the rough ground. There should be at least one garbage can out in the tent camping area. This place needs improvement!!

All was good until i went to shower room and discovered sinks backing up with gray-water, eventually flooding the countertops and floor. I was able to shower, but residue in sinks left me unable to brush my teeth or shave. I reported issue to office and they said it was due to someone doing laundry!

I arrived after office hours and found my reservation was a tent site. After getting settled in it was a nice spot. Not sure they understood I had a 20ft trailer. I had a safe and good night.

Tent sites seem to be newly updated as new fencing and covered seating areas supplied making it all feel very private but a bit boxed in. Nice pool area that closes at 8pm. Showers a bit cramped so everything gets wet but there is a bench outside shower cubicle where you can leave your stuff and get changed. Office shuts at 5pm but they leave details of your reservation on a board by the office.

The bathrooms were super nice and very easy to access! We have a good amount of privacy even while tenting which was nice. We also used their grill a couple times and it was very useful! The pool was a little murky but other than that our stay was perfect!

Campground was quite dated, in a pretty undesirable location (right behind a Days Inn), and the tent sites (which they do not have pictures of on their website) are basically in dirt pits on the outskirts the campground. Only saving grace was the playground which our girls loved playing at. Would not visit again,.

People set up their tents at midnight, talked loudly. There was no control from the office people. Tent sights are too small. Pool very dirty.

Tent sites leave quite a bit to be desired. There is zero shade for tents. The sites are small and close together. We were there when it was 95 and full sun on the sites. If you are in a RV it seems to be a nice place. Not very tent friendly. People are awesome. Probably won’t choose this KOA again since we tent on motorcycle.

We were camping in a tent and our place had only a little but of shade. It was boiling hot and we had full sun from 8am to 7pm and the pool was closed due to a problem with the chemicals. We left earlier because of that reason. Facilities were great

We had a nice stay. Met some awesome ladies while doing laundry. Could’ve really used the pool and hot tub after 3 weeks on the rd and really needed that in our lives, so that was a huge disappointment that we arrived so early to enjoy these amenities and they were both closed. So sad

We reserved a tent site, which was outside on the edge of the otherwise nice park. It was unfinished, and in what appeared to be a back parking/open area behind a strip mall nearby. Vagrants ride by on bikes and the whole thing felt very unsafe. we asked if we could move to a “finished” site within the park we were told no. Tents are not allowed inside the park. These sites should not be rent

The tent sites needs some work but the staff realizes this and was very accomodating to allow some other options while they were being restored. The staff was very friendly and the bathrooms and showers were clean and nice to use! Great job and well done!!!!!! They may want to consider keeping the pool and hot tub open later than 7pm such as 9 or 10pm.

Paid for a tent spot but the renovations meant no tent spot and we have to camp in the grass area that had heavy foot traffic and bright lights due to the proximity of the bathroom. I wish I had been warned about this and/or charged less than the standard rate since we got less amenities (no picnic table, no tent pad, no place to tie up our dog)

Quiet and worked for what we needed; however, the ladies’ room code didn’t work on Sunday when office was closed and no after-hours phone number available. We resorted to driving to nearby gas station.

Nice little campground in Montrose. I had a cabin for the night. Everything was clean and the people were friendly. Would definitely start again!

Quiet location and clean but the grounds are covered with weeds with burrs. In fact, the pet area is full of foxtail which is dangerous for dogs. Would not camp here again with pets.
