The staff and employees were very courteous and welcoming, especially the lady who watered the gorgeous flowers in the evening. We really enjoyed our time and if we are in montrose again, we will surely stay there again!

The cabin was dirty and not well maintained. The blinds in the bedroom were destroyed so I had to fix each blind to have some privacy. The upstairs fan was broken and several light switches didn’t work. It was too hot upstairs without a fan. Overall the stay was fine. These issues could have been easily fixed before our stay. It shows that the maintenance and cleaning staff are lacking.

Our cabin exceeded our expectations completely in that the mini-fridge was nearly full size and accommodated all cold food needs for 3 days and was able to keep our ice frozen so we could reuse it for the trip home. The property was clean and quiet and the staff was incredibly helpful when asked for anything. Only suggestion would be shelves in the kitchen area for helping sort/store cooking items

Cabin was very dirty and generally in a state of disrepair. Unfortunately the worst cabin we had on a 2 week trip of multiple KOA's.

The cabin was very worn down compared to all the other cabins I stayed at. The floors need to be sanded down to get the blackish worn off. Air conditioner was old and and very dirty. The bathrooms were clean.

We stayed in the bunkhouse. Overall it was a great little cabin. But I have to say the bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever tried to sleep in. Shower house was clean but water pressure was very low.

We were told to check in after 4, but their office/store closes at 4:00. They also did not open until 10…after we were on the road. No personal touch here. Not sure if these were out of season hours.

Nice, quiet location. The mattresses were very noisy. Windows did not block out lights outside the cabin. The wifi was very very slow. Otherwise, it was beautiful and safe.

I have never stayed at a KOA with as rude of people as this! Charged for a service dog ( which I have made a report to ADA) stood and argued with me about my daughter’s service dog being in a non pet friendly cabin then when I went in the cabin I was shocked at how disgusting the carpet was and the bathroom did not look cleaned either. Bed was so uncomfortable. The list goes on!

Cabin smelled and not sure if it was cleaned since we found a sweatshirt still in the bunk beds. It was very ghost like, not the typical KOA atmosphere we've stayed at. Bathroom was very clean though. We won't be back unfortunately.

It was great. The manager was nice and helpful. The night we stayed, the outside light of the women's bathroom was out so it was a bit dark but I saw lights the next morning. Site was quiet, could be better if it has more space. Bathroom is clean. Thank you.

We stayed in a "Deluxe Bungalow" This cabin is very dated & unclean, there was animal feces under the bed, sheets had hair on them, windows very dirty, the dishwasher came out when i pulled the handle to put dishes in it... there was no fire extinguishers in the cabin, the list goes on. We asked to have the 2nd night refunded to us which was refused by the owner.

Reserved the bunkhouse cabin. Requested linens. The queen bed was terrible ( big valley in the center) and the linens were not on the bed. They did change out the mattress after I complained, but it was only a little better. One of us slept on the twin. The standing light did not work. Had a coffee pot, and a microwave, but no cups or utensils. Wasn’t terrible but not great

The cabin smelled funny the whole time we were there and it was not clean. We have stayed at alot of KOA cabins and this one was filthy. There wad dog hair and dust balls all over under the beds. The windows were filthy. The door handle was black. Just clean the cabin and everything else was fine.

We all ways enjoy our stay, the hot tub and pool were nice, conveniently, close to food and fuel. The mattress seen better days , there was no TV and only 1 outlet, the lamp didn't work above the bed.Thanks for being KOA

We enjoyed our stay - there are a few things that we noted that could improve the overall quality of the stay (which is why we did not rate it a 5star). The foam mattresses were clearly worn leaving little to no cushion. The glider on the porch was also in need of replacement - while the site itself did not offer very much privacy. Thanks, I hope that this feedback will prove useful.

Bathrooms were clean but the shower pressure was too high and couldn’t be lowered. Men’s bathroom didn’t have toilet paper in two stalls. This was one of the best KOA campgrounds we have been to. The place was very clean and well run. Would definitely recommend to all travelers.

The mattress was very uncomfortable and slept terribly. Told us we would have linens and then wanted to charge us for them on arrival. The wood flooring was popping up, creating a gap between slats that pinched our feet. Picture on the wall was not secured and brackets were coming out of the wall. Couldn’t sit outside due to dog urine smell from dog walk. Fridge/freezer/microwave worked well.

Wonderful people that saw to it we had what we needed for our stay in one of the bungalow cabins. While being a bit old in appearance and perhaps not spick and span clean, everything worked that should work, including the gas stove, refrigerator, shower and other bathroom amenities, and the bed was comfortable. Would come here again. :)

This was the first time I used a KOA cabin and it was really nice! The mattress on the bed was perfect and my son and I both enjoyed staying in the cabin rather than sleeping in our vehicles. The bathrooms were nice and always clean and the staff was always nice and helpful.

This is a great location for camping in a tent or staying in your camper/RV. We stayed in the small cabin which had a bug infestation that we were not made aware of until arrival. We wish we would have been notified ahead of time so we could have made other arrangements.

Awful. Dead Elm Beetles everywhere! The bunkhouse was filled with all kinds of damage. The bunkbed, floor buckling, bed is HORRIBLE. The bathroom is outdated. Still trying to understand how they are charging me a damaging fee of $25. Everything in there is DAMAGED even to the door handle imprint in the wall. Never again. This is the worst KOA I have ever dealt with. We left it cleaner than recieve

Tons of bugs crawling all over my bed in my cabin, would never stay at this KOA again. Every other KOA I've stayed at has been very pleasant. I have videos of literally 1000s of bugs dead and alive all over the bed and cabin. Do they not clean these cabins? Worst KOA I've ever stayed at.

Nice little campground in Montrose. I had a cabin for the night. Everything was clean and the people were friendly. Would definitely start again!

Quiet location and clean but the grounds are covered with weeds with burrs. In fact, the pet area is full of foxtail which is dangerous for dogs. Would not camp here again with pets.
