Stayed at the bunkhouse and they had bedding,couple years ago they didn't have that plus coffe in the morning.Much better.

Easy check-in after hours, clean facilities, hot showers with great pressure, and a great location to visit the National Park and Ouray! We loved our stay!

Clean cabins and bathhouse. Not as well designed for tent/cabin stays as some other locations and wasn't as scenic.

Campground was very clean. We were staying here for the Black Canyon which is 15 minutes down the road. Stayed in a cabin with tv. Only complaint was the tv was hard to operate for channel surfing if not use to Ruko.

We stayed in a clean cabin. The bed mattress was not comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We used the dog park daily. However, the 3 trash cans in the dog park were filled to the top with bags of poop and were never emptied during the 8 days we were there. Unfortunately, previous guests did not always pick up after their dogs. A suggestion, an area for washing dishes would be helpful.

We stayed in a cabin that had a shower, cooking facilities, etc, along the busy check in and park road. The cabin had a "musty" smell when we went in. All of the blinds were damaged and need to be replaced. The cabin is very out dated inside and needs to have some updates. After leaving the windows open, the musty smell was tolerable!!!. For the price paid, it was not a pleasurable experience.

Lights in the bungalow way to bright like your in an office or school... didn't like it!! The staff was not friendly at all and the office has check in at 4 pm and closes at 5pm weird � won't be back ...

I never knew about the bunkhouse. I really enjoyed the stay after car camping for 7 previous nights. I appreciate being able to change my reservation at the last minute from tent site to bunkhouse.

the stay was excellent, the staff very friendly and responsive to questions/concerns. The deluxe cabin needs a little TLC but overall it was a very nice place to stay.

Was for leisure. Bunkhouse cabin is very nice, just would have liked it flipped from its setup so you could feel the air from the A/C better at night. Otherwise another excellent stay

Never again. This koa charged me a damage fee for something that I didn’t do. They say two mattress protectors were missing. Why will someone who has paid for a deluxe cabin take used worn out mattress protectors. I’ve stayed in multiple times in koas and every time in one of those deluxe cabins and never ever did I have such an experience. This is the worst ever….just damages the koa brand

Quiet, clean and a pool. Close to stores and downtown. Ideal for a trip to Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP and Colorado Monument.

wow!better then advertised,nice to have an A/C,very clean,it was sold to me that there was going to be restrooms that I could walk to, I figured a port-a-potty/blue-house/outhouse,etc. but i was told both bathrooms were down but I could use the womens, Im a guy, not gonna do that in a public place, so discount? spent little time there, because of no restrooms. Staff was great & friendly.

I apologize for the inconvenience of our bathrooms being closed during your stay with us. Unfortunately, we had a plumbing emergency that was out of our control and were unable to get a portable bathroom trailer here until the next day. I have issued a partial refund.

We enjoyed this KOA. The place we stayed in was nice , quiet and very clean. The pool and hot tub were great. Staff was awesome. We will be back

This is my second stay and it was as good as the last. Very friendly, helpful staff. My mistake was to get the small cabin, while it was clean and almost completely taken over by the full size bed and the bunk beds. It had one small shelf, a fold up chair and that it is. Eating, cooking, even making coffee was done outside on the picnic table.

For the price? meh. We stayed in the Hideout tiny house. It had strong detergent and air freshener smell. Both my children were snotty and sniffly while staying there and not sick before or a day after. The cleaner had been left out on the window sill upstairs. The container unmarked with a unidentified liquid cleaner in it which we all should now is a OSHA violation. All cable channels fuzzy.

We had the best vacation. Our cabin was amazing and comfortable. Cleaned by a lovely lady Dorothy. Managers Susan and Brooke were phenomenal. Pool and hot tub were great! Thank you for such great hospitality!

Unfortunately, we have had a large amount of Elm Bugs this season and although they are a nuisance they are not harmful to people or pets.

We really enjoyed the cabin. It was perfect for what we needed. The facilities were top notch. It was a wonderful spot. If we ever get out there again I would love to stay with you again.

The staff was friendly enough and helpful especially considering it was a very busy time. We stayed in a “Kamping Cabin” and now understand why they don’t picture the inside. The AC unit was not big enough for the space and the door design was so arduous going in or out was a hassle. Cleanliness inside the cabin was underwhelming, whether due to smelly, very outdated curtains, or just cabin.

We thoroughly enjoyed the location of cabin 1, near the bathrooms and having green grass right there in front was very appealing! Not to mention, the swimming pool was a big hit for us! I have not been in a decently warm swimming pool in such a long time until yours. Thank you so much!

Great camp ground centrally located between Black Canyon NP, Ouray, Colorado National Monument. Entire area was very clean and well kept. The pool was great fun for the kids.

Door didn't open . It would drag on the floor . We were not to a horse shoe pit. The location wasn't great.

DANGEROUS AREA! After 1st night a workcamper was attacked and hit in the head by a juvenile with a chain from trailer park next door! We were told this kind of stuff and outsiders roaming the campground happens all night and day! We were told we were lucky we had covered our Harley up or they would had probably stolen or damaged it! The workers we would give them a 10 but the campground a 0!

The cabin we rented was clean, well-stocked, and perfect for what we needed. The staff was friendly as well.

Nice little campground in Montrose. I had a cabin for the night. Everything was clean and the people were friendly. Would definitely start again!

Quiet location and clean but the grounds are covered with weeds with burrs. In fact, the pet area is full of foxtail which is dangerous for dogs. Would not camp here again with pets.
