Very nice mgrs, well kept park, extremely clean bathrooms/showers. Loved all the trees and each site had a little grass with freshly painted picnic tables. My only negative was noise from incoming & exiting campers since I was put in the first site by the office. Other than that, I really enjoyed this KOA.

We arrived without a reservation as we had booked the wrong location. We were told they were full however they found a way to accommodate us. Very much appreciated. The staff was outstanding and the facility was clean and well maintained.

I have stayed here before and love this KOA. This was the first time I have stayed in a cabin and I was very uncomfortable. I was not aware that linens would not be provided so I did not bring any. The mattress was very uncomfortable and hurt my back. I will never stay in a cabin here ever again!

The Hideout Cabin was so cute and had everything we needed for our stay! My kids loved the loft to sleep in.

The Bungalow Cabin was very nice. The only complaint with it was the fact that the toilet seat was only loosely attached and kept moving around as the business of the moment was being performed. It would also BANG at these times, which was irritating in the middle of the night. Otherwise, everything was just great, and we really enjoyed our stay.

This campground was clean and the folks that run are very friendly. It is close to town, which is convenient and a good base for going to visit other places.

Well maintained, friendly and helpful staff. Level sites. Clean bathrooms/showers. A little noisy as it is just in the edge of town but I think the first night we were there there was an event in/near town, sounded like a PA system. Overall though very nice, would definitely stay here again.

The campsite is overall clean and with trees which give us cool air. I just would like to recommend that they will add more street lights �

Site was a little small didn’t like gravel under tent. Pool was closed despite 90degree weather. Office/ store closed at either 4 or 5 which is easy.

We were really impressed with this KOA. It was extremely well kept we enjoyed actually having some grass and all the facilities were very well kept if we’re in the area. We will certainly be back again.

Stayed over Labor Day weekend. Campground was very clean with mature trees (which I love). Pool and hot tub were also spotless. I have been too plenty of campgrounds that are dingy and not well kept, it is a welcome site to see pride and upkeep in the facilities.

When our truck broke down and we had to be towed in at 11 in the morning, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Clean laundry room. Very friendly staff.

I had a hard time finding my site when I arrived after hours. But the biggest trouble I had is that the restrooms were locked when I arrived.

We stay here pretty often, we like it but unfortunately the WiFi is pretty bad. This trip we came just to use the pool before it closed, unfortunately the pool heater was not working and the water was freezing. Last time we stayed the hot tub was broken. It’s kind of unfortunate because that was the main reason we came.

This was one of the nicest sites that we have ever stayed. #41 was wide, level, roomy and had a great grassy area with our picnic table! It was a great spot. Loved our stay in Black Canyon KOA!

The tent sites are on the outskirts of the property and facing a junk yard, vacant lot, backs of commercial buildings and homeless folks meandering around. I'll never stay there again for I felt unsafe and didn't rest at all.

From the staff to the facilities everything was great. Level, clean spots on packed gravel with a large grassy area. You don’t feel like you’re being packed in on top of your neighbor. We utilized the laundry facilities and they were the cleanest I’ve ever seen in a RV park. It is in town so access to restaurants and shops are easy access. One of the better KOA’s we visited this summer. Well maintained. Clean. Grassy sights. Mature trees. Pool. Friendly staff. Vast improvement over what it used to be to be.

We were just laying over for 1 night. Seems like a nice park. Beautiful setting. Its a bit old fashion as payment is by check or cash only. Thats ok. However, was very disappointed to discover dog poop in the grass on the service side of rv next to utility hookups. I realize that is not necessarily on mgt. Just disappointed that some guest allowed this to happen and be irresponsible.

I didn't have a chance to stop by the office, but did enjoy wonderful phone interaction with helpful staff. The bathroom was very clean, and cold with great air conditioning. The pool was clean & inviting. It would be nice if more trees could be planted, especially where some have been cut down yet not replaced; shade helps lower RV A/C power use; trees can lower temps by as much as 10 degrees :)

Nice facility in town but not on a noisy highway. Site was nice and my husband enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We've been to other KOAs that didn't deserve a great rating. This one did.

This is a very well kept park with nice sites and trees throughout. The pool and hot tub are an enjoyable bonus. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They go the extra mile for their tenants. It's a great location off the beaten path yet close to downtown, restaurants, and the fairgrounds. We stayed for 5 months and were very happy at this KOA. It's a good place to call home.
