Clean bathrooms but very low water pressure. Quiet area and grounds are clean. Needs an in closed dog park versus on open “dog walk”.

The park was very clean, and power, water and sewer worked as it should. Will certainly stay at this park again if we are in the area.

We stayed overnight on a very chilly February evening. The bathroom/shower facility was so warm, clean and just what we needed. The dog park was great for our 2 big dogs on a long trek across the states. Nice pull thru sites and the owner/operaters were easy to work with

The campground was pretty nice though the pull thrus were a bit shorter than usual so getting situated took a bit more time. The bathrooms and showers were closed for cleaning for 2 hours ( between check out and check in) and though I certainly understand and respect that this must be done, that seems a long time to be closed. We were hoping to clean up after all our dumping.

Stayed one night in October. Love this park for its wide, comfortable spaces! Close to town but quiet. Nice restrooms and laundry. Friendly staff.

Hard working staff, immaculate bathrooms, solid electricity and internet. HD Cable tv had a few issues, but with good over the air stations we usually had something to watch. Downtown location worked well for our house hunting chores. Thank you for being our home for 6 months.

Nice campground, but lousy showers. Bathrooms in general are the weak spot in most RV campgrounds, and this one has phone booth sized showers, very slow hot water, no water pressure so the shower dribbled more than sprayed. Too bad because until the shower I was impressed with the place.

Over all a good stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. I spent 9 days in the tent area. Two areas for improvement are: 1. A privacy fence between the tent spots and the junky empty lot adjacent to the tent spots. 2. It rained a great deal during my stay and mud became a big issue, the gravel coverage in the tent spots is insufficient for wet weather.

Park was nice and staff was friendly.There sould be better dog facilities and staff should monitor park guests with pets as some owner didn't have their dogs on leashes.

This KOA is in the middle of a ghetto. The playground beside the tent area ensures campers listen to screaming children for 12 hours a day. As soon as they go to bed, the drag racing on the streets starts and continues all night. Some of the racers were staying at the KOA. I will give credit to the polite lady running the office who refunded the rest of my stay. I moved to Ouray KOA.

The lights didn't work right, all the wood surfaces were "sticky", there was no TV despite there being a cable TV guide, there was no place to park to check in our out, there was no refrigerator as there has been at all other KOA cabins we've stayed in, and it was very difficult to find the campground despite the map provided. We ended up having to buy a lantern for light, spending another $35.

The KOA has a very friendly and accommodating staff. The location is a good place to stay for seeing the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. The staff was helpful with directions for both the north and south rim drives. Nicely located near the the South Rim.

Laundry room was flooded when we got there and needs more machines that work. The camp site was fairly level, very large and wide,and had a nice green grass area for our dogs to lay in. Bathroom and shower need renovation and had low water pressure. The staff was very friendly, competent and understanding.

The site was very small, it barely fit our 6 person popup tent, it was too close to the road, we heard cars, loud music, fireworks all night. The sprinklers scared me when they came on at 115am and I couldn't fall back asleep. I think it would be helpful to put the time on the sheet because nightly to me is not at 115am. Also, I think changing the cleaning time of the restrooms would be helpful.

It was ok. The only issue was not being able to access the wifi. Carla tried her best in getting us an answer but was told by management that possibly too many people were using the wifi. We went for a walk, and noticed people outside or most were already turned in for the night. Came back tried accessing it again. Nothing, we simply did not have wifi. It would be nice to get a credit back.

The grounds and facilities were nice, however maneuvering into your spot was a little tight with the grounds layout. Staff was not over friendly.

Our stay here was great. The staff - OUTSTANDING. Restroom and showers so clean, almost like home, but maybe better. LOL....handicapped access to the restrooms and showers, is so much appreciated..

I like the KOA RV Parks however the prices have gone sky high . We have started staying at more reasonable priced parks , some are Much lower and very nice parks.

Nice little campground in Montrose. I had a cabin for the night. Everything was clean and the people were friendly. Would definitely start again!

Quiet location and clean but the grounds are covered with weeds with burrs. In fact, the pet area is full of foxtail which is dangerous for dogs. Would not camp here again with pets.
