The campground is clean and well kept. However, the hookups are hard to use and not convenient. Also, the staff was non-existent during our stay. We arrived 30 minutes before the office was supposed to close, and it was already locked. I requested to use my $10.00 rewards certificate, but wasn't able to since the office staff wasn't there to check me in. Very disappointed.

Park is clean and comfortable. Great location. Management was exceptional and ver customer focused. We will be back!!!! Thank you for an awesome experience.

A lovely, clean campground right off the freeway. The bathrooms were clean and the spots were level.

We stayed in the bunkhouse. Overall it was a great little cabin. But I have to say the bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever tried to sleep in. Shower house was clean but water pressure was very low.

Very good service. I stayed off season. It was cold outside the nice heater in the cabin worked great. Will stay again if in the area. Thanks

We were told to check in after 4, but their office/store closes at 4:00. They also did not open until 10…after we were on the road. No personal touch here. Not sure if these were out of season hours.

Nice, quiet location. The mattresses were very noisy. Windows did not block out lights outside the cabin. The wifi was very very slow. Otherwise, it was beautiful and safe.

Disappointed that check-in time is the same time the office closes, Unable to buy ice or firewood on arrival which was 4:10PM.

It was an ok park. I've stayed in much nicer KOA's. The bathrooms were messy over the weekend and the water pressure for the showers was very low. The entire park seemed a bit cramped, Our site was unlevel however a good size. It was convenient to Black Canyon National Park and that's why we chose this KOA.

We checked in, then was gave a map of the park with a line drawn to witch number to go to. No one in a cart led us there. When we got there someone was already there. It looked like they had been there a long time, as tires had covers on then, but front desk didn’t know anyone was there. It took awhile to figure out where I could park. Finally I walked around and told them what I could fit in,

Our stay was fine. However, it was disappointing not to have the office open when we arrived on a Sunday afternoon. We missed not getting the normal “welcome” that we typically get at a KOA.

Services were as advertised. Quiet site despite location. A privacy fence to conceal the dump next door would be desrable.

I have never stayed at a KOA with as rude of people as this! Charged for a service dog ( which I have made a report to ADA) stood and argued with me about my daughter’s service dog being in a non pet friendly cabin then when I went in the cabin I was shocked at how disgusting the carpet was and the bathroom did not look cleaned either. Bed was so uncomfortable. The list goes on!

Cabin smelled and not sure if it was cleaned since we found a sweatshirt still in the bunk beds. It was very ghost like, not the typical KOA atmosphere we've stayed at. Bathroom was very clean though. We won't be back unfortunately.

It was great. The manager was nice and helpful. The night we stayed, the outside light of the women's bathroom was out so it was a bit dark but I saw lights the next morning. Site was quiet, could be better if it has more space. Bathroom is clean. Thank you.

Very clean, the restrooms were always in great shape. The desk staff was happy and helpful. I was tent camping, being that close to Hwy 50 was loud but expected.

Far enough off highway to hear traffic. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Grass area at every site. Clean facility. Quite a few cats roaming the park. I would stay again.

The WiFi really was almost non-existent especially in the tent area. Tent area was unkept and dusty. The shower area flooded one day while I was there.

We stayed in a "Deluxe Bungalow" This cabin is very dated & unclean, there was animal feces under the bed, sheets had hair on them, windows very dirty, the dishwasher came out when i pulled the handle to put dishes in it... there was no fire extinguishers in the cabin, the list goes on. We asked to have the 2nd night refunded to us which was refused by the owner.

The handles in the showers need replaced! The drains in the showers need cleaned because I had to stand in water nearly to my ankles to finish showering. Not enough lighting in the tent area, walking to the bathroom is very difficult because you can't see the rough ground. There should be at least one garbage can out in the tent camping area. This place needs improvement!!

Reserved the bunkhouse cabin. Requested linens. The queen bed was terrible ( big valley in the center) and the linens were not on the bed. They did change out the mattress after I complained, but it was only a little better. One of us slept on the twin. The standing light did not work. Had a coffee pot, and a microwave, but no cups or utensils. Wasn’t terrible but not great

The cabin smelled funny the whole time we were there and it was not clean. We have stayed at alot of KOA cabins and this one was filthy. There wad dog hair and dust balls all over under the beds. The windows were filthy. The door handle was black. Just clean the cabin and everything else was fine.

Great campground with huge level pull-through spots, satellite friendly and convenient location, just minutes from I-70. And a nice restaurant located next door (walking distance)!!

Nice little campground in Montrose. I had a cabin for the night. Everything was clean and the people were friendly. Would definitely start again!

Quiet location and clean but the grounds are covered with weeds with burrs. In fact, the pet area is full of foxtail which is dangerous for dogs. Would not camp here again with pets.
