Store is always closed, and you either have a nice view of storage units or people living there with all there junk! We left after 1 night.

Stayed in a cabin and it was poor. Disappointed that we needed to pay extra for linens and towels. The queen bed was awful - sagged in the middle - slept poorly. The lid on the toilet seat was broken. The TV was undersized for the size of the room. Not typical of the KOA experience we have had previously. The town was charming. Having a camper would have been a better experience.

Quiet park, nice pool, friendly/helpful staff The park looks a little tired. Seems like there could have been many small things that could be done to improve it cosmetically ex; fix the fencing, pull weeds, fix the pond out front. The tent sites are HORRIBLE! Gravel spaces with a blue tarp covering the picnic table next to an empty gravel lot. When the wind blows the dust is everywhere.

Good central location. Not a lot to look at while at the campground…. Storage units and old houses.

Easy navigation on roads. In town will great cell phone coverage and retail. Lots of big trees. One downside. A nearby construction site left trash burning at night. The KOA smelled like a dump on fire.

No owner hosts so just.managers and desk attendants. Not well informed of locations for groceries, restaurants, dog parks, etc. Bathrooms clean and very new. Nice pool. Awful Kanine Kamp space.. very small and just a nasty area. Pet walk nasty by a stagnant ditch! Clean area and cabins. Packed with RVs. Walking distance to downtown area.

Beautiful campground. Well maintained. Wide, level sites. Very good wifi, great cable. Close to Black Canyon NP (well worth seeing)

The KOA is very clean and staff is super nice. This KOA is inner city, so it can be loud at times. Other than that it is great.

The surrounding area was very dangerous. AC made a big noise and could not sleep. The receptionist (old lady) was very unkind.

The park is well kept and clean. There is ample space inbetween other campers. Most spots have good shade from established trees. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The only problems I saw were several washer's were inop, as well as some of the underground sprinklers, which the staff was working very hard to fix. Overall a great stay.

We had an excellent stay. Bathrooms were clean, pool was refreshing, the site was nice and shaded. Overall a wonderful experience!

It’s very run down and unappealing as a place to stay. The full time campground is run down as well. This would be ok for a one night sleep over as best.

Really need to get your grass areas growing. Very unkept looking. Infrastructure is in poor shape . Pool is a puddle., Will not ever return here.

This is the worst KOA I have ever stayed at. I was put in site 59 over Memorial weekend. My surroundings included full timer RVs surrounded by trash, construction material, trash, abandoned wheels/rims, etc. Site 59 was in the ghetto. I tried multiple times to talk with the owner (Jan) but she was never there. I even emailed the Koa directly and no response. I paid top dollar too. Stay elsewhere.

Weed barrier and mulch left in front of door. Sprinklers came on at 8pm and stayed on for hours flooding our site with mud. Three out of 5 washer/ dryers out of order. Office closed mid afternoon due to "lack of staff". Park generally unsight.

This was my first stay at a KOA and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future. The property was nice and the facilities were very clean.

Nice clean park, good location near town and Black Canyon NP, clean bathrooms, wonderful pool, nice hot tub. Helpful and polite staff.

We got in late and found our registration packet waiting on us. The site was clean and well taken care of, the accommodations and value was terrific.

Nice friendly people, good sites, decent amenities as per KOA's. Playground could use some upkeep. Next to storage units so view isn't the best. But it's right in the middle of Montrose, so a quick walk to plenty of shops and restaurants.

The tent sites were shoved on the outskirts of the site beside a sketchy house, quiet hours were not respected..

A wonderful location to lots of places we were wanting to visit. Nice roomy campsite. Did not use any of the amenities as we were out all day and returned in the evening.

Just an overnight. First time in cabins. Everything as expected. Have been past 2 consecutive years. Ist in our tent, 2nd in rv. Love your facility and highly recommend to anyone traveling thro the area.

Staff was very helpful. It was a good journey campground but for only shorter rigs. Only big rig sites were along the road. Maybe five sites or so.

Very nice campground very close to town. Clean, well organized. The only issue we had was with an off leash German shepherd who jumped all over us.

I registered on line and was told I could check in at 11:00 on my paperwork. We arrived at around noon and told that was a mistake. 1:00pm check in instead. The reason given was that the site might not be ready. When I checked in the site was visible and near the office. It was ready! Grassy area was dead. Dog run full of dry seeded foxtail weed, dangerous to pets. Visible change to KOA.

So disappointed. This KOA is run down. The website pictures look so nice but the reality is it’s qa rundown, poorly maintained campground. The grass is dead, foxtails were growing in our space—bad for dogs, and a large portion of the campground has been given over to messy full-timers. Also, it appears this KOA is buying five star ratings. What a shame.

The accommodations were fine for the nightly rate, the restroom/shower was very nice. The staff was very nice & friendly. My only gripe was the cleaning crew left a bag of garbage, a couple dirty plates and a hat on the porch. There was also an empty plastic bottle under the bed which makes me question the thoroughness of their cleaning process.

Came to camp but the cabins were so nice we did that. Helpful and friendly hosts. Very nice bathrooms
