Nice folks, pretty nice campground. Facilities were nice and clean. Kamp K9 and the surround area was less than desirable, although I understand it is a work in progress. Nobody is perfect but I’d definitely go back.

Everything was as advertised. The bathroom was clean. There was an issue with one shower being too hot for comfort but I was able to switch to another. The staff was considerate and helpful.

Great camp ground centrally located between Black Canyon NP, Ouray, Colorado National Monument. Entire area was very clean and well kept. The pool was great fun for the kids.

Door didn't open . It would drag on the floor . We were not to a horse shoe pit. The location wasn't great.

Our stay was a week in length, we appreciated the cleanliness of your facilities. We also appreciated the professionalism of your staff. The access to the pull through level site, and the size were perfect for our set up. All in all it was a wonderful site to stay at.

Nice Campground, pool was clean and not crowded, bathroom and showers were clean. The neighborhood the KOA sat in was not great. My spot had trees that needed to be trimmed. Campground did have many permanent residences in the back and they were all maintained well. Unfortunately, since there was only one exit, many left for work at very early hours right past our trailer.

Accommodations were outside of KOA park with no trees. People in tents should be advised when booking if the only places for tents are without shade as we do not have air conditioning.

DANGEROUS AREA! After 1st night a workcamper was attacked and hit in the head by a juvenile with a chain from trailer park next door! We were told this kind of stuff and outsiders roaming the campground happens all night and day! We were told we were lucky we had covered our Harley up or they would had probably stolen or damaged it! The workers we would give them a 10 but the campground a 0!

The cabin we rented was clean, well-stocked, and perfect for what we needed. The staff was friendly as well.

Enjoyed our visit a great deal! Office had wonderful selection of gifts. Staff were very nice. Did not care for dog park. Dry dirt & ugly. Last KOA had cedar mulch, was decorated & appeared clean. Maybe a suggestion?

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The front of the campground was nice and clean. The connections worked well. The only negative comment I have is related to the dog park. It was inconvenient and unpleasant located in the back of the campground. I would suggest making some improvements there. Otherwise, great stay!

We loved this place! The campground is neat and clean with large trees and grassy areas. The laundry was also clean with all machines in working order. The local museums and National Park were worth seeing.

Enjoyed every aspect of my stay. Quiet. Enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Laundry was clean and well tended.

Very nice quiet place to stay. Has lots of trees for shade and the park was clean . Staff was great and even showed you to your campsite. Most enjoyable. Convenient access to the Black Canyon National Park. Less then 30 minutes away.

Friendly and helpful staff. Equipment and facilities dated but usable. Lot of full timers. Campground appears to be in rough area but staff works hard to keep riff raff out.

Had power outlet issues at campsite site 5 and then water was shut off all day on day 2. Nobody responded to our calls and no trees near any campsites makes it one of the least favourite to camp at.

Forced to change site after we had asked for shade (which was available). Escort was very unfriendly and rude, (not helpful at all)

The staff and employees were very courteous and welcoming, especially the lady who watered the gorgeous flowers in the evening. We really enjoyed our time and if we are in montrose again, we will surely stay there again!

One of the best campgrounds we have stayed at. Clean, well-maintained, professional staff (courteous, interactive in a great way), and facilities were excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location. But the gravel sites with ever so slight a grade to them allows my trailer to slide in the spot. Even with wheel locks in place

The cabin was dirty and not well maintained. The blinds in the bedroom were destroyed so I had to fix each blind to have some privacy. The upstairs fan was broken and several light switches didn’t work. It was too hot upstairs without a fan. Overall the stay was fine. These issues could have been easily fixed before our stay. It shows that the maintenance and cleaning staff are lacking.

My overall stay was meh and it ended horribly. Your irrigation system sprayed all over my clean RV, my yoga equipment & other personal things. Overall not a huge deal but when I went to the office to mention it and ask to have the irrigation heads be aimed at the grass instead of my things I was met with rudeness. Susan was rude, condescending, and unkind. Not what I always experience from KOA.

Our cabin exceeded our expectations completely in that the mini-fridge was nearly full size and accommodated all cold food needs for 3 days and was able to keep our ice frozen so we could reuse it for the trip home. The property was clean and quiet and the staff was incredibly helpful when asked for anything. Only suggestion would be shelves in the kitchen area for helping sort/store cooking items

Nice little campground in Montrose. I had a cabin for the night. Everything was clean and the people were friendly. Would definitely start again!

Quiet location and clean but the grounds are covered with weeds with burrs. In fact, the pet area is full of foxtail which is dangerous for dogs. Would not camp here again with pets.
