The campground had no trees or shaded area. Basically a field with camper parking ng spots. The bathrooms and showers were filthy. Green mold everywhere. The field was flooded where campers parked.

There is no shade, the "store" shelves were almost bare, the bathrooms were dirty. The entrance off of the frontage road is very tight. The only saving grace was the lady who checked us in. She gets a 10 for hospitality!

We expect certain amenities when we stay at a KOA. This KOA had very few and what bathroom they did have only had one shower and toilet. One for men and one for women that were very dirty. Yes, pull thru full hook ups on rocks. The grass wasn't mowed. But there were no other amenities that we know of. The store was empty and the person working was on the phone the entire time.

I do not depend on restrooms at campground for my stays. My wife does, and if she would have been with she would not have approved. Restrooms needed to be upgraded for those who use them.

Very impressed with the progress being made with the campground, very nice! The entrance work at the frontage road has been very well done and the work in the campground to include the playground has really brought this KOA to life. One constructive note, it would be nice to have a garbage bin down around the camp sites for convenience. All in all, great job!

Montgomery KOA is not big rig friendly and it seemed they were trying to to make updates. Additionally, they do not have patio sites although they list them as available. Will not be staying there again.

The laundry room and the washing machines and dryers were filthy. It appears that the room/machines are never cleaned. The floor and baseboards were disgusting. The location and scenery is good. Just need to do a better job with maintenance and cleaning.

just an over night, taken to our campsite, we got all set up and I was cooking dinner when the front desk person starts banging on our door, says we must move that he put us on the wrong spot. Now my husband had told him on checking in that that was not us on th guest guide, he said it was. So I told him I was cooking dinner, husband told he we were already set up and we were staying there.

Stayed in a premium site for one night in our motorhome. We’ve stayed here before and the park was quite run down. It is improving! It looked like they were really trying to make this KOA better. They had cleaned up the overall appearance of the park. They had built a playground for kids, added more gravel sites, improved the restrooms and were working on improving the entrance from the main ro

Tent site was very bright with overhead lighting. Only one restroom available and it was also the only shower close to our campsite, so it was not available as we arrived since others were using the shower. Greta location, easy set up after dark, but might be nice to have a little more privacy

There is absolutely NOTHING to do. The sites are kind of on top of each other and barely long enough for a camper and a vehicle (not long enough depending on the size of your camper). The “dog park” is smaller than my living room even though there’s tons of room to make it bigger. The WiFi didn’t work at all. The only reason I give 2 stars is because it was clean.

Sad excuse for a KOA--staff was not helpful--no amenities/activities--shelves in store were empty. Usually a KOA is a family campground. This campground is good for a quick overnight stop only. Could not hook up to internet as the signal was not strong enough and we were directly across from the office. KOA needs to relook at having their brand name attached to this campground.

It is easy to see that management is working to make this park better each day. We were in a fairly tight spot, with electricity and water a bit lower to the ground than we're are comfortable. I'd love to see them switch these electric panels out for ones that have on/off switches! Other than that - a great park. Convenient on our trip, very helpful staff. We hope to visit again in the future.

Our site was level but it rained and not properly crowned so we were stepping in and over puddles. I do appreciate the staff changing our site to a pull through. Store was empty and bare the property didn't look like a KOA.

The campground was in very poor shape. Gravel was not leveled out. The grass at the campsite needed to be cut it was up to my knees! Cable TV didn’t work.

The location was pretty and the one staff member we spoke to was friendly, but the location needed a lot of attention. The ladies bathroom needed cleaning. I tried to notify staff of a backed up sink, it no one was available. The Wi-Fi was not very good, and the store was not at all set up. I think they’re just starting, so hopefully they’ll improve. I would stay again even with deficits.

Easy in/out great location for our one night stay. However when we hooked up the 50 amp did not work. With temps in the 90's 2 AC units was a necessity. Luckily we had a 30 amp cord and with careful use we were able to run both AC till we cooled the RV down.

The bathrooms were not up to KOA standards. The hill to get in is way too steep. It was ok for a quick stop over but with no trees or cover over picnic table it will soon be too hot to enjoy this place.

Campground was very nice. BUT I would not call it big rig friendly, entrance is a disaster if your a class A towing a trailer and the sites are not long enough to pull in and keep trailer attached

Campground lacked the amenities we expect from a KOA campground. The WIFI didn't work. There was only 1 men's and 1 women's restroom/shower combinations for the entire campground. Although we had a reservation the office was locked and we had to find someone working at a campsite to help. Very few items in the store. Not ready to be designated as a KOA.

Nice KOA for a stop over before we continued on our trip. Easy to locate fast access to freeway. Lots of updates coming to this location. Will be nice to see such a big space expand to something beautiful!

This KOA is great! The staff go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. It is quiet for being close to the busy road & close to everything! They are working hard on getting it remodeled. I would stay here again. The price is right. Can't wait to see it in a couple years.
