This is our 2nd stay here. Great location. Off the beaten path yet close to stores, restaurants, major highways. We will be back in the spring when softball starts!

We got to meet some of the team during our stay - Peter, Jennifer and Tracey were working hard on improving the grounds and responding to questions. Peter solved our immediate need to store our trailer for a couple months. Very happy with our stay…thanks

Most inconvenient trip I’ve had in a long time. I don’t suggest going here unless it’s only a one night stay. Capitol oyster bar has a nice rv park for a better price with the same amenities and a restaurant on site.

This KOA is fairly new and being developed. So it will be able to accommodate three or four times more campers than were here, once all completed. I think there are not many employees at this time. They will deliver ice or firewood but I think the office +/ or small store is not occupied full time. It is not yet what it could be. But it is clean and safe and the folks were nice.

Stopped here for an overnight stay. Close to I85 but still very quiet. Clean campground, but kind of felt like just a bunch of gravel pads in a field. Friendly staff. One complaint, WiFi was intermittent.

We were passing through and this KOA was perfect. Sites were all pull through and had a playground for our kids to play on.

Very friendly staff (especially Jennifer). We stayed four nights but most appeared to use it as an overnight stopover. Near the Interstate but sits back enough to keep the traffic noise down. Would definitely stay there again.

While on a month-long camper van trip around the country, we were very happy to find this KOA on a night that we needed to get our chores done, and take showers. This KOA made this so easy. It was one of the nicest laundry rooms I've used on this trip - everything was working and clean. Also, the bathrooms were lovely, spacious, and clean. We had a very nice stay here! Thank you!

Clean bathroom and very friendly office workers. If anything negative would be the fire ant hills that I was attacked by as soon as I stepped out of truck.

Poor internet and phone reception. No cable tv service unless you pay an additional $5.00 for cable box. Local tv channels were not great. Almost missed driveway. (Not marked well) Will not stay there again.

Clean, easy access for our 40 foot rv and tow behind. Behind this great campground is an awesome group of people who made us feel like family during our stay. The on-site engineer even gave me a ride to the auto parts store on his own time, and helped find a much needed rv part. If you’re near Montgomery and you want a clean safe environment stay here!

Good stopping off point on the way back from Florida. No amenities, but it’s still under construction. When finished, it will be great! Bathrooms were decent for a campground. Had a grass camping site, but it worked for our popup. If the ground had been wet, definitely wouldn’t have been a good site. Very friendly staff! Would stay there again if traveling through the area.

Friendly staff and quiet, but,, entrance needs to be wider for longer mh towing or fivers. Access from I-85 East is a convoluted adventure.

It appears to be a converted pasture. The entrance is very dangerous for big rigs.

Nice new KOA. improvements are under construction. Super friendly staff. Our site was a pull in (a first for us) nice level site with a patio and close to dog park. I hope they add lighting to dog park and water would a plus. I plan to stay again, just to see the improvements they have planned. Easy access to surrounding area and highway. Far enough off highway that we did not have any noi

Signage was not noticable until you get to the entrance.Too steep of a entrance driveway,dragged RV and trailer going in and out. WIFI reception "hit and miss". Cable wire cut. No pool. Stayed at 3 koa's in three days straight and this one was the highest price with the least amenities.

Last minute reservation got an unimproved grass site FHU but nothing else. Most sites close together, gravel, no trees. Small park.

I want to start off on a positive note. The staff in the office was extremely pleasant and welcoming. As far as the camp ground is concerned....very outdated and unkept . This is fine for a night if this is your ONLY option but I definitely would not recommend or even stay there in the future.

Very nice folks. I arrived for my reserved site about 15 minutes after the office closed. They saw me pull up and came out to greet me, lead me to my site, and make sure I was all set.

Our AC was not working so we requested a shady spot. They put us in the shade and brought us fans and icy cold water! Very nice park and very nice owners!!

Nice KOA for a stop over before we continued on our trip. Easy to locate fast access to freeway. Lots of updates coming to this location. Will be nice to see such a big space expand to something beautiful!

This KOA is great! The staff go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. It is quiet for being close to the busy road & close to everything! They are working hard on getting it remodeled. I would stay here again. The price is right. Can't wait to see it in a couple years.
